We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build the engines that power HousingAnywhere’s growth.

In this role, you will treat our core business capabilities - from financial infrastructure to marketing technology - as high-value products. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and business strategy, ensuring that our internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Trust & Safety) have the scalable tools they need to succeed. Your role and impact

• Commercial & Admin Enablement: Manage our internal Admin Panel and other tooling  as a core product. You will build new workflows and tools that Sales and Managed Accounts teams use daily, exploring where AI-assisted workflows can reduce manual effort, and optimizing them for speed and ease of use to support high-volume operations.
• Growth, Marketing & CRM Infrastructure: Partner with the Marketing teams to treat our customer lifecycle stack as a product. You will define the roadmap for attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations, ensuring we have the technical capability to scale user acquisition profitably and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Data & Infrastructure Foundation: Collaborate with Engineering to ensure our platform infrastructure and data pipelines are robust. You ensure our data pipelines are clean, accurate, and structured to power both operational decision-making and the AI models that depend on them.
• Financial Infrastructure: Own the domain of Payments & Payouts. You will ensure compliant, scalable money flows (pay-ins/pay-outs/billing) and build the tools our Finance Ops team needs for reconciliation. You will drive our move toward AI-powered KYC/KYB processes, reducing manual review while ensuring regulatory compliance across markets.
• Trust, Safety & Risk: Champion the strategy for platform integrity. You will determine the right product balance between high security (2FA, verification, anti-fraud) and low friction, protecting our users and brand reputation without hurting conversion rates. You will work with Engineering to deploy risk-scoring models that detect fraudulent activity at scale.

 Your profile

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environment.

• Resource Optimization: Identify and evaluate capacity constraints and opportunities within the organization (bandwidth and burnout), making data-driven recommendations for resource allocations, nearshoring, and utilization optimization.
• Skill Management: Identify skill gaps within the regional teams and work with craft leads as well as P&C to address talent needs through hiring, training, or reassignment.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, encompassing both short-term and long-term client requirements.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in the resourcing plan and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including account management, creative teams, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment between Capacity Planning (Resource Management) and client satisfaction.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resource conflicts, prioritization challenges, or overlapping project demands, ensuring equitable distribution of resources.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and provide regular reports to local, regional and global leadership on resource utilization, bench capacity, and nearshore and freelance ratios.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines related to resource management, including time tracking, resource allocations and reporting.

WHAT YOU'll BRING

• A background in resource management or creative/technical project management, in the digital agency industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a resource management role.
• You have a solid understanding of key digital roles, including PM, UX, UI, Strategy. You’re familiar with their core skills and responsibilities, and can confidently match the right talent to the right project based on specific requirements and team dynamics.
• You have a good understanding of digital projects (such as websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps) and how different roles collaborate throughout the delivery process. You’re familiar with how projects are staffed and delivered to meet client expectations - on time and on budget. You can contribute to building effective project plans from a resource management perspective, ensuring the right people are in place to support successful delivery.
• Proficiency in resource management software and tools (Extra points if you have Resource Guru experience).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various departments.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Well organized, process-driven and dedicated, with an outgoing personality and can-do attitude. 
• Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment. 
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Business and conversationally proficient English language skills.
