ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a manufacturing engineering team over a subset of Anduril’s products to drive process improvements, ensure the highest quality of production, and support the development and implementation of new products. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiencies on existing technologies while also developing new products and scaling to full scale production.

In this role, you will be responsible for work inside & outside the organization to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality & reliable sub-sea components, including connectors, wet cables, mechanical parts, and batteries, for Anduril missions. This role focuses on collaborating and driving early engagement with our design teams and suppliers to meet our quality requirements the first time and to evaluate technologies to assist in the design for manufacturing assessment, supplier technology assessment/development, as well as supplier quality management. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with our design teams to support the design development process, provide design for manufacturability feedback, and help generate product data (drawings details, BOM information, layouts, test requirements, and part requirements) for battery cells, battery systems and power electronics that lead to supplier quality success. for electrical and mechanical sub-assembly systems
• Leverage your knowledge and expertise of electronics materials, processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and inspection/measurement techniques to support the internal Anduril design process and ideation. Offer guidance in managing technical risks and oversee the progression from proof of concept and prototyping stages through to scaling up designs for high-volume production within the design development framework
• Drive the supplier quality development processes throughout the product development stages with appropriate engineering and production teams through design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification for components and sub-assemblies for sub-sea components. Review supplier processes and capabilities to ensure alignment to electrical performance & sub-assembly requirements can be achieved, including driving supplier QC processes (i.e. cell compliance before assembly, welded cell block validation, and complete module/pack end-of-line outgoing quality processes match incoming quality checks)
• Partner with development engineering, product quality engineering, Product sourcing engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing and program management to deliver predictable supply to the development programs, production programs, and manage exceptions/containments/deviations for supplier technical performance, particularly in the development phases
• Drive supplier quality readiness by analyzing key and critical characteristics for drawings and supplier specification, develop measurement systems, and supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, Audit, inspection development, etc.)
• Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing and Product Sourcing Engineering to drive overall supplier performance for cost, quality, delivery and fulfillment of strategic goals for the programs that you will be supporting
• Own the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality & reliability across the product lifecycle. Utilize audits, readiness reviews, and training & documentation to ensure compliance
• Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, while owning containments derived from purchased goods

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

About the role:

Anduril is seeking a Supply Planner to join our team in Quonset, Rhode Island. The Supply Chain team is responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). The Supply Planner will have material flow responsibility spanning the entire value chain from raw materials through finished goods and contributing to the strategic supply network development of Anduril’s product hardware, across their life cycles. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build.


The right person for this role can demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment such as defence manufacturing, aircraft maintenance or advanced technology manufacturing environments. • Own the accurate planning and on-time delivery of both raw material to internal assembly lines as well as finished goods to customers

• Support all cost engineering activities to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost, maximizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years past experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in either a supply chain or production-type role where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies were built
• Demonstrated ability to completely own a value chain from start to finish, coordinating among multiple different internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
• Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
• Prior knowledge of Netsuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or other related technical degree. Advanced technical degree or MBA strongly preferred

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing/Production teams, and be responsible for learning and executing detailed inspection processes necessary to ensure a quality product in a timely manner. You will own Design for Manufacturability (DFM), tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation.

• Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a fast-paced environment environment
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills with an expertise in manufacturing
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via any means (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.) Work on personal or extracurricular projects is a plus

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with an electronic, mechatronic or process engineering background to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset Point, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Anduril’s manufacturing operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization, all while meeting critical customer and internal development timelines. The Process Engineer will be instrumental in taking a data-driven approach to designing production workstations and manufacturing processes to meet these objectives. • 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment where complex electrical assemblies were built.
• Solid understanding of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, battery power systems, cable harnesses etc.) and electromechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product in manufacturing from start to finish; coordinating among multiple internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
• Experience analysing material flow around a facility, including pull systems, Kanban, Min/ Max calculations, Part presentation to operator and line-side racking.
• Prior knowledge and interaction with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for production operations
• Prior knowledge of Oracle, NetSuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will work across Anduril to ensure we are supporting our engineering teams in swiftly and sustainably building products that meet our client’s needs. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to source new suppliers, form strategic partnerships, plan effectively, and ensure our operational workflows effectively support the broader organization. You’ll be responsible for a blend of obtaining quotes, executing PO’s and managing end-to-end inventory in partnership with the engineering team as well as the primary individuals leading our key strategic partnerships externally, handling the relationship management and negotiations with our most important supplier relationships. • Build out and run a strategic sourcing and commodity management function for the US based supply chain, helping Anduril’s NPI and production products meet their needs. We are looking for a Manager of Product Quality Engineering to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. We develop cutting-edge Quality processes and methods to secure scalable, long-term business success.

As the lead of the Quality function for Maritime’s Dive-XL, you will work inside and outside the organization to develop strategies, define and execute plans, and implement processes that deliver reliable products. The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with the manufacturing engineering, production, and development engineers to support the quality of the integration process for components such as underwater sensors/equipment, PCBAs, cables, wiring harness, actuators, machined parts and structures, etc. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Partner with development engineers to create, define, develop, and implement inspection systems.
• Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product build and inspection requirements to meet our customer quality requirements.
• Lead the non-conformance review (NCR) process for vehicle integration: Identify defects and flaws in vehicle and subsystem assembly, identify issues and implement corrective actions, and support the usage of coordinate systems, envelopes, and interfaces for system integration.
• Lead the Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process for integration, incident management system and Material Review Board (MRB) activities for defense programs, while owning containments for prototype builds and production.
• Support the incoming inspection processes and integration process for quality documentation, planning, and metrics for effectiveness.
• Build and manage the quality engineering team for the Dive-XL production line.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware and software systems
• 5+ years experience working in a AS9100 regulated environment
• Experience managing and building a quality team
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within the aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
• Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems in a certified AS9100 enterprise
• Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Change Management, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to finish
• Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects with a strong operational background

Summary

The Information Technology (IT) Intern is a key member of the Achievement First IT Team responsible for ensuring that technology systems, hardware, and support structures remain reliable and effective across our schools. In rare disease markets, where growth is driven by patient identification rather than market share shifts, the Regional Account Manager focuses on uncovering diagnostic gaps, enabling earlier disease recognition, and ensuring appropriate handoff of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution. The RAM serves as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and works in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and relevant cross-functional partners

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis
• Support appropriate use of diagnostic tools and specialist referrals, including utilization of approved HCP identification tools
• Serve as a field integrator to help ensure potential patients are identified throughout the diagnostic journey

Education

• Act as the internal subject matter expert and customer advocate, influencing product development and process roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate LG’s value proposition and differentiation.
• Represent LG at industry events, strengthening brand visibility while deepening existing relationships and cultivating new ones.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, sales leadership, applied representative management, and/or large account management, with a proven record of driving growth and managing complex commercial projects.
• Strong technical expertise within the Commercial Air Conditioning industry; VRF experience preferred.
• Experience with process cooling systems including scroll chiller products preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, and standard Windows applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L management.
