Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $70,000–$130,000 USD, with exact compensation based on location, experience, and cost of living.

Exodus is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead our Solana integration efforts and take wallet support to the next level. In this role, you’ll own everything from wallet integration to fine-tuning smart contracts, ensuring a fast, seamless, and reliable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in the Solana ecosystem and knows the chain inside and out. You’lll be responsible for optimizing our existing Solana implementation and building the features that will define the next generation of Solana experiences for Exodus customers.

• Contribute meaningful code for Solana features across the Exodus products.

About the Position

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the innovative DApps in the NEAR ecosystem. Someone who wants to work in a fast-paced start-up and is motivated at the prospect of building something new from the ground up, gets engaged at an early stage of projects.

This position is focused on building a blazing-fast frontend and an SDK for a cross-chain DEX utilizing multi-party computation, chain signatures, secure enclaves and intent-based architecture. You will work closely with the Protocol team, designers, QA and external partners to provide the best possible user and developer experience. Compensation:

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $150K to $210K base, equity, and benefits for all team members.
