About the Job

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team to provide dedicated end-user support at Panthalassa. You’ll be responsible for supporting laptops (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile devices (Android, iOS), and other workplace technologies (A/V systems, printers, peripherals, and network patching). You’ll play a critical role in keeping our team productive day-to-day, while also helping us shape the long-term vision for corporate technology.

This is a people-first technical role. You’ll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting and support, but you’ll also document processes, create knowledge base articles, and help design the support systems that future IT hires will rely on. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, resolving issues with laptops, phones, A/V systems, printers, and other technology.
• Track, manage, and resolve requests in tickets (Jira Service Management), with intake via Slack, Jira, or walk-ups.
• Administer software tools and SaaS access such as Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Microsoft Office.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning/deprovisioning accounts and devices.
• Document processes and build out our internal knowledge base in Confluence, with attention to clarity and detail.
• Manage inventory and storage of technology peripherals and equipment.
• Participate in office build-outs and capital projects, including setting up new equipment and physical technology.

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. onX is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with a passion for building scalable platform Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and scaling secure authentication, authorization, and user management services that are foundational to our platform. TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

Our backend engineers primarily work in Go running in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. The IAM team works extensively with identity platforms (Ory Kratos, Hydra, Oathkeeper), distributed databases (CockroachDB), and OAuth 2.0/session management patterns. Understanding mobile authentication tradeoffs (WebView vs. browser-based auth, token-based patterns) is particularly relevant for this role.

As an onX Senior Backend Engineer, your day to day responsibilities would look like:

• Build scalable, secure IAM services that enable new features and products across the onX suite of apps
• Design and implement backend systems focusing on observability, fault-tolerance, security, and high performance

COMPENSATION

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $146,000 to $182,000 upon hire. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead this team. You'll partner with the Backend Developer Experience team to deliver the full software delivery lifecycle from code commit to production, and build the engineering culture that keeps our release process a competitive advantage rather than a bottleneck.

In this role you will:

• Lead and grow a team of four engineers focused on CI/CD infrastructure, build systems, deployment automation, and developer tooling.

You should have:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years managing engineering teams in high-growth or high-availability environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and the infrastructure that supports them.
• Strong background in build systems (Bazel, Buck2), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).

We are hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Global Core Infrastructure team and help build and operate the global platform behind Workato.com/go. You will work closely with engineers in the US and across international teams to design, scale, and secure the systems that power Workato’s automation platform - trusted by thousands of enterprises and processing billions of events every day.

Role Overview

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be part of the team responsible for the architecture, scalability, and reliability of Workato’s distributed cloud platform. You’ll design and optimize the systems that allow our services to run securely and efficiently at scale. This is a highly technical role that requires deep experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux internals, and large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a global, distributed, and resilient cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with US-based engineering teams to plan and deliver complex platform initiatives.

• Patch and optimize open-source components for performance and security.

• Develop low-level internal services using Linux syscalls and networking primitives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles.

• Proven expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

• Strong understanding of Linux internals, including networking and system-level performance tuning.

• Experience operating infrastructure on AWS at scale.

• Proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes. 

• Solid understanding of network security and cloud security best practices.

• Hands-on experience optimizing CI/CD workflows and automating deployments.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• 5+ years in a professional Data Science role with a track record of deploying models at scale.
• Proficiency in Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker. Experience with Kubeflow is a major plus.
• Expert-level Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), Spark, and advanced SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistics and ML theory (e.g., Gradient Descent, Bias-Variance tradeoff, Bayesian inference).
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, specifically using dbt.

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $126,000 to $149,000 upon hire. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive role is an outside sales position responsible for developing, managing, and closing business for Strategic Enterprise customers in the North America region and is an integral part of the field sales organization. This person will partner with our demand generation, solutions engineering, and product teams to guide prospective customers through a solutions sales journey of modernizing their cloud platform architecture.  This position will require you to develop a deep understanding of the specific challenges customers are facing to help them positively achieve their business outcomes with Upbound’s solutions. 

This role will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales development and customer success to provide a tight-knit customer relationship, account leadership and direction in both the pre-sales and post-sales processes.

In this role, you will:  

• Carry a sales quota that aligns with Upbound’s revenue goals.
• Function as the primary point of contact and the face of Upbound for new prospects and customers.
