Responsibilities:
- Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions as per Blink protocols
- Handle provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
- Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Other duties as assigned in Pharmacy Technician role
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required
- PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
- Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
- Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
Your Schedule This is a full-time, onsite role with evening availability required. We have three shift options:
- 12 PM – 8 PM EST, Monday – Friday
- 1 PM – 9 PM EST, Monday – Friday
- Rotating 40-hour schedule between 8 AM – 9 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Saturday shifts rotate among the team (9 AM – 5 PM EST) you'll always know your schedule in advance.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Boise, ID
Responsibilities:
- Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations
- Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient pharmacy benefits coverage
- Maintain compliance with patient assistance program guidelines
- Document all information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Research required information using available resources
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- One year of Pharmacy Experience, having resolved third party claims
- Healthcare industry experience with claims background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong operational focus
- A passion for providing top-notch patient care
- Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
- Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in the state of Idaho, registered with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy

We are looking for you to join our Prior Authorization team to raise the bar on our customer service we provide to our patients and partners. This is your opportunity to join a health-tech enterprise focused on making medications more affordable for all Americans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initiation of new prior authorization requests to providers
- Identify the correct prior authorization form required for the patient’s insurance provider
- Coordinate with prescribers and medical offices to ensure applicable information is translated onto prior authorization forms
- Follow up with medical offices to check the status of prior authorization requests
- Assist with communicating the status of prior authorizations to both patients and providers
- Coordinate with medical offices to handle Appeals
- Respond to internal questions from other departments related to prior authorization requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- A passion for providing top-notch patient care
- Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
- Must be flexible to work shifts ranging from 8am - 8pm.

Who You Are:
You are a IT Support Technician who has demonstrated success in addressing problems and opportunities within growing organizations. You know how to identify, diagnose, and resolve systems issues, document processes and procedures, and serve end-users with a positive customer experience.
What you'll Do:
- Work as part of the Service Desk team to deliver IT support to the end-users and operations groups within Blink Health.
- Support for all remote access technology which includes laptop computers (Windows and MacOS), Okta, Google Suite, software installations, and more.
- Provide exceptional end-user support for our MacOS and Windows environment.
- Support mobile wireless devices such as iPhone and iPad devices.
- Perform desk moves, setups, and changes for desktop hardware and equipment.
- Track requests to completion with JIRA: capture user requests, resolve issues, and verify user satisfaction.
- Work proactively to prevent future problems by delivering end-user training, performing preventative maintenance and tracking inventory.
- Liaise with other technology groups including Pharmacy Operations, DevOps, Information Security, Software Development, and other departments.
- This role requires being onsite Monday-Friday during business hours.
- Participate in on-call rotation for remote support on Saturdays 9am-5pm ET or 1pm-9pm ET.
- May have to travel occasionally to provide IT support.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering end-user IT support services.
- Experience in supporting MacOS, Windows, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and Jira/Confluence.
- Experience managing desktops, laptops, within an enterprise onsite and remote environment.
- Experience with MDM applications like Jamf and Intune is a plus.
- Experience setting up and managing video conferences using Zoom.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and Zendesk is a plus.
- Experience with IT Asset tracking.
- Experience supporting a large user community of remote users.
- Documenting repeatable processes (SOPs) to assist other team members and contribute to the self-service portal.
- Candidates must be professional, service-oriented, articulate, collaborative, and team-focused.
- A drive to learn as you go in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for an On-Site Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA to help us make specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients. Keep reading to learn more about the role, our team and why House Rx is the right next step in your career.
About the Role
As a pivotal member of the House Rx team, you will work closely with specialty care clinics and the House Rx team to improve the specialty pharmacy experience for oncology patients and their caregivers. This is an onsite role at an office location in Pittsburgh, PA.
What You’ll Do
- Complete end to end prior authorizations for specialty medications
- Source financial assistance on behalf of patients
- Process pharmacy claims
- Coordinate medication dispensing and shipping
- Dispensing functions including medication ordering, labeling and ensuring proper verification is complete
- Improve the patient experience by answering questions and requests
- Act as a liaison between the patient, their provider and the pharmacist
About You
- You have mastered all the core pharmacy technician skills, such as processing claims and dispensing medications, and are ready to expand your career
- You are comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and all members of the care team both in-person and over the phone
- You have experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance
- You are excited about working in a start-up environment and helping to build workflows and processes from the ground up
- You enjoy learning new technologies and are proficient in some common pharmacy software systems (QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM, etc). Bonus points if you have worked in EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, NextGen, etc) or specialty pharmacy systems (Therigy, Asembia1, ScriptMed, etc)
- You are familiar with specialty medications, including medications used in autoimmune, endocrinology, and oncology. Willingness to learn therapeutic areas you are not familiar with is great
- You are a creative problem solver interested in positively impacting each patient’s pharmacy experience
- You are an initiative taking individual contributor who can also promote teamwork and collaboration amongst colleagues
- Pharmacy technician, licensed practical nurse or similar licensure as may be required in the applicable state
- Technician registration or licensure in State of employment, national certification as CPhT is preferred
