Govini builds software that accelerates the Defense Acquisition Process. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to continue growing our Design team and help shape the future of the Ark. You should be engineering-oriented, extremely proficient in UI standards and patterns, and above all else, a critical thinker and problem solver who can take ownership over feature strategy and development. A strong candidate can not only convert ambiguous objectives into empowering and enjoyable experiences but also help facilitate all parts of the process, including initial ideation, product scoping, low-fidelity prototyping, interaction design, and client engagement.
Our product team is a collaborative group of product designers, implementation specialists, product managers, and engineers. We operate within integrated project teams (IPTs), each of which focuses on key user workflows and needs that we have identified in the defense space. You will join an IPT depending on your background and take charge of the tasks for that track.
This role is a full-time position located out of our offices in Pittsburgh, PA. This role may require up to 25% travel.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and go-to-market teams to understand user needs and translate them into product features, concepts, workflows, and user experiences.
- Collaborate with the product managers, engineers, data scientists, and implementation specialists in your IPT to ideate, define, develop, implement, and validate solutions for the Ark
- Design and document user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that optimize data visualization and facilitate data exploration, and that fully align with product requirements documentation.
- Collaborate directly with integrated product teams, including engineering and data science, to support implementation of UI designs, engage in productive cost-benefit discussions to assess potential deviations from designs, and support future iteration and development against long term objectives.
- Present and defend designs and key milestones to clients, peers, and executive-level stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an established design system and UI component library
- Become an expert on Ark.ai itself and the commercial and publicly-sourced data represented in it.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Lead and mentor product designers
- Put customers at the center of all ideation and development
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- 3-5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, intuitive, and successful web-based products - ideally with a data component
- Bachelor's degree in HCD, HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- Portfolio with revenue-generating case studies
- Interest in defense tech, analysis, and data visualization
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and general design techniques
- Ability to leverage, stand up, and maintain component libraries designed for the web
- Experience working in an agile development process, while being able to balance scope, speed, and quality
- Precise visual and interaction design skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively, effectively, and at multiple fidelities
- Awareness of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Desired Skills:
- Masters in HCD, HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship

The Data Services Operations team plays a crucial role in delivering data and analysis that supports development of autonomous systems and features essential for a great ADAS driving experience. Within Data Services Operations, the GIS Services organization at Latitude is the operational backbone and spatial intelligence engine driving our system and its complex relationship with the world and our customers. Within this organization, the GIS Platform Team is tasked with building, scaling, and maintaining the robust technological infrastructure that empowers all Latitude stakeholders to easily access, visualize, and exploit spatial data. We are looking for a highly skilled GIS Solutions Analyst (Front-End Support) to lead web application development, design intuitive cartographic templates, and build a seamless "one-stop shop" portal critical to reliable spatial data integration, analysis, and self-service capabilities across the Latitude AI enterprise.
What you’ll do:
- Web Application Development: Design and develop custom GIS web applications and self-service tools (e.g., Route storage and management apps) that empower Latitude engineers and leadership
- Experience Builder & Custom Widgets: Build and extend ArcGIS Experience Builder applications through custom widgets and components. Integrate turnkey/CoTS solutions with custom codebases to optimize concept realization
- UX & Interface Design: Create intuitive, performant, and visually compelling user interfaces for geospatial data exploration and analysis. Translate complex geospatial workflows into accessible, user-friendly application features for non-GIS experts
- Portal Management & UI Standards: Architect and manage a centralized, highly discoverable GIS portal. Establish and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and frontend best practices
- API & Backend Integration: Integrate web applications with GIS services, APIs, and backend data pipelines, seamlessly connecting performant geoprocessing services into front-end widgets
- Collaboration: Collaborate with GIS Services peers, Product Managers, Engineers and Executives to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences
- User Testing & Support: Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve usability and functionality. Create user-friendly technical documentation and act as a champion for GIS adoption across Latitude
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree with two years of employment experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree with four years of employment experience or a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with six years of employment experience required
- Proven experience using the ArcGIS Maps SDK (JavaScript/TypeScript). Familiarity with alternative web mapping libraries (e.g., Mapbox GL JS, Leaflet) is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency in front-end web development languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
- Exceptional Python and SQL skills for data preparation, querying, and geoprocessing script integration
- Experience deploying and maintaining Esri WebGIS Enterprise Architecture (custom WebApps and Experiences)
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for translating dense spatial data into beautiful, readable visual products

About the Team
Product at Gather AI sits at the center of everything — connecting customer insights, engineering execution, and go-to-market strategy into a coherent roadmap. It’s a small, high-ownership team embedded directly with engineering and design, working on products that have immediate, measurable impact in real warehouse environments. You’ll work closely with customers, field teams, and engineering to shape what we build and how we build it.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery for one or more core areas of the Gather AI platform. Your initial focus will be our internal tools platform — leading the buildout and scaling of our deployment tooling — with scope expanding over time as the team and product grow.
This is a high-autonomy IC role for a PM who thrives in ambiguity, goes deep on customer problems, and has the technical fluency to partner effectively with robotics and software engineering teams. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes for your product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes for one or more product areas — defining goals, success metrics, and priorities aligned to company objectives
- Lead structured customer discovery with warehouse and logistics operators, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into detailed requirements and specs
- Partner day-to-day with engineering squads and UX designers through planning, refinement, and retrospectives — unblocking the team and maintaining delivery momentum
- Define success metrics for your product area, instrument new features, run experiments, and share clear read-outs with stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to plan and execute product launches, including enablement materials and positioning briefs

What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of independently owning and shipping software products in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Proven end-to-end ownership — from discovery and spec writing through backlog management, launch coordination, and outcome measurement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders around a clear direction
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage deeply with engineers on constraints, architecture decisions, and API-level product details

We’re searching for a Staff Product Designer to join Aurora’s Operations Experience Product Design Team. This role reports directly to the Design Lead for Aurora Operations Experience. We are hiring for this position to own the design of the Command Center overseer experience, focusing specifically on the high-stakes tools and workflows required to monitor and manage autonomous truck activity on the road.
As we scale our fleet of self-driving trucks and expand our network, this role offers a rare opportunity to establish the interaction patterns that will set industry standards for how autonomous systems surface information to oversight teams in complex, real-world environments.
In this role you will
- Own the end-to-end design for the Command Center overseer experience, ensuring supervisors have the clarity and tools needed to monitor real-time truck activity safely and efficiently
- Identify and solve the highest priority pain points for operations leads in their monitoring and intervention workflows
- Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to model and evaluate how the Aurora Driver communicates its status and intentions to the Command Center across digital touchpoints
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering and product to define, explore, and ship solutions that support the efficient operation of our fleet
- Influence strategic direction by presenting design rationale to leadership and contributing new processes back to the broader design studio culture

The base salary range for this position is $139-$201K per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
