• Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends

What you’ll be working on:

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)  and is maintaining active NCCPA certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) 
• Currently licensed in CA or AZ with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from (6am - 12am PST)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Radiation Oncologist – Phoenix CyberKnife and Arizona Radiation Therapy Specialist (AZRTS)​

Position Summary

Phoenix CyberKnife and AZRTS seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a highly experienced, nationally recognized team delivering advanced radiotherapy and radiosurgery. The group practice offers leading-edge technologies—including CyberKnife, Novalis TrueBeam STx with ExacTrac, HDR brachytherapy,  Tomotherapy and theranostics—to provide precise, non-invasive treatments tailored to each patient’s cancer and goals.​

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and stage patients requiring radiation therapy, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary oncology team.​
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans using CyberKnife, IMRT, SBRT, TrueBeam STx, Tomotherapy, theranostics and brachytherapy, working closely with in-house physicists and dosimetrists.​
• Oversee daily treatment delivery, monitor patient response, and adjust plans as clinically indicated.​
• Provide thorough patient and family education on diagnosis, treatment options, potential side effects, and follow-up care.​
• Participate in multi-disciplinary tumor boards and case conferences with medical oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists.​
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in radiation oncology.​
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.​
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical research, and innovation initiatives within the group practice as interested.​

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency.​
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.​
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and other advanced technologies (e.g., CyberKnife, IMRT, brachytherapy, Tomotherapy, theranostics).​
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.​

The Opportunity

About the role:

We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners passionate about women’s health for on call / per diem coverage for Tia’s Kierland clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner - On call / Per Diem, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome!

Nurse Practitioners are integral to the formation and iteration of our care model - with opportunities to provide direct patient care but also participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development and innovation.

Schedule - On-call / Per diem Providers serve as standby coverage for same-day provider callouts or urgent clinic staffing needs. During any breaks in patient care, providers may support virtual care, inbox coverage, RN team support, etc. 

Providers are asked to maintain availability for 1 or more on-call days per month, which may include weekday or weekend coverage. You tell us what day(s) each month you are available for on-call coverage. On-call shifts are 8 hours in length and will be between the hours of 8:00am–7:00pm. Providers must be able to report to clinic within two hours if activated. This role ensures consistent patient care, workflow execution, and coverage for the Kierland clinic during staffing gaps, high-volume periods, training, vacation or emergent needs.

The Nurse Practitioner - On Call / Per Diem functions with high autonomy, strong clinical competency, and adaptability. They are expected to quickly integrate into each clinic’s daily flow and uphold Tia’s standardized workflows.

About the role:

About the role:

We’re looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about women’s health for Tia’s Scottsdale Clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be an integral part of the care delivery system.  Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: gynecological services, primary care, procedures and holistic whole person care is welcome! KPNX, the TEGNA station in Phoenix, AZ, has an opening for a Broadcast Director. Strong preference will be given to Arizona locals. The person filling this role is responsible for coding and switching our locally produced content using Sony ELC automation. Effective interaction with a control room team from multiple departments is critical to success. Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must. Current driver's license and ability to operate news gathering vehicle to and from various locations is required.

Responsibilities:

• Use your natural curiosity to pitch compelling stories.
• Show off your creativity and storytelling skills.
• Craft stories of all lengths on all platforms for specific audiences.
• Meet daily deadlines.
• Combine live pictures, graphics, compelling video and emotional sound to create an engaging experience for our audience.
• Booth continuous coverage on our live streams for breaking news and community events.
• Consistently try new things after thoughtful discussion with supervisors.
• Allow the impactful and emotional conversations the community needs to drive the content in your rundown.
• Use data analytics to help shape the content of your show.
• Challenge traditional ways of doing things.
• Ensure all communities and viewpoints have a voice and presence in your show.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in journalism, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of news content experience.
• Top-notch communication skills are an absolute must.
• Solid journalistic judgement and a news philosophy that emphasizes accurate, fair and unique local content, along with community engagement. 
• Understanding of the tenets of professional journalism.
• Skills in producing engaging, content-driven newscasts and digital content.
• Strong social media skills, including an active news hound presence on your preferred social platforms. 
• Organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure deadlines.
• Ability to calmly handle live, breaking news situations and changing events. 
• ENPS and Edius system experience preferred.
