Role: Programmatic Trader
Location: Metro Manila 
Reporting to: Team Leader or Trading Manager

As a Programmatic Trader, you will be providing a unique link between commercial and analysis functions across the JAPAC region. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals from other markets and departments including Sales, Account Management and Data & Analytics; across our regional footprint. It is not easy work, but it is rewarding, and as the region is growing rapidly there is great opportunity to make an impact and grow along with it.

As a Programmatic Trader, your main responsibilities will include:

Campaign Activation
Excellent campaign performance – deliver client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts
End to end campaign ownership and performance monitoring
Use data to enhance buying decisions, resulting in overachievement vs. client- stated KPIs and internal profit objectives
Use insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental opportunity

Portfolio Management
Deliver on-point margin and retain clients
Apply expertise on new business and/or challenging campaigns to reduce margin
Grow client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
Use data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver campaign ahead of pace and maintain performance

Internal Collaboration
Seamlessly communicate with commercial teams on product/capabilities positioning and growth strategy
Take initiative to support others and deliver teaching / training sessions
Work with MiQ global central departments to aid in any of the following:
Ad operations
Pre-campaign Analysis
Post-campaign insight reporting
Troubleshooting

Communication
Very confident in content creation and delivery for meetings
Attend and participate in meetings - deliver insight pieces and Q&A
Strong emphasis on delivering clients actionable insights via weekly commentary and end-of- campaign reports

Innovation
Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas
Maintain and evolve trading/operational processes and best practices
Share results to encourage team-wide adoption of new insights, targeting tactics, optimisation methods and ways of working

Role: Account Coordinator 

What you’ll do

As an Account Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

Client Service

• Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients.
• Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless.
• Resolve or escalate client issues quickly and without fallout.
• Maintain regular communication with all accounts and support on meetings, business reviews & reporting where appropriate.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and our clients.

Campaign Management:

• Pre-campaign:
• QA of pre campaign documents.
• Project manage build of creative assets & other campaign setup requirements.
• Manage creative tag trafficking.
• Campaign activation:
• Request and deliver screengrabs.
• Ensure client reporting is setup.
• Monitor pacing and performance of campaigns.
• Requests for campaign upweights where appropriate.
• End of campaign:
• Manage and deliver post campaign reporting and insights.
• Manage re-booking of BAU activity.

Administrative Support:

• CRM (Salesforce) - IO management & understanding of Sales pipeline.
• Reconciliation of bookings where appropriate.
• Support with investigation and resolution of invoice queries.

Communication:

• Frequent internal and external communication: email and video call.
• Tracking & upwards communication of campaign issues/opportunities.
• Ad-hoc communication with third party providers.

Technical Support:

• Implementation and troubleshooting of tracking pixels.
• Knowledge of Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium).
• Troubleshooting campaign issues with the support of the Account Services Manager (with a goal to become independent).

Product & Industry knowledge:

• Understanding of MiQ’s product suite including requirements for activation & USPs vs competitors.
• Research into industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ, our clients as well as the wider digital landscape.

Insight delivery  

• Proactively connect multiple data points to deliver insight driven recommendations for clients during and post campaign.
• Recognise patterns and points of differentiation to deliver robust and actionable insights.

What you’ll bring  

• 1-2 years in an advertising/media agency (or similar) 
• Working in a team environment
• Client facing experience in programmatic advertising preferred (Client Services/ Sales Support/ Ad-Ops background)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cisco UC Voice Engineer to support critical upgrades and modernization initiatives across our enterprise communication platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering seamless upgrades to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Unity Connection (CUC), along with associated VMware ESXi infrastructure.

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact upgrade projects in a global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stability, security, and minimal service disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades of CUCM, UCCX, and CUC from version 12.5 to 15.4

• Execute VMware ESXi upgrades from versions 6.5 and 7.0 to 8.0

• Complete all pre-upgrade activities, including:

  • Change submissions and approvals

  • Detailed implementation and rollback plans

  • Technical documentation and validation checklists

• Coordinate with global teams to plan and execute upgrade windows with minimal business impact

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after upgrade activities

• Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and best practices

• Provide post-upgrade stabilization and hypercare support, including system optimization

Required Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience upgrading CUCM, UCCX, and CUC environments

• Demonstrated experience upgrading VMware ESXi from 6.5/7.0 to 8.0

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

• CCNA certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale environments, including rotating or after-hours coverage

• Comfortable working in remote and distributed team environments

• CCNP Collaboration (or equivalent hands-on experience) with Cisco UC technologies

• Familiarity with ITIL or structured change management practices

• Experience with large enterprise UC deployments, including multi-cluster and multi-site architectures
