The Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical role responsible for enabling the successful integration of FORT products into customer robotic systems and platforms. This engineer will serve as FORT's primary technical presence at customer sites, guiding integration design, resolving implementation challenges, and ensuring customers achieve full functional and safety compliance with FORT's control systems.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position requiring strong technical depth, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced industrial environments.

The Field Engineering team at Weights & Biases plays a vital role in ensuring customer success and adoption of our platform. As part of this team, we partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to lead technical success after the sales process. We work closely with some of the most advanced AI teams in the world, helping them build, optimize, and scale their ML and GenAI workflows across industries such as computer vision, robotics, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).
About the Role
We’re hiring a Post-Sales AI Solutions Engineer (AISE), Scale Customer Success to help customers successfully implement and scale AI/ML workflows and GenAI/agentic applications on Weights & Biases. You will design and deliver technical enablement and adoption programs that reach many customers at once, create reusable assets that improve self-serve success, and use product signals and feedback loops to continuously improve outcomes.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

FORT Robotics is hiring an Associate Accountant to join our Finance team and play a hands-on role in the day-to-day accounting operations that keep the company running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst and gain end-to-end exposure to the accounting cycle from AP/AR through month-end close at a stage where the systems and processes you help build will scale with the company. This is a high-visibility role on a small team. You will see your work reflected in board-level reporting within your first quarter.

The Director, Business Development is a senior individual contributor responsible for sourcing, advancing, and closing strategic partnerships pharmaceutical companies. This role carries a significant individual bookings target and is accountable for building and converting a high-quality pipeline aligned with Vivodyne’s commercial priorities.
The Director, BD will operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic judgment; owning account strategy, shaping deal structures, and leading cross-functional execution across Science, Bio, Legal, and Finance. Success in this role requires balancing hands-on deal execution with thoughtful account planning and market insight.
Carry and deliver against an individual quarterly and annual bookings target.
Source, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities with mid-sized and large pharma companies and AI/data-centric partners.
Lead opportunities through the full deal lifecycle: discovery → scoping → proposal → negotiation → close.
Shape opportunity-specific deal structures including pilot studies, discovery programs, efficacy/tox engagements, and data-enabled collaborations.
Own follow-through and momentum on active deals to ensure timely progression and closure.
Run weekly pipeline reviews to reduce slippage, re-qualify deals, and improve forecast accuracy.
Account Strategy & Pipeline Management
Develop and execute account-level strategies for a defined set of target and active accounts.

7–10+ years of business development or alliance experience in biotech or pharma.
Proven success carrying an individual quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience supporting or working within discovery platforms, preclinical services, or advanced research.
Strong understanding of drug discovery workflows and customer decision dynamics.
Ability to translate complex science into clear, customer-aligned value propositions.
Highly organized, with experience managing end to end sales cycles and a sizable personal pipeline.
Preferred
Familiarity with oncology discovery, RNA modalities, and/or preclinical toxicology.
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled discovery or data-driven collaboration models.

In this role, you will support the advancement of our groundbreaking research initiatives with primary cell culture work and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing scientific programs by performing primary cell culture and cryopreservation. You will also perform routine tasks such as stocking consumables, preparation of media, reagents, and samples, and coordinating biohazardous waste handling, and assisting with regular organization and maintenance of inventory. This role will support both the operations and biology teams, and requires the dynamic ability and mentality to roll up your sleeves and take on ad-hoc support as needed.
