Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Member of the global Total Reward team while managing regional compensation and benefits matters in support of the business and local/regional HR Business Partners

Compensation Management

• Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary grade and structure maintenance & creation
• Provides data analytics for the maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets
• Participates in administration of annual incentive, and/or salary increase programs
• Conducts market benchmarking analysis to determine competitive positioning of the organizations jobs and pay programs
• Evaluates the organizations job descriptions, providing feedback and consulting to the business as needed
• Participates and manages salary surveys by matching PMG jobs to available salary surveys reference jobs and provides organizational data to these survey providers

• Supports the development of international benefits strategy and oversee the implementation of such, ensuring the benefits offering is strategically aligned with the business, competitively attractive to employees and is cost effective
• Maintain inventory of all benefit plans and policy documents per country/business unit, including renewal dates, and tracking of costs
• Manage annual carrier/policy renewal process, working with brokers and vendors on contract negotiations and initiating periodic market reviews to ensure benefits are secured on the most competitive terms
• Partner with HR and the applicable business to assess, recommend and establish appropriate market level of benefits when PMG establishes operations in new countries and/or upon acquisition of new companies
• Lead the administration of pension schemes
• Point of contact for incoming benefits related invoices (liaison with Finance for invoice processing)
• Build external relationships and participate in international benefit surveys to ensure PMG remains aware of what other companies are doing in the competitive market
• Partner with field HR to handle employee questions and assist with processes such as leave of absence, sickness, and accidents
• Coordinate with legal team, HR team and outside counsel on immigration matters

General Responsibilities

• Partners with HRIS for ongoing data integrity checks
• Produces HR Metrics related to compensation and offer insights to the Business and HR Teams
• Provides guidance, coaching, mentoring and training to HR Business Partners on compensation-related issues
• Provides input on compensation policy and procedure creation
• Generate compensation metrics and provide analysis and recommendations based on them
• Lead and/or participates in HR and Total Reward projects
• Supports US and Global compensation matters as needed

Minimum Education & Experience:

About the Team:

The Supply Chain team owns the entire supply of raw materials, packaging & all kinds of items (office/cleaning & kitchen) and their distribution to chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate consistently across all areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.

The role:

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/5 days/week) Supply Chain Operations Support with a self-reliance mindset who is willing to help and give support in handling operational tasks where strong G Suite, especially Excel, skills are required to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!

You're capable of supporting the sourcing supply chain management to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets.
• Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery.
• Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively with the Supply Chain team, Ops team, MarketPlace team, and Vendors.

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive - Newsletter Sales, to help grow advertising revenue across our newsletter portfolio. This role focuses on outbound sales, top-of-funnel generation, sponsorship prospecting, closing, and building a repeatable pipeline of advertisers and partners.

This role is for someone who is not just good at sales but who works in an AI-native way every day.

We want someone who actively uses Claude and AI tools daily and is highly comfortable using AI to automate, accelerate, and improve core sales workflows. That includes prospect research, account prioritization, contact discovery, outbound support, personalization, follow-up drafting, sales process organization, and overall top-of-funnel execution.

This is not a traditional sales role built around fully manual work. We are specifically looking for someone who naturally thinks, “How can I use AI to do this faster, better, and at a greater scale?” The right candidate will combine strong sales instincts with AI fluency and a constant drive to improve efficiency through systems, prompts, and workflow automation.

What You’ll Do

• Own outbound sponsorship sales efforts across Mode Mobile Media’s newsletter brands

About the Team:

The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity — an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative team that is charting a bold new path by bringing these same exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees.

This role will be reporting directly to the the Head of B2B, with the opportunity in the future to hire, train and manage sales representatives in your vertical.

You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales, marketing and product team around strategy and execution.

The role:

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to oversee the CookUnity Medically Tailored Meals program ordering and support. This role is critical in ensuring that members, providers, and payers experience a seamless process from enrollment through ongoing meal delivery as well as weekly reporting.

As the primary point of contact for administrative and service support, you’ll guide members through onboarding, assist with order placement, monitor support. You will also serve as the VOC (voice of the customer) for internal CookUnity team for members, care managers.

Responsibilities:

1. Member Onboarding & Activation

Support new member enrollment, including verifying eligibility, collecting intake details, and explaining program benefits.

Build confidence by walking members (and/or their caregivers) through the ordering process.

2. Engagement & Retention

Ensure members receive meals consistently per program guidelines. (food allergy, medical condition etc.)

Conduct proactive outreach (calls, texts, or reminders) to prevent gaps in service and missed deliveries.

Act as a trusted resource for members and caregivers.

3. Order Placement & Administrative Support

Assist members who have limited digital literacy with placing or modifying meal orders.

Process special requests (allergies, medically indicated preferences, religious/cultural needs) in line with program guidelines.

Coordinate with internal operations and kitchens to ensure orders meet medical specifications.

4. Service Delivery Support

Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, delivery, or dietary issues quickly.

Monitor escalations (e.g., repeated missed deliveries, service dissatisfaction) and resolve with urgency.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of member communications, service changes, and escalations in line with payer requirements.

Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling.

Export weekly service and utilization data to support invoicing and reporting for account managers and payers.

6. Continuous Improvement

Gather structured feedback from members and providers to inform product and process improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve retention, satisfaction, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer support, case management, or member services, ideally in healthcare, nutrition, or health plans.
• Strong communication skills with empathy for diverse populations. Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive medical or personal information (HIPAA knowledge preferred, but training will be provided)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance in a high-volume environment.
