We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our Agentic AI team as we scale our agentic offerings across all levels of the US government. Over the past year, we have seen the rapid adoption of our agent, Ace. We expect Ace to interact with all Ark interfaces in an agentic manner as time goes on. The team is striving to make Ace an even more effective agent, focusing on planning, reliable execution over longer time horizon tasks, scaled tool use, Ace Skills, memory, and inter-agent coordination.
In order to do this job well, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a project built on LLMs that showcases your skill at getting them to interact with frontend interfaces agentically.
Experience designing front-end architectures with explicit state and action models suitable for AI-driven interaction (agent-controlled UI, tool invocation, and deterministic workflows).

Mission Summary:
Motional is seeking a Staff Front End Engineer expert for its Web Visualization Tooling team. This role will directly contribute through the creation of critical web tooling and visualization that allows us to improve our feedback loops for machine learning (ML) engineers and improve the performance and adaptability of our autonomous vehicle (AV) system.

The Director, Software Engineering is responsible for the delivery of Enterprise SaaS products supporting the Clinical Trial industry, overseeing multiple on-shore and off-shore development teams and the delivery of multiple products and initiatives. The Director, Software Engineering provides strategic planning and tactical execution management, agile release planning across multiple teams, process and tool design, resource management, and continuous improvement. The Aurora Services Engineering team creates full-stack solutions including backend services, web apps, mobile apps, and real-time onboard code that enable commercial operation of autonomous vehicle fleets at scale. Our mission is to build the software that drives the commercial side of our platform such as assigning work to autonomous vehicles, providing remote support, managing a fleet of vehicles, and receiving orders from customers. The base range for this position is $171,000 - $273,000. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
