About the role

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the VP, General Manager, France the Senior Director, Medical Affairs, France  is the medical leader responsible for defining and executing the local medical strategy for oncology products. This role serves as the medical voice within the French Leadership Team, ensuring scientific excellence, compliant medical engagement, and strong alignment between global strategy and local patient, physician, and healthcare system needs.

This leader will ensure that French medical considerations are embedded in the regional medical strategy and plans and will partner with the General Manager and crossfunctional teams, as well as the VP, Head of Europe Medical Affairs and their leadership team. The Opportunity:

The Senior Director, Market Access is responsible for defining and executing the country market access strategy to ensure timely, sustainable patient access to innovative oncology therapies. This role shapes reimbursement and access strategy, drives value demonstration, and leads engagement with key external stakeholders including payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities.

This position will partner with commercial and medical affairs teams to deliver launch activities by providing access insights, developing evidence-based HTA, Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers and tools, engaging with market access and public affairs stakeholders as well as driving pricing strategy activities, and lead the activities to deliver access results supporting the overall success of the product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Market Access & Reimbursement: Develop and implement strategies to support access and pricing decisions for oncology products within the France healthcare system.

• HTA & Pricing Filings: Lead preparation and submission of value dossiers, benefit assessments (e.g., AMNOG/G-BA, HAS, AIFA…) and pricing negotiations with statutory health insurance decision makers (e.g., GKV-SV, CEPS…).

• Partner with regional and local Medical Affairs and Marketing team to translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value communications tailored for french payers.

We are looking for a Care Navigator/Support Coordinator to join our team! Masters degree in a behavioral health field and licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist, psychologist required. Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in both English and French. Additional language(s) fluency such as spoken and written French Canadian, Spanish etc. is a plus!

This Global Care Navigator will assist our members through their mental health care journey and connection to care, while ensuring our members are incredibly satisfied with the Spring Health experience. The Global Care Navigator exhibits a deep understanding of all patient and clinician workflows and is highly responsive, resourceful, empathic, and professional. They have creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality experience. This role will report to the Manager of the Global Team in Clinical Operations. 

The working hours for this role will be: Monday-Friday; 1pm - 9pm CEST

What you’ll be doing: 

• Utilize active listening and written communication skills to interact with and support patients by maintaining availability during shifts for incoming phone, chat, and emails in the language(s) in which you are fluent. 
• Manage all care coordination needs, including but not limited to: assisting with platform sign up, troubleshooting tech issues, gathering intake information, scheduling and canceling appointments, and explaining the services available. 
• Conduct a clinical needs assessment to develop a plan of action for each member and refer to an appropriate level and modality of care (Spring Health counseling provider or other mental health services.) 
• Assess and synthesize information using good clinical judgment to manage member crises such as suicide risk by providing in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow up. 
• Provide consultation, psycho-education, empathy and motivational assistance as needed to address mental health, substance use, and family/relationship concerns. 
• Engage in CIR intake and/or coaching services for global members and customers
• Identify and problem-solve issues that serve as a barrier or disruption to care, technical issues, and more submitted by members and providers. 
• Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries
• Review and learn from current and new workflows, via a combination of online and live training, and policies, which will be written and spoken in English. 
• Summarize all patient interactions, writing in English within Spring Health’s online documentation systems. 
• Coordinate with other internal teams in identifying, reporting, and resolving issues as needed, to ensure a smooth member experience. 
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects such as customer-facing initiatives as assigned and available. 
• Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

What we expect from you: 

• Counselor, Psychotherapist, or Social Worker with a masters degree and appropriate credentials in your US state or country of residence. 
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure. 
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills and comfortable interacting with members worldwide. 
• Must be comfortable using multiple computer platforms at the same time and learning new systems 
• Motivated to go above and beyond for members to provide a high-touch experience and outstanding customer service.

The target base range for this position is €55,575 – €70,395 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Biology Data Quality Engineer to ensure the integrity and usability of the various and complex datasets that are central to our mission. In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise in biology, data science, and machine learning to ensure the quality and consistency of biological data used to train and evaluate our foundation models. You'll work in collaboration with the R&D team and our engineers, using your skills to ensure our data meets the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

As a Biology Data Quality Engineer, you will own the following tasks:

• Data Validation Pipeline Development: Develop and implement comprehensive data validation protocols for diverse biological datasets (histology, omics, clinical). Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy through rigorous quality checks. Design and implement automated data quality pipelines to streamline data validation and identify potential issues early in the data processing workflow.
• Data Curation & Standardization: Establish and enforce data standardization practices to facilitate seamless integration and analysis across different data types. Curate datasets to enhance their usability for machine learning.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the R&D team to understand data requirements and address data quality concerns. Communicate data quality findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communicate and synchronize with external data providers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain a detailed documentation of the data-quality assessment procedures, validation results, and data specifications. Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and trends.
• Data Source Evaluation: Evaluate and validate external public data sources, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are suitable for inclusion in our foundation model training.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest data quality best practices and tools in the biological domain. Propose and implement improvements to our data- quality assessment processes and pipelines.

   • Executive Interview (30 min): A comprehensive discussion with our Senior Leadership. This session moves beyond technical competency to focus on long-term vision, values, and mutual potential.
