The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will be working under the direction of a Senior Project Manager (or several Intermediate/Senior Projects managers depending on the scope of the project) in an impactful support function, by learning and participating in the planning and delivery of projects.

We are seeking a Deal Desk Manager who will support the Sales organization by managing quote creation, pricing validation, and approval workflows. You will ensure transactional accuracy, accelerate time to quote, and protect pricing integrity. This position focuses on operational execution and process discipline while identifying automation opportunities within Salesforce and CPQ.
Working in conjunction with sales, solution engineers, marketing, finance, legal, and sales leadership, you will operate as a trusted operational partner to the sales team. You will manage competing priorities, uphold rigorous standards for accuracy and timeliness, and ensure all commercial documentation is precise, compliant, and audit ready.

Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment.
