What you’ll be doing
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of enterprise restaurant partners and play a central role in driving both growth and profitability for Wolt.
You’ll work strategically to develop long-term plans for each partner, while also managing the day-to-day - ensuring great collaboration, identifying new opportunities, and making sure we deliver mutual success.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Developing and executing growth strategies for your portfolio of partners
- Managing overall portfolio performance to meet commercial KPIs such as revenue, product adoption and portfolio growth through sales and customer success strategies
- Upselling and implementing new products and services such as Wolt+, Ads, WfW, Wolt Drive, electrical vehicle ads and campaigns
- Renegotiating and expanding commercial agreements to increase long-term partner value
- Hosting business reviews, market visits and events
- Using data and market insights to make informed decisions and identify new opportunities
- Collaborating across teams to solve challenges and deliver the best outcomes for partners
- Preparing analyses and presentations for key discussions and reviews
- Contributing to a positive team spirit and our strong Wolt culture
Our humble expectations
- 4–6 years of professional experience, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success with large partners. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations.
- Strong commercial mindset with an ability to negotiate and manage key relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
- A self-starter attitude, comfortable working hands-on in a flat and fast-paced organisation
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Norwegian and English

Job Description
At Wolt we partner closely with the world’s leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. We are looking for a Enterprise Ads Sales Manager to work with our brand partners within the CPG vertical & provide massive value to our customer base through the brands they love. This is a high-impact, Individual Contributor role that will contribute to building profitable business models touching all of Wolt’s sales channels. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across the business; you will need to be able to work with our local team and our global ads operations team. Success will come from the ability to leverage our (huge) database to execute commercial initiatives, conduct long-term joint business planning, and provide world-class service to the world’s largest consumer brands.
What you’ll be doing
- Ad + Promo Sales: CPG partners create significant value to our joint customer bases via Ads + Promos. Our product is developing new features every day which you will be in charge of commercializing
- Joint Business Strategy and Planning: We create win-win-win models which bring significant benefits to our CPG partners, Wolt, and our end-customers. Our industry is moving fast and changing by the minute; you will have to be creative and figure out how we can all win together, both today and tomorrow.
- Plan Execution: Our team likes to get its hands dirty. You’ll work closely with local teams and our global ads operations teams to ensure that the details of operational plans are being executed, from ensuring a supply chain is providing the right amount of availability on our shelves to triple-checking marketing campaign flows.
- Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: We have industry-leading first-party data on billions of transactions, stored on Snowflake databases accessed via Looker. Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to create actionable dashboards, KPIs, and insights for our business partners.
Our humble expectations
- Relevant Experience: Previous global enterprise sales or account management experience. Proven ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner.
- Languages Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and e-commerce, platform industry is essential. Experience in the Ads industry is a major plus.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them effectively to C-level executives, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable business recommendations, and presenting findings in clear, impactful formats is essential. Expertise in Excel and crafting data-driven presentations is required.

We’re seeking a Vice President, Value Delivery – Europe who is the Regional GM for services: fully accountable for P&L, customer outcomes, and organizational scalability, while protecting customer trust and cross-functional alignment. You treat delivery as a lever for long-term account value and product adoption, not just implementation. You obsess over utilization, margin, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction—and you know how to build systems, teams, and rituals that continuously improve those metrics.
If you’ve led multi-market professional services organizations, scaled from regional player to global contender, and consistently turned complex industrial data programs into referenceable success stories—this role is for you. As Vice President, Value Delivery – Europe, you will own and drive the complete P&L performance of professional services delivery across the region. Your success will be measured by your ability to:
- Deliver measurable customer outcomes that prove the value of Cognite Data Fusion and our AI capabilities.
- Achieve and exceed aggressive growth and profitability targets for services in Europe.
- Build, lead, and retain a high-performing delivery organization that can scale with Cognite’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Regional P&L leadership & financial performance
- Own full financial accountability for the European services business, including costs, margins, and investment decisions.
- Drive profitable growth through strategic pricing, disciplined resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the regional budget across personnel, partners, technology, travel, and operations, ensuring investments are tied to value creation.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on accurate revenue recognition, project accounting, margin analysis, and portfolio-level reporting.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting with clear visibility into risk and upside.

Staffing, capacity planning & resourcing

- Monitor utilization and productivity, proactively addressing capacity gaps or surpluses before they impact delivery or margins.
- Implement scalable resourcing models blending full-time, contract, and partner resources.
- Align resource allocation with strategic priorities, key customers, and long-term account value—not just short-term revenue.
Delivery excellence & customer success
- Enforce and evolve delivery standards that ensure consistent, repeatable customer success in line with PMO frameworks.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, leading complex implementations from kickoff to value realization.
- Own executive-level escalation management, resolving critical issues while protecting relationships and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in methodologies, playbooks, and operating models informed by customer feedback and market signals.
- Partner with Account Executives and Value Engineering to validate and communicate business outcomes from Cognite deployments.
Team leadership & capability building
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top delivery talent across Europe.
- Recognize and reward contributions based on customer outcomes, commercial impact, and operational excellence.
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering across the customer lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and disciplined, high-quality project and portfolio data.
Strategic partnership & growth
- Partner with regional sales leadership to jointly identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, using delivery as a growth lever while preserving trust and alignment.
- Enable partners through training, co-delivery models, and clear standards so they can scale implementations effectively and represent Cognite in a way that reinforces customer trust.
- Contribute to the global services and value delivery strategy with regional insights, best practices, and competitive intelligence.

- Proven track record of managing a services P&L of 20M+ with responsibility for revenue, margin, and team performance in complex B2B environments.
- Deep expertise in industrial data, IoT, or digital transformation programs.
- Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth through strategic resource allocation, pricing, and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing, multi-disciplinary delivery teams in competitive talent markets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-million dollar customer implementations with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical complexity.

- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS delivery models in enterprise B2B environments, including familiarity with industrial data standards and OT/IT integration challenges.

How you’ll demonstrate Ownership
- Work alongside an experienced team to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in Nordics, UK and Benelux.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive bookings growth, win new customers and grow existing customers.
- Through active prospecting, generate new pipeline and provide insights and advise to prospective clients on how Cognite’s solutions will address the most important areas of their value chain.
- Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with your cross-functional teams (pre-sales and other key functions) to delight your prospects and customers.
- Utilize value-selling processes alongside demonstrating deep knowledge of Cognite’s solutions.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and ROI.
- Achieve bookings targets while developing satisfied and referenceable customers.
- Continuously learn and develop through close mentorship, training, and on-the-job experience.
- Be “on the road” a lot. It is expected that as an Account Executive you will spend 40-50% of your time on client sites, conferences, events or other activities.

- Familiarity and high interest in relevant technology, such as Big Data, IoT, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence.
- 4-7 years of experience in a high-paced environment (e.g. business development, start-up, sales, consulting, strategy, or similar).
- Fluent in English plus one of the local languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Dutch) is a desired plus.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. A relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
