The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. About the Role
As the Team Lead, Hospitality Operations, you will serve as the day-to-day operational leader of your zone (~100–120 homes). Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage a team of Hospitality Operations Managers and Hospitality Coordinators to deliver a five-star guest experience, maintain homeowner satisfaction, and execute key operating standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in field operations, enjoys mentoring others, and knows how to drive performance without needing full ownership of sales or pricing strategy. Think of it as a mini-GM role with less direct financial responsibility and more operational execution.

As a Hospitality Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional stays and satisfied owners within your assigned zone. You will be directly responsible for the stewardship of a subset of homes within your zone and the relationships with their owners, while at the same time adopting a team mentality to make sure the entire zone is operating well.
You’ll work alongside Hospitality Coordinators and report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your primary focus will be on operational execution — making sure homes are functional, clean, and stocked (FCS), supporting guest readiness, resolving in-stay issues, and proactively maintaining owner satisfaction.
This is a field-based, people-first role ideal for someone who loves hospitality, problem-solving, and ownership.

As a Peloton Store Manager, you lead sales, operations, and customer experience for your location. Reporting to the District Manager, you lead a performance-driven team where your success is measured by store sales, KPI performance, and payroll management.

Job Overview:
This position partners with Branch Manager to oversee sales and branch operations while assisting in the direct delivery of services to members. Handles daily operational tasks and ensures member service levels are met or exceeded. Leads branch team to deliver consistently high-quality sales and service by attracting new members and deepening relationships with current members.
