What will you do?

The Pipeline Operations first-line team proactively monitors exceptions based on timeliness and data quality in a top-down manner, alongside managing our clients’ ever-changing priorities and corresponding queries. What will you do?

• Helping deliver important analytical insights to managers and other product teams necessary for decision making

• Use quantitative analysis to understand how the game is played and identify impact and growth opportunities

• Participating in analytical maintenance for features, game events and modes throughout all development and release stages:

  • Pre-Production Analytics: modeling likely outcomes and risks from implementing new features, game modes and events into the game; predict the future events, product KPIs and metrics providing analysis of their full development cycle (from concept to release)

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to define functional requirements, organize content, map process flows, and specify report features. 
• Develop and optimize queries to investigate data issues or new reporting structures for various business units.  
• Work closely with Database Administrators and Developers to estimate time and effort for report projects and refining these estimates throughout the project.  
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track project status, identify potential risks,and resolve issues as they arise. 
• Become a subject matter expert in relevant business domains and reporting tools.  
• Assist in coordinating and maintaining development roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals. 

What you'll need to be successful: 

Must Haves: 

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role. 
• Knowledge of tools to create, extract, and analyze from SQL Server / Excel / PowerBI / Fabric / Cubes. 
• Strong customer support experience. 
• Understanding Data flow Concepts. 
• Understanding Business Model Concepts.

About the Role:

Wrike is seeking a SOC / Incident Response Analyst to help safeguard our organization’s most valuable assets and data from emerging cyber threats, operating within a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Team Dynamics:

As a SOC Analyst, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary security team comprising Infrastructure Security Engineers, Security Engineers, Application Security Engineers, and Compliance specialists. You’ll find yourself among a group of passionate and approachable professionals, dedicated to continuous improvement and teamwork in keeping our organization secure.

Your Impact:

• Monitor, analyze and triage security alerts and events
• Assess risk, impact of potential incidents, and take appropriate remediation steps and actions
• Employ various security tools and technologies to detect and investigate cyber threats
• Work collaboratively with other teams, including incident responders, to ensure proper escalation and resolution of cases
• Document and report security incidents
• Participate in further development and improvement of security monitoring and detection capabilities
• Stay up to date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

Your Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience in a Security Operation Centre (SOC) or similar role
• Knowledge of network fundamentals and common security threats
• Well-developed logical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Standout Qualities:

• Experience with security information event management (SIEM) and extended detection and response (e.g. Rapid7, Splunk, Wazuh, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Crowdstrike)
• Industry certificates is an advantage
• Experience with log analysis and correlation
