THE ROLE: 

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Customer Success Manager to join the Client Services team. This role is a for someone who finds satisfaction in cultivating strong partnerships, building trust, and ensuring our clients see consistent, long-term value from their investments.

As a CSM, you are the primary engine of growth for your portfolio. You will manage a book of business, helping clients navigate the complexities of programmatic and multi-channel digital media. We want a strategic CSM who can independently manage a book of business, assess client performance and map out the next steps for their digital evolution, whilst being willing to learn and grow in professional experiences.

Primary focus is to ensure retention while actively seeking ways to expand our footprint within each account. You’ll be responsible for turning Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts into stable, long-term partnerships through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and thoughtful diversification, while also supporting senior team members on Tier 1 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Execution & Planning: Manage and execute tailored account plans that align with client KPIs. Regularly reviewing your book of business to ensure we are staying ahead of market trends and client needs
• Revenue Growth: Identify growth opportunities. Lead upsell and cross-sell conversations by showing clients how additional channels or programmatic strategies with Genius Sports can solve their specific business challenges

Build for Scale

• Performance Monitoring: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and oversee supplier scorecards to ensure scores reflect incidents (food safety, quality, defects), communication, documentation, and audit scores.
• Incident Management (CAPA): Lead investigations focusing on Root Cause Analysis into supplier-related quality issues (e.g., foreign objects, microbial contamination) that come from complaints or from logged incidents, and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to prevent recurrence.
• Specification Management: Partner with R&D and Procurement to define and maintain detailed ingredient and packaging specifications, ensuring all Certificates of Analysis (COAs) meet internal standards.
• Risk Assessment: Perform science-based risk assessments for all raw materials, categorizing suppliers by risk level to determine the necessary frequency of audits and testing.
• Provide food safety expertise and decision-making support for supplier qualifications and any issues related to raw materials.
• Make risk-based food safety decisions for raw materials that ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while enabling reliable product delivery.
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends and issues, using insights to guide food safety and quality improvements and cross-functional education.

The Compensation Lead will play a critical role in shaping and owning The Farmer’s Dog’s compensation function as our business continues to scale. We’re looking for a seasoned compensation leader who brings wide-ranging expertise, will thrive in an autonomous environment and act as a strategic compensation partner across total rewards. How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead end-to-end ownership of compensation review cycles, including determining timeline, materials to support compensation such as training and benchmarks, and partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to drive equitable, competitive, and consistent pay decisions.
• Seek better by continuously evaluating and refining compensation program design to develop scalable, data-informed approaches that evolve with our business.
• Own our comprehensive benchmarking strategy, including job architecture, FLSA classifications, leveling, and market pricing, applying in-depth evaluation of variable factors to ensure competitive positioning across all roles.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex compensation issues, evaluating multiple variable factors to develop insights and recommendations that directly inform total rewards strategy and business decision-making.
• Serve as a senior cross-functional partner across Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Humans Business Partners, proactively sharing context across groups, identifying process improvements, and driving alignment on compensation philosophy and execution. 
• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and key contacts across and beyond the People function, serving as a credible expert and strategic advisor on all things compensation.
• Own compensation governance frameworks, establishing and managing audit processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness, and escalate risks with well-reasoned recommended solutions.
• Drive complex compensation projects from scoping through execution, for example: program redesigns and system implementations.
• Connect dots and create strong partnerships among the Total Rewards and Humans System and Operations function to ensure function wide learning, understanding, and education. 

We're Excited About You Because

• You bring 8+ years of progressive compensation experience and have owned programs end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy, managing timelines and the coordination of work with others
• You are highly analytical with strong Excel and data skills, and you know how to analyze and translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for a wide audience. 
• You understand the importance of system integrity and maintenance. Direct experience with Workday and Pave is a plus!

THE ROLE: 

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Customer Success Manager to join the Client Services team. This role is a for someone who finds satisfaction in cultivating strong partnerships, building trust, and ensuring our clients see consistent, long-term value from their investments.

As a CSM, you are the primary engine of growth for your portfolio. You will manage a book of business, helping clients navigate the complexities of programmatic and multi-channel digital media. We want a strategic CSM who can independently manage a book of business, assess client performance and map out the next steps for their digital evolution, whilst being willing to learn and grow in professional experiences.

Primary focus is to ensure retention while actively seeking ways to expand our footprint within each account. You’ll be responsible for turning Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts into stable, long-term partnerships through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and thoughtful diversification, while also supporting senior team members on Tier 1 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Execution & Planning: Manage and execute tailored account plans that align with client KPIs. Regularly reviewing your book of business to ensure we are staying ahead of market trends and client needs
• Revenue Growth: Identify growth opportunities. Lead upsell and cross-sell conversations by showing clients how additional channels or programmatic strategies with Genius Sports can solve their specific business challenges
• AdTech Consultancy: Serve as the day-to-day expert on multi-channel strategies (Display, Video, Social, DOOH etc.). You must be comfortable explaining performance data, attribution and the ‘’why’’ behind campaign results
• Relationship Management: Build strong, multi-level relationships within your accounts. You should be effective at delivering a Monthly Performance Review and liaising with senior team members for executive QBRs
• Churn Mitigation: Proactively identify “at-risk” signals and work with internal teams to deploy solutions that ensure long-term retention

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management or Media Planning within the AdTech or Digital Media space
• Programmatic Literacy: A solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including how DSPs and SSPs function across differing channels
• Commercial Mindset (“Farmer” DNA): You enjoy the steady work of building trust and find it rewarding to see a client’s sophistication and spend grow through your guidance
• Data Storytelling: You don’t just report numbers; you extract a narrative. You can look at a dashboard and provide actionable insights that help a client improve their ROI
• Resilience & Agility: A willingness to pivot between account strategy and administrative requirements for campaign execution
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’re a team player who’s comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Ops, BI, Creative, and Product to align on client goals and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly
• Sector Expertise: Previous experience or a strong interest in RMG (Real Money Gaming) or iGaming is a significant plus

• Define and Drive the Consumer Experience Vision: Partner with product, design, engineering, data and Customer Care leadership to develop the roadmap for how internal tools evolve into consumer-facing experiences. This includes proactive outreach powered by data science models and customer-facing guided flows that reduce contact volume by solving problems before customers need to reach out.
• Use Technology — Including AI — as a Tool, Not a Goal: Use technology thoughtfully and strategically, selecting the right solution for each problem. Guide and support TFD in developing strong judgment around when and how to use AI and LLMs, helping build organizational capability and best practices.
• Use Data to Drive Every Decision: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify where tooling creates the most leverage. Design experiments, measure what matters, and build the data foundation that makes our experiences smarter with every interaction.

• External Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing partners, from day-to-day contact to weekly calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Establish and report critical metrics — including RFT, OTIF, cost per lb, yield, and complaint rates — to ensure data drives all decisions and partner accountability.
• Internal Relationship Management: Act as the liaison for the manufacturing partner within TFD, explaining capabilities and the reasoning behind decision making and prioritization. Collaborate cross-functionally with P&P, FSQR, R&D, and other groups to ensure all stakeholders have the information needed to be successful.
• Performance Improvement: Drive projects that improve throughput, performance, and product quality while simultaneously decreasing product cost. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for service or quality failures, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Contracts and Capital: Work with legal and leadership to establish contract terms, advise on strategy, and review potential capital investments.
• Product Commercialization: Support projects from ideation through execution utilizing TFD’s commercialization, qualification, and verification tenets. Collaborate with manufacturing partners, FSQR, R&D, and Commercialization to ensure all parties are aligned and prepared for launches.
• Capacity Management: Partner closely with planning to review capacity needs and commitments both short- and long-term. Influence decisions on where and how much to run with each partner based on a deep understanding of capabilities and metrics.

The Farmer’s Dog is looking for a strategic Acquisition Manager, Paid Social to join our acquisition team. In this role, you will lead planning, strategy, experimentation, and execution for TFD’s core product lines across key paid social channels, with the opportunity to influence different channels as well. As the Procurement Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the internal processes and tooling that keep the procurement team operating efficiently across shared workstreams. About the Role

One Acre Fund is seeking a forward-thinking Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst to help architect the next phase of our fundraising infrastructure. As we support thousands of donor records and institutional grants with complex global integrations, this role will be the engine of our technical evolution.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a key technical partner in the CRM Group, focused on optimizing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) environment, improving our data quality across thousands of donor records, automating manual workflows, and ensuring our data architecture provides a clear, high-definition picture of our global impact. This role has the potential to evolve over time into that of a system architect, ensuring that One Acre Fund’s donor data strategy aligns with our future growth and CRM evolution.

Responsibilities

Data Excellence & Insights (40%)

• Data Health Leadership: Proactively manage the integrity of our donor records, using advanced tools to ensure our database remains lean, accurate, and high-performing. Continuously re-visit data health - benchmark and strategize improvements in donor record completeness. Establish and improve upon data quality of donor information including subscribership, segmentation membership and historical data. 
• Advanced Reporting: Design and build sophisticated reporting that provide the Business Development and related teams with real-time insights into donor data, donation trends, wealth screening and the ability to organize a reporting structure to support inbound requests for data analysis and re-use of commonly requested reports. Build out and manage a report directory where frequent data requests can be reproduced easily. 
• Data Compliance and Audit Readiness: Ensure data is aligned with Finance and Compliance requirements.  
• Data Mining and Prospecting for Revenue Generation: Provide insights that strengthen the Business Development team’s ability to grow current revenue streams and catalyze new ones; identifying and analyzing key data on current donor prospects, combining donor data with internal and external data sources, and highlighting the most valuable avenues to acquire new donors, retain valuable clients, and optimize value from current donors. 

Salesforce Evolution & Configuration (25%)

• Workflow Automation: Lead the transition from legacy processes to modern Salesforce Flows, creating a more seamless and automated experience for our global users.
• Feature Roadmap Execution: Work through our backlog and technical debt to deploy features, automations, and enhancements that support our evolving fundraising strategies.
• Technical Architecture Mapping: Build and maintain a "Source of Truth" technical and how-to library that maps to our data architecture, ensuring the organization’s most valuable digital assets are well-understood and protected.

Platform Integration & Innovation (20%)

• Ecosystem Management: Oversee the connectivity between Salesforce and external platforms (Donorbox, Donorsearch, Campaign Monitor, Zapier, SAP), ensuring that data moves fluidly across our global tech stack.
• Emerging Tech Research: Act as a scout for new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools that can give our fundraising team a competitive edge.
• Agentic and Agentforce: Act as a lead in the evolution of One Acre Fund’s Salesforce design and development of Agentic and Agent Force predictive and generative AI capabilities.  

Operational Continuity (15%)

• Team Support: Provide expert-level backup for our Donation Processing lead, ensuring that wires, checks and partner portal data are handled with precision during peak seasons. 
• Current Systems / Operations: Improve upon existing systems with both operational support and ability to manage donation processing with less effort.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

• Technical Foundation: 5-10 years experience navigating and managing CRM environments (minimum of 5+ years Salesforce Admin experience required).
• Training / Evangelist: Proven ability to lead training sessions and develop materials for adoption of best practices by Salesforce user base. Able to respond to staff inquiries with feature demonstrations, bug resolutions, and adding materials to the knowledge base. 
• Certification: Already a Salesforce Certified Administrator, or possesses the technical aptitude and drive to achieve certification within 6 months.
• Platform Knowledge: Exposure to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), Person Accounts, Donor Search or other wealth screening tools, reporting systems like Tableau or Power BI (not required, but a plus) and back-end systems to process very large data-sets. Familiarity and interest in Agentforce application to existing workflow and data analysis.
• Systems Optimizer: You thrive on taking functional processes and turning them into "best-in-class" automated workflows.

Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven Strategic Account Manager to own and grow high-value relationships across our most important Hedge Fund and Institutional Investment clients. • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consistent engagement with senior stakeholders across investment and data functions.
• Lead contract renewals and pricing negotiations, managing objections and competitive pressures effectively.

We’re looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years' experience in prospective sales with a successful track record of exceeding sales targets

• Proficiency in the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Experience in Salesforce and Excel, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, is required.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team (we call them pawds 🐾) of engineers focused on delivering impactful software and growing as individuals.  Your role is to ensure both the short and long term success of the pawd: finding a balance of delivering impactful projects for the business, continuously improving team cohesion and processes, and supporting individuals progress through their careers.  You’ll embody our values and working principles, leading by example and instilling them in your pawd.  You’ll co-own your pawd’s roadmap in deep partnership with Product Managers and Product Designers while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure we’re solving the right problems at the right depth.

 We work with a modern tech stack, including Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Temporal, and Postgres, and are looking for engineers excited to dive into these technologies and help us push them further.

• Grow and support a pawd of 4+ engineers through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, coaching, and continuous feedback

• Partner with staff and senior engineers to guide your pawd’s technical direction, ensuring scalable systems, clean architecture, and strong engineering craft

The Senior Finance Manager, Innovation & Product Development will own the financial rigor behind TFD's product development pipeline, serving as the primary finance partner to our Innovation and Product Development function. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution – building the business cases, proforma P&Ls views, and margin analyses that inform which products we develop and how we bring them to market. How You'll Make An Impact

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Innovation and Product Development function, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and becoming a go-to thought partner on the financial implications of innovation decisions.
• Own the end-to-end financial analysis for the stage gate process – from early-stage opportunity sizing and concept evaluation through to launch-ready pro-forma P&Ls, payback analyses, and margin estimates that inform executive decisions.
• Develop,maintain and improve financial frameworks for evaluating new products across channels, adapting models as the business expands into new formats and go-to-market strategies.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations in monthly stage gate meetings with senior leadership, proactively surfacing risks, challenging assumptions, and providing strategic guidance to help prioritize the innovation portfolio.
• Own the Innovation and Product Development operating expense and capital expenditure budgets, partnering with budget owners on forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
• Support competitive pricing analysis and provide cost-informed perspectives on pricing strategy for new and existing products in partnership with the broader finance team.
• Contribute to monthly business reviews, forecasting cycles, and long-range planning by providing the innovation and product development perspective on new product contributions, margin trajectories, and research spend.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools related to the innovation pipeline, building scalable frameworks that can support a growing and increasingly complex product portfolio.
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses as needed to inform leadership decisions on product strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio prioritization.

We're Excited About You Because

• You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering, ideally within a high-growth consumer, CPG, or food/beverage company.
• You have experience partnering with product development, innovation, or R&D teams and understand the financial dynamics of bringing new products from concept to market (preferred).
• You're a strong model builder who thrives in ambiguity – comfortable creating financial frameworks from scratch when there's no template to follow, and exercising independent judgment on methodology and assumptions.
• You bring a strategic mindset paired with attention to detail – you can step back to evaluate portfolio-level trade-offs while also diving deep into the cost structure of an individual product.
• You're a confident communicator who can distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• You're proactive and opinionated in a productive way – you don't wait to be asked, you surface risks early, challenge ideas constructively, and advocate for the right outcome for TFD.
• You have a strong grasp of operations and supply chain dynamics and understand how formulation, procurement, and manufacturing decisions flow through to the P&L.
• You're a strong executor who can manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines, balancing thoroughness with speed.
• You build strong cross-functional relationships and can effectively facilitate alignment across groups with different priorities and perspectives.
• You’re proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with strong financial modeling skills, and have a mindset of continuously improving processes and proactively identifying opportunities to automate and increase efficiency. Familiarity with Looker and/or Sigma is preferred, along with experience with systems like Workday.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Conduct, maintain and track progress of payback and IRR analysis for merchandising and marketing experiments, clearly communicating results and working with business partners to inform future investment decisions.
• Build and maintain reporting that connects experimentation results to broader financial outcomes, surfacing insights on CAC, LTV, and margin to support day-to-day and strategic decision making.
• Proactively propose and execute adhoc analyses–such as sizing the financial impact of merchandising strategies or product line cannibalization–in order to deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner closely with Acquisition Marketing to analyze channel efficiency, experiment effectiveness, and performance drivers, helping optimize spend across channels while balancing scale, efficiency, and payback.
• Support our test-and-learn efforts by developing financial guardrails, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models to help teams prioritize our highest impact initiatives.
• Own the opex planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across core business partnerships including Acquisition, Brand, Retention, and Product, providing clear visibility into spend, opportunities, and risks.
• Actively participate in the bi-annual planning/monthly re-forecasting process
• Partner with other members of Finance to integrate the latest outlooks effectively into forecasts, models, and other financial analyses
• Continuously improve financial models, reporting processes, and documentation to increase efficiency, consistency, and clarity not just in Finance but across Growth & product workflows.
• Work in close partnership with the Finance Manager supporting Customer Care to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach across all aspects of the Marketing and related functions.

We're Excited About You Because

• You have 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, finance business partnering, consulting, banking, or related finance experience. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a Direct-to-Consumer/Subscription  business or have business partnering experience with Marketing and/or Product teams
• You're adept at financial model building, possess a strong grasp of acquisition and marketing dynamics, and understand the nuances of subscription-based businesses.
• You're an expert in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills with extensive analytical, financial forecasting, and modeling experience (Sigma is also a plus)
• You're a skilled communicator and have the ability to absorb and distill complexity into simple terms to drive decision making and can navigate ambiguity.
• You are detail-oriented and proactive, you thrive as a self-starter and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are an owner, have excellent problem-solving skills and can prioritize tasks effectively.
• You are a strong executor—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dive into the details while also stepping back to drive strategic initiatives forward.
• You are able to build strong cross-functional relationships, effectively facilitate discussions and drive consensus. 
• Familiarity with Looker is preferred, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite are a plus!

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Customer Care Tools & Intelligence (CCTI) team, you'll be at the center of how our Customer Care Advisors deliver iconic care. Our goal is to empower advisors to provide personalized care that meets each customer’s needs, by building thoughtfully designed tools powered by AI and other technologies. We build and maintain the internal CRM and tooling that advisors use every day. We commit to building a competitive compensation package and company environment for all individuals to thrive. • Leadership: Defining the overall vision for both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM/PPC) search to deliver on customer acquisition objectives. Set clear expectations through OKRs, provide direct and empathetic feedback, and continuously redefine what best-in-class looks like.
• Integrated Search Management: Overseeing both channels to ensure a cohesive approach, such as using high-performing SEM keywords to inform SEO content strategies.
• Defensive Search: Own our core narrative around fresh dog food, nutrition, and differentiation across search engines, treating trust, education, and credibility as inputs to customer acquisition performance.
• AI Adaptation: Staying ahead of search engine algorithm updates and AI-driven search changes to maintain a competitive advantage, including AI-driven discovery, LLMs, and AI overviews in the SERP.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitoring key KPIs, analyzing data, and reporting on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Team Management & Development: Leading, mentoring, and scaling teams of SEO managers, specialists, and SEM experts.
• Budgeting & LTV Optimization: Managing substantial budgets and optimizing spend to drive LTV-positive growth.
• Test & Learn: Execute a rigorous test & learn experimentation plan with Analytics to connect advocacy efforts to conversion rate, CAC, trials, and subscription growth.
• Partnership: Partner with the Brand Content team to ensure authoritative, accurate, and compelling content consistently outranks negative or low-quality narratives.

• You have 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep knowledge in Paid Search, SEO, AEO and PPC/SEM.
• You’re an expert in tools like Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• You have a technical understanding of search algorithms, PPC bid strategies, website architecture, and HTML.
• You have demonstrated your ability to build and manage both 0 →1 and large scale growth programs for consumer businesses (especially excited about you if you have demonstrated excellent execution of 1:1 at scale).  You’ve done this in a holistic, customer-focused manner.

Lead and Develop the Humans Operations Group

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Humans Operations (HOps) team, setting clear expectations for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Provide day‑to‑day direction and prioritization to ensure work is executed consistently and sustainably.

Own Operational Execution & Quality

• Own the execution and quality of employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., onboarding, job changes, offboarding, leaves) in Workday and related systems.
• Establish and maintain clear operational standards for throughput, quality, and documentation.
• Monitor operational health (e.g., backlog, error trends, cycle time) and proactively address risks and breakdowns.

Lead and Improve Core Humans Operations

• Lead the team in documenting, maintaining, and continuously improving operational processes, with a focus on reducing errors, increasing clarity, and improving scalability.
• Own resolution of operational issues end to end, including root cause analysis, decision‑making, escalation, and follow‑through.
• Partner closely with HRIS and other Humans and cross-functional partners to ensure operational needs are clearly translated into system requirements and supported by clean configuration.

Drive Cross‑Functional Execution and Enablement

• Execute and maintain scalable operational processes aligned with Humans team programs and priorities.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams across Humans (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HRBPs) and internal partners (IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal) to ensure operational readiness and smooth execution.
• Own operational inputs into the Humans team budget process, including spend tracking, documentation, and variance identification.

Champion Compliance, Data Integrity, and Governance

• Own audit‑ready documentation, controls, and file management practices, ensuring consistency, traceability, and readiness at all times.
• Execute and monitor labor law compliance processes, escalating risks early and partnering on remediation when gaps are identified.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and other teams to support audits, employment documentation, and compliance record keeping while balancing risk management with operational agility.

• You bring 8+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years leading HR Operations teams with clear accountability for operational outcomes.

As a Senior Product Designer 2 you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of products that help potential customers discover, understand, and become customers of The Farmer’s Dog. We commit to building a competitive compensation package and company environment for all individuals to thrive. As the Senior Manager of Planning, you will lead the evolution of our forecasting function—owning the strategy, systems, and execution required to deliver accurate, scalable, and automated forecasts. • Lead and develop the Planning team (2 direct reports), setting priorities, elevating capabilities, and driving a high-performance, data-driven culture.
• Own end-to-end demand forecasting, transitioning from manual (Excel/Google Sheets) processes to automated, system-driven forecasts powered by data pipelines and advanced analytics.
• Partner closely with DSI to replace spreadsheet-based workflows (Excel/Google Sheets) with backend systems. Build and scale forecasting tools, models, and dashboards in BigQuery, Sigma, and Hex.
• Design and continuously improve forecasting methodologies by incorporating advanced analytics, AI, and key business drivers (pricing, promos, subscriber behavior, seasonality).
• Lead scenario planning and demand simulations (e.g., launches, pricing, merchandising), quantifying risk and guiding cross-functional decisions across Growth, Finance, and Operations.
• Establish and operationalize core demand and inventory data models, with clear ownership of KPIs (forecast accuracy, attainment, WOH, inventory turns, service levels).
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting inputs, budget alignment, and variance analysis (COGS, mix, demand drivers) to improve predictability.
• Act as a data and AI leader—identifying inefficiencies, mitigating risks through early signal detection, and delivering forward-looking insights to support S&OP/IBP.

• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or related roles, with a focus on direct-to-consumer operations.
• You have a strong analytical and technical skillset, with a track record of translating data into automated, system-driven decisions and measurable business impact; you are proficient in SQL and comfortable working in modern data environments (e.g., BigQuery, Sigma, Hex, Looker).
• You have experience partnering with Data Science / Analytics teams to build data pipelines, productionize models, and replace manual (Excel/Google Sheets) workflows with scalable systems.
• You have demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics and AI/ML approaches to improve forecasting, demand planning, and decision-making.

Run and scale the business partnering function 

• Lead a team that works directly with functional owners to understand performance, pressure-test plans, identify risks/opportunities, and influence decision-making. ● Build a deep understanding of every part of the business, becoming a go-to partner for executives. 

Drive performance management 

• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with the executive team, framing insights, drivers, trends, and recommendations. 
• Build mechanisms that ensure accountability, transparency, and forward-looking action across the organization. 

Deliver high-impact financial insights 

• Analyze key initiatives, investments, capital allocation decisions, and productivity programs to guide strategic choices. 
• Partner with Operations, Marketing and other teams to monitor business health.

Own critical company communications 

• Prepare materials for the Board, Audit Committee, investors, and other external stakeholders. 
• Support M&A and strategic initiative evaluations with financial modeling and structured analysis. 

Build for scale 

• Lead the implementation and optimization of FP&A systems/tools (e.g., Corporate Model, Planning technology). 
• Develop processes, reporting, and analytics that support a growing, increasingly complex business.

As the Accounting Manager, Inventory and COGS, you will own the financial integrity of our inventory and cost of goods sold across the business. • Ensure accurate inventory costing and valuation, including landed cost, freight, duties, variances, and other COGS components
• Own the inventory subledger and ensure alignment with the general ledger
• Oversee purchase accrual processes and work with Procurement and AP to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Build, manage, mentor and lead the Inventory Accounting group, including thoughtful hiring, onboarding, coaching, and continuous feedback
• Monitor and analyze inventory movements, including in-transit, consignment, write-offs, and returns, and ensure appropriate accounting treatment
• Drive process improvements related to inventory and COGS accounting, including documentation of policies and procedures
• Partner with FP&A and Operations to provide timely and accurate analysis of COGS trends and inventory balances along with insights and reporting regarding inventory and margin drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement inventory reporting tools and automation in our ERP
• Support the annual financial audit, including the preparation of spreadsheets or reports that support the financial statement numbers (e.g., inventory balances, COGS breakdown, inventory adjustments) and responses related to inventory and COGS
• Support physical inventory and cycle count processes and ensure results are reflected properly and timely in financial statements

• You have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in inventory and/or COGS accounting and 1+ years of people management experience
• You bring a strong mix of technical accounting knowledge and operational mindset

Position Overview

The Medium Duty Truck & Farm Equipment Mechanic plays a critical hands-on role in supporting Stone Barns Center’s farming and facilities operations. Serving as the Facilities Manager’s primary technical resource, this position ensures the reliable performance, safety, and longevity of a diverse fleet of farm vehicles and equipment. Through expert diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance, the Mechanic helps keep seasonal operations running smoothly while contributing to the Center’s mission of sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of farm vehicles, agricultural machinery, and facilities-related equipment, including engines (diesel, gas, electric), hydraulics, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and tires
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness during critical seasonal periods, including oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, lubrication, inspections, and evaluation of wear components
• Execute routine inspections and major repairs on tractors, utility vehicles, mowers, loaders, and other specialized farm equipment
• Safely operate shop tools and machinery, including hydraulic lifts, welders, tire machines, and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all tasks
• Communicate clearly with the Facilities Manager regarding equipment condition, repair timelines, and additional service needs
• Modify, design, and fabricate special-purpose or custom equipment to support farm operations
• Stay current on best practices in automotive and agricultural equipment maintenance through ongoing learning and professional development

Operations

• Assist seasonally with snow removal, debris clearing, and roadway maintenance
• Monitor parts inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock levels
• Report equipment damage, unsafe conditions, or mechanical issues promptly to Facilities leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or farm equipment maintenance (two-year degree in automotive technology preferred but not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated B+ or higher mechanical skill level
• Experience working with diesel-powered equipment, particularly in winter or seasonal operations
• Familiarity with service and parts manuals
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facilities and farm teams
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions
• Flexibility to work up to 24 hours per week, including occasional weekends or extended hours during peak seasons
• Must provide and maintain appropriate tools

We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Director to drive brand, agency, and publisher measurement sales in New York. This is a “hunter” role — ideal for a self-starter who thrives on opening new doors, driving adoption, and growing relationships within the advertising ecosystem.

The right candidate will bring deep experience selling into media agencies, brands, and publishers across digital and programmatic channels, with a strong understanding of media measurement and brand outcomes.

What you will do: 

Drive new customer and revenue growth from buy-side partners (advertising agencies, brands, and holding companies) and sell-side partners (publishers and platforms) We have seen starting with pressure on the agencies is the best starting point for generating demand across all parties.

Identify and close measurement opportunities across OLV, Display, CTV, Linear TV, Addressable TV, and streaming audio.

Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and consultative solution selling.

Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows, reinforcing our leadership in brand measurement and media effectiveness.

Leverage your NYC rolodex to expand market presence and acquire new customers.

About you:

You have 7+ years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales in New York, with a proven track record of closing new business.

You maintain strong, established relationships with programmatic and digital buyers at major NYC agencies (relationships in other markets are a plus).  You have learned it’s impossible to succeed in ad measurement without strong agency relationships.

You’ve successfully sold outcomes-based or measurement solutions to buy-side clients — agencies and brands alike.

You understand the media measurement landscape, especially for brand-building campaigns.  You’re highly familiar with brand lift.

You’re an entrepreneurial hunter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by growth and results.  Previous colleagues have not accused you of simply being a “farmer.”

You’re an excellent communicator and negotiator who can translate complex solutions into clear, customer value.

Bonus points:

You’ve sold into publishers or brands, in addition to agencies.

You have experience with Linear TV or cross-platform media measurement.

You’re passionate about  analytics, and helping advertisers prove the impact of their media investments.

You’re up to speed on the latest AI tools and capabilities.  You’ve found ways to gain leverage in previous jobs using AI. 

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000+ commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
