About Karbon
Karbon is the global leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms. We provide an award-winning cloud platform that helps tens of thousands of accounting professionals work more efficiently and collaboratively every day. With customers in 40 countries, we have grown into a globally distributed team across the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. We are well-funded, ranked #1 on G2, growing rapidly, and have a people-first culture that is recognized with Great Place To Work® certification and on Fortune magazine's Best Small Workplaces™ List.
Our People team is a high-performing group, deeply committed to our Karbonites and values. We are looking for a true partner who is commercially sharp, proactively curious, and fluent in both the people discipline and the AI tools redefining how great HR professionals work. Reporting to the VP of People, this role’s main client group includes our Customer and Sales teams, with the unique opportunity to partner with executive leaders to drive performance, engagement, and provide real business insights.
We are looking for someone unique. You’re the right HR partner for us if you walk into every leader conversation already knowing the business context, GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, quota attainment etc., and you'll bring people insights that leaders haven't or don’t even know to ask for yet. You’re highly AI-centric and use AI agents and agentic workflows as a natural extension of how you work, not as an experiment, and you're excited about what that means for the future of the people function and the teams you support.
This is not just a case management role. You'll spend as much time anticipating the challenges as solving them, and you'll be as comfortable challenging a VP's org design decision as handling a complex ER matter, and just as comfortable deploying an AI agent to synthesize engagement data as facilitating a critical performance conversation.
Why Work at Karbon?
As we hire across various locations within the USA we are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as physical location/cost of living in that location, years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, for some roles very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission, purpose and values are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are!
Karbon embraces diversity and inclusion, aligning with our values as a business. Research has shown that women and underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single criteria. If you've made it this far in the job description but your past experience doesn't perfectly align, we do encourage you to still apply. You could still be the right person for the role!
We recruit and reward people based on capability and performance. We don’t discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lifestyle, age, educational background, national origin, religion, physical or cognitive ability, and other diversity dimensions that may hinder inclusion in the organization.
Generally, if you are a good person, we want to talk to you. 😛
If there are any adjustments or accommodations that we can make to assist you during the recruitment process, and your journey at Karbon, contact us at people.support@karbonhq.com for a confidential discussion.
At this time, we request that agency referrals are not submitted for this position. We appreciate your understanding and encourage direct applications from interested candidates. Thank you!

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As part of our growing Data Science and Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in our company’s mission of building safe and beneficial artificial intelligence by driving data-informed decision making across our organization. You’ve worked in cultures of excellence in the past, and are eager to apply that experience to help shape the cultural norms and best practices of a growing data science team as Anthropic continues to scale. In this unique company, technology, and moment in history, your work will be critical to informing our strategy as we deploy safe, frontier AI at scale to the world.
We’re hiring across multiple pillars
Applying for this role will allow you to be considered for all pillars currently hiring. You will be asked to select a preference when submitting an application.
This role is embedded with the Claude Code product team, driving data-informed decisions for Anthropic's agentic coding tool that enables developers to delegate coding tasks directly to Claude from their terminal. You'll help the team understand how developers interact with AI coding assistants, measure developer productivity and product quality, and identify opportunities to innovate the developer experience as the product scales. Key focus areas include developer usage patterns across the platform, driving adoption within the developer ecosystem, and developer segmentation.
Strong candidates may have:
You will be embedded with our Consumer product team. This team is responsible for building all consumer-facing Claude experiences—including web, mobile, desktop, and browser extensions. In this role, you'll shape how millions of users interact with Claude daily, driving product insights to product recommendations for interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and push the boundaries of what AI-powered applications can be.
Strong candidates may have:
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand how developers and enterprise customers build on and adopt the Claude Developer Platform—spanning our core API, agent orchestration, tool and MCP integrations, and knowledge management capabilities. You'll identify growth opportunities, surface insights about how AI agents are being built and deployed at scale, and drive data-informed decisions that shape our platform roadmap.
Strong candidates may have:
You will work closely with product, engineering, and research leaders to bring data-driven rigor to every phase of model development and launch. Sitting at the true bleeding edge of putting frontier AI research into the public domain, you will leverage data from both external customers and internal testing to define and measure key company success metrics, and analyze user and model behavior to identify new opportunities to push the frontier.
Strong candidates may have:
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About Gusto
At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.
All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.
AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
About the Role:
We are building AI-powered, agentic workflows to transform how service operations scale, resolve customer needs, and maintain quality in high-stakes environments. At Gusto, that means designing systems that can earn the trust of small business owners — where a wrong answer or a missed escalation has real consequences.
As an AI Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end design and performance of these workflows in production — where models, tools, data, and human judgment come together to deliver outcomes. This is not a traditional architecture role. You will design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI-driven systems that directly impact customer experience and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform by identifying capability gaps, prototyping solutions, and informing the primitives required to scale agentic systems effectively.
You will report into the Service Transformation org and work at the intersection of AI governance, service quality, and operational transformation — operating as the connective tissue between Engineering, CX, Legal, and Compliance as Gus, Gusto's AI assistant, scales.
About the Team:
The mission of our Service Transformation (CXT) team is to quickly evolve and scale how Gusto delivers outstanding service experiences and leverages AI to do so. Our team designs the systems, governance frameworks, and feedback loops that allow Gusto's service model to improve continuously, operate reliably, and earn the trust of the customers and employees who depend on it.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Here’s what we're looking for:
Our cash compensation amount for this role is $133,470/yr to $173,511/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $157,145/yr to $204,289/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.
Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.
Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
Before Stripe, every growing internet platform had a payments team. Today, every growing internet platform has an Identity team. Identity verification has become core economic infrastructure for online businesses — enabling them to digitally verify their users' identities for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and trust and safety purposes.
At Stripe, we're building something more ambitious than a verification product. Our vision is to build the world's most trusted store of verified identities — a single, global, reusable, risk-scored representation of every individual who interacts with Stripe and beyond. This Identity Store becomes a platform with compounding network effects: more verifications enrich the store; a richer store produces better fraud signals; better signals mean lower friction for trusted users; lower friction drives more adoption.
Our product today serves millions of verifications per month for customers like OpenAI, Shopify, and WhatNot, and powers identity verification across multiple internal Stripe products including Fraud, Link, Connect, and Crypto. The problems ahead — adversarial AI and deepfake defense, networked identity infrastructure, progressive verification platforms, and low friction KYC APIs — sit at the frontier of what's possible in identity engineering.
As a Staff Engineer on the Identity team, you will own the technical direction of one of Stripe's most strategically important product areas. This is not a role defined by task execution — it's a role defined by technical judgment, architectural influence, and the ability to turn an ambitious vision into a reliable, scalable system.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. At Justworks, you’ll enjoy a welcoming and casual environment, great benefits, wellness program offerings, company retreats, and the ability to interact with and learn from leaders in the startup community. We work hard and care about our most prized asset - our people.
We’re helping businesses get off the ground by enabling them to focus on running their business. We solve HR issues. We’re data-driven and never stop iterating. If you’d like to work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment, are interested in building something meaningful and having fun while doing it, we’d love to hear from you.
We're united by shared goals and shared motivations at Justworks. These are best summed up in our company values, which are reflected in our product and in our team.
If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
You're an operations leader who sees this moment in operations for what it is: a rare inflection point where AI and automation are reshaping what's possible, and where the leaders who move first will define the next generation of operational excellence. You bring deep expertise in standards, systems, and process design, paired with the vision to imagine what operations can become and the discipline to get there. You've built operational infrastructure before: the SOPs, controls, systems, KPI frameworks, and governance cadences that turn a high-performing team into a high-performing organization. You're a builder at heart, energized by creating structure where there isn't any, and you lead teams through ambiguity and change with conviction and clarity. You influence across the organization, earning trust, driving adoption, and making change stick even where you don't have direct authority. You're also a natural connector between Operations and the partners across Technology, Customer Success, Revenue, and Finance who are critical to making the company's transformation agenda real.
As the Senior Director of Central Operations, you will lead the transformation of our Operations organization at one of the most exciting moments in the function's history. You will build the operational backbone that sets the standards, systems, and capabilities for how the organization works, and you will lead the AI and automation agenda that will fundamentally reshape how operations gets done. This is a rare opportunity to stand up a centralized function from the ground up, shape its vision, and drive change that will be felt across every team in Operations.
You will own a portfolio of centralized functions including operational excellence, data and KPIs, third-party systems, AI and automation transformation, and learning and development. You will elevate Central Operations as the strategic engine that raises the performance bar across the entire organization and positions Operations as a competitive advantage for the business.
LEAD THE TRANSFORMATION AND AUTOMATION AGENDA
BUILD AND LEAD THE CENTRAL OPERATIONS TEAM
DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION
OWN DATA, KPIs, AND OPERATIONAL REPORTING
GOVERN SYSTEMS AND TOOLS
BUILD THE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION
As Senior Director of Central Operations, how results are achieved is as important as what you achieve. You'll demonstrate:
Vision and Forward-Looking Leadership: You anticipate where operations is going before others see it and position your team to lead rather than react. You think in systems, connect near-term execution to long-term capability, and make bold bets on where the organization needs to go.
Decisive, Data-Driven Leadership: You define what good looks like before measuring it. You use analytics and operational insights to set standards, track performance, and drive improvements across the org. You hold the line on data quality and metric integrity even when it's inconvenient.
Change Management and Transformation: You know that shipping a solution is only half the job. You lead the shift toward automated, AI-enabled operations and bring teams along through change, building the adoption muscle that makes transformation stick.
Horizontal Leadership and Influence: You drive outcomes across teams you don't own. You build credibility through expertise, earn trust through follow-through, and shape standards and practices org-wide through partnership rather than positional authority.
Inclusive, Growth-Oriented Leadership: Foster psychological safety, encourage diverse perspectives, and develop emerging leaders across your team.
This role is based in our New York City headquarters. The base wage range for this position will be $240,000 - $310,000 annually.

Gusto Embedded Payroll (GEP) is one of Gusto's highest-growth bets — a platform business that enables software companies to offer Gusto-powered payroll directly within their own products. We're looking for a Head of Partner Growth to lead the team responsible for making our embedded partners successful: driving go-to-market execution, growing partner revenue, and building the operational and strategic frameworks that will scale this business toward $100M+.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.
About the Role:
Gusto is looking for a builder to take on the role of Head of AI-Native Talent Systems as we rethink how people grow in an AI-native company. This role is about designing the systems that shape growth day to day. Not courses. Not programs. The actual mechanics of work. Onboarding, feedback, performance reviews, promotion decisions, and leadership expectations should all help people get better by default, without needing special events or extra effort. You will be responsible for building new architecture and tearing down what no longer serves us. AI will be a core part of how you do this, not as a concept, but as a practical tool for reflection, coaching, skill building, and clarity. The goal is simple but hard: make growth obvious, continuous, and hard to avoid. This is a role for someone who wants to build something durable, test it in the real world, and keep improving it. If it works, others will copy it. If it doesn’t, you’ll learn fast and fix it.
About the Team:
The Talent Development team sits within the Gustie Engagement Team, with a shared purpose: to help Gusties write the best chapters of their careers. We do this by designing the conditions that create clarity, connection, and commitment across the employee journey, not through programs, but through how work actually happens.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
(The day-to-day will change. That’s part of the job.)
Here’s what we're looking for:
(If you’ve done this before, you’ll recognize yourself.)
People who fit this role often have 10–12 years of relevant experience, but we care far more about what you’ve built than how your resume is labeled.
What does success look like?
A year into this role, growth at Gusto is no longer something people are asked to manage on top of their jobs. It is something the company’s systems quietly and consistently do. The everyday work of the company generates signal by default. Decisions, docs, code, customer interactions, feedback, and leadership moments all leave usable traces. Those signals are captured and interpreted as work happens, then reflected back in ways that help people see patterns, progress, and gaps without needing to reconstruct the past or advocate for themselves. Growth becomes legible. Learning is no longer organized around classes, curricula, or moments on a calendar. Instead, it exists as an always-on environment woven into how work gets done. People can quickly see examples of strong judgment, understand what “good” looks like in context, and explore how similar problems have been solved before. AI makes this possible at scale by synthesizing real examples, answering questions in the moment, connecting people to relevant expertise, and turning individual insight into shared capability. Over time, development feels less like an intervention and more like a natural byproduct of doing the work. People pull what they need when they need it. Leaders spend less time explaining expectations and more time reinforcing them. The system improves with use, because every interaction adds clarity rather than noise. Importantly, the system has a point of view. It creates gentle pressure in the right places and removes friction in the wrong ones. It makes certain behaviors easier, others harder, and does so through design rather than persuasion. Standards become clear not because they are stated repeatedly, but because the environment reinforces them. At that point, this work no longer resembles traditional Talent Development or Performance Management. It looks like core infrastructure for a company that expects to keep changing, and expects its people to keep pace not through heroics, but through design.
Our cash compensation amount for this role is $150,000 /year to $180,000 /year in Denver & most major metro locations, and $177,000/year to $210,000 /year for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

About Design at Gusto
Design at Gusto is made up of over 80 creative, collaborative people who care deeply about our mission to empower small businesses and their employees. We're a cross-functional group that is always looking for opportunities to build understanding and empathy for the people who use Gusto. We don't care much about swim lanes and though we care deeply about quality and craft, we are never precious about it. We work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to design, build, and ship experiences that make a real difference. We believe great design can make hard things possible, even delightful.
We are building an AI-native design organization — and we mean that seriously. We're looking for designers who are already working this way: using AI to prototype ideas quickly, shorten customer feedback loops, and ship quality UX directly to customers. This isn't a future aspiration — it's how we work now, and it's changing what the design role looks like at Gusto and across the industry.
About the role:
We’re hiring a Principal Product Designer to lead AI design across Gusto.
This is one of the most senior individual contributor design roles at the company. You’ll define how AI works, behaves, and earns trust across the Gusto platform – starting with Gus, our AI conversational assistant, and expanding into AI-powered workflows embedded in payroll, benefits, HR, and beyond. You’ll shape the interaction model, UX principles, and product direction for AI across Gusto. You will work with senior Product and Engineering leaders to define our AI portfolio. You will develop important AI features that customers will consider and you’ll ship high-impact, customer-facing AI capabilities that help our customers get their work done faster and more effectively, while building their trust in Gusto. These features will help customers finish their tasks faster and build their trust in Gusto.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. We’re looking for someone who can set a long-term UX vision for AI and turn it into real, shipped product that meaningfully improves how small businesses get work done.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Here’s what we're looking for:
At Gusto, we strive to provide rewards that empower employees to achieve their financial and personal goals. About Us:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
The Opportunity:
We've built a People organization grounded in trust, empathy, and high standards. Now we're in the harder work of making that scalable. That means moving from reactive, judgment-driven people decisions to durable systems and processes that hold up as we grow. We're mid-build. You won't be inheriting a finished playbook; you'll be writing it.
Our team, Talent Activation, is responsible for raising the performance bar and building a feedback culture, while protecting the culture that makes Grow worth working at. We're made up of Business Partners, Performance, Learning, and Employee Relations, and we operate with an unusually high-touch model: one Business Partner for every 30 managers, a rejection of traditional L&D in favor of real behavioral change, and a deliberate early investment in the systems and AI infrastructure that will let us move faster and more consistently as we scale.
The Talent Activation Strategy and Projects Manager is for someone who wants to be in the engine room of that build.
