As .Monks continues to expand our Data & Digital Media capabilities, we are looking for a senior professional to support and grow our services in marketing analytics.
In this role, you will support both ongoing and new engagements by overseeing the delivery of actionable and impactful insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data. This position plays a key role in evolving our analytics capabilities while also working closely with client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
This is a highly hands-on, client-facing role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, enabling measurement frameworks, and supporting advanced analytics use cases.

About the Role:
We are building AI-powered, agentic workflows to transform how service operations scale, resolve customer needs, and maintain quality in high-stakes environments. At Gusto, that means designing systems that can earn the trust of small business owners — where a wrong answer or a missed escalation has real consequences.
As an AI Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end design and performance of these workflows in production — where models, tools, data, and human judgment come together to deliver outcomes. This is not a traditional architecture role. You will design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI-driven systems that directly impact customer experience and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform by identifying capability gaps, prototyping solutions, and informing the primitives required to scale agentic systems effectively.
You will report into the Service Transformation org and work at the intersection of AI governance, service quality, and operational transformation — operating as the connective tissue between Engineering, CX, Legal, and Compliance as Gus, Gusto's AI assistant, scales.

Gusto is looking for a Paid Social Marketing Lead to own our paid social program end-to-end, from brand awareness through conversion, across social channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and AI-powered workflow design. Gusto is looking for a builder to take on the role of Head of AI-Native Talent Systems as we rethink how people grow in an AI-native company. This role is about designing the systems that shape growth day to day. Not courses. Not programs. The actual mechanics of work. We are seeking a rare combination of disciplines: an experienced Sr. Compliance Engineer with deep AI Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and export compliance background to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. About The Role:
Urban Sky is seeking a Payload Integration & Customer Success Engineer to serve as the primary interface between our customers and our stratospheric balloon platform. This is a highly cross-functional role centered on ensuring that third-party payloads are successfully integrated, qualified, and operated aboard our mHAB (micro High-Altitude Balloon) systems. You will be a trusted technical partner for our customers, many of whom have existing payloads not yet designed for the stratospheric environment, and will guide them from initial interface design through flight operations.
This role demands the mindset of a systems engineer and the heart of a customer advocate. At times you will function as a deputy project lead, independently coordinating across customers, vendors, and internal teams. About The Role:
Urban Sky is seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer to own the technical development and product evolution of our HUSKY bus platform – the backbone of our stratospheric flight systems. HUSKY provides integrated power distribution, Ethernet-based communications, and onboard compute for our balloon vehicles and customer payloads. This role sits at the intersection of firmware engineering, systems architecture, and product development.
As the product lead for HUSKY, you will work closely with the portfolio manager to drive R&D iteration cycles from architecture through validation and handoff to manufacturing. You will also interface directly with defense customers, supporting integration, network accreditation, and cybersecurity compliance requirements. This is a senior, high-ownership role for an engineer who thrives in a vertically integrated startup where decisions at the firmware layer have direct consequences on flight safety, mission success, and customer outcomes.
