HelloFresh is seeking a weekend senior produce procurement buyer to work directly with the operations manager to ensure food buying across the organization is tracked and managed efficiently. This position is Full-Time covering a Friday - Monday schedule (4 x 10 hour days).
The procurement team collaborates closely with all distribution centers to guarantee timely and accurate shipment of every box. There is a large group on the procurement team dedicated to making this goal achievable. Procurement is divided into various commodity categories, with this role being a part of the produce team. Other commodity groups encompass grocery, dairy, market, protein, and packaging. In support of this effort, procurement provides assistance to distribution centers seven days a week. While most orders are delivered on weekdays, due to the perishable nature of food, we require assistance in procuring ingredients during weekends as well. This is where you come in!

The estimated base salary range for this position is 150,000 to 250,000 USD per year (or local equivalent). The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This team designs, builds, and maintains the infrastructure that powers our global trading, and is responsible for ensuring optimal performance and uptime of the ultra low-latency operating systems, automation software, and development tools that allow our trading strategies to run worldwide 24/7.

Joining our Research and Development team, you will collaborate with experts responsible for the compute, storage, operating systems, and automation tools that enable our trading and research to run 24/7 across the globe. We design, grow, and operate infrastructure at a large scale, including triple-digit petabyte-scale storage and massive CPU and GPU clusters in globally distributed data centers. As such, this is a high-impact role with broad scope, from HPC/AI cluster design and performance tuning, to troubleshooting and automation for thousands of nodes.

The Infrastructure team builds the platform that sits beneath Hover’s application layer. The rest of engineering is our customer. We design and build systems that power our Kubernetes platform, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows, partnering across engineering to solve challenges around geospatial and ML workloads. This is not a traditional DevOps or SRE role. We treat infrastructure as a software engineering problem, building systems and tooling that eliminate manual work and help engineers move faster.
As a Senior Software Engineer on our Infrastructure team, you will help us build boring solutions to interesting problems while improving the platform engineers rely on. You’ll work closely with teams across Hover to make applications easier to build, deploy, and operate. You’ll collaborate with backend, frontend, ML, CV, data, and security engineers to bring ideas to production at scale.
In this role, you’ll design and build platform capabilities that standardize how services run, improve deployment workflows, and simplify infrastructure usage. This includes developing tooling, automating infrastructure, and improving reliability, observability, and cost efficiency. Your work focuses on building systems, not manually operating them, and will directly improve developer experience across the company.
Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,000 - $239,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a critical member of our infrastructure team based in New York, providing earlier-hours coverage and support for our cloud-based platform as we scale into a multi-shard environment. You will work closely with software engineers to deploy code at scale, drive SRE practices, and lead infrastructure reliability, observability, and security initiatives.
This is a high-visibility, highly independent role that requires strong ownership. You will be instrumental in expanding our logging, monitoring, and observability tooling, and will also play a key part in setting up our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure as we expand our AI capabilities.

The salary wage for this position is $80,000.00 per year.
This is an exempt, salaried position. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you are not eligible for overtime pay. Your compensation is intended to cover all hours required to fulfill the responsibilities of your role.

The Jr. Sous Chef plays a key supporting role within the culinary team at Moss, contributing to the execution of a dynamic and elevated dining experience across multiple venues. Working closely with the Director of Culinary, Chef de Cuisine, and broader chef team, this position is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, assisting in menu and recipe development, and ensuring consistent quality, safety, and efficiency in food production.

The hourly wage for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you are eligible for overtime pay at one and a half times your regular rate for all hours worked over 40 in a single workweek.

The Role…
At Soho House, the Receiver handles and processes all food and beverage stock that is ordered for the house. As the Receiver, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness of storage areas, back landing, dry storage, wash area, and walk ins, chef storage, freight elevator, and garbage room. A successful Receiver will maintain an efficient flow of goods, which involves documenting, storing, locating, and distributing stock for the departments. Responsibilities also include the inspection and sort shipments while keeping up with invoices to ensure orders are correct. We hope that you have a great eye for detail, strong reading skills, and an appetite for learning the ins and outs of a high-volume beverage operations!
