Key responsibilities:

What you'll need:

• 10+ years of programming experience, with significant experience in modern languages and familiarity with AI tools.
• BS Degree or equivalent from a fully-accredited college or university preferred.
• Expert understanding and hands-on experience building and operating large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, workflows, databases, and mobile/web applications.
• Expertise with Java / Spring / Kotlin / PostgreSQL / AWS, and any modern Java frameworks, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Deep understanding of code release, deployment orchestration/rollout mechanisms, logging, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting in a microservices environment.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across disciplines.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and distributed ledger technologies.
• Familiarity with digital assets across major chains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).

We’re seeking a dedicated, passionate, and eager Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team responsible for leading large cross-functional programs linked to our Products. This is a challenging and technical role, requiring the expertise to synthesize business and technical requirements and the foresight to ensure we are solving for Ripple’s current and future customer needs. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design robust and scalable systems, lead product schedules, remove roadblocks, and ensure high development velocity. Ideal candidates have a track record of seeing around the corner and providing technical leadership to deliver for customers. You will be responsible for high-level strategy, but also know when to get hands-on to push an initiative forward. Who You Are:

Working as part of the derivatives engineering team, you are an expert on data pipelining and API development. You have knowledge surrounding common derivatives pricing frameworks and inputs for different tradable assets, and how these inputs are derived. You also have experience with working with various backend technologies and have a detailed working knowledge of core software engineering concepts, such as garbage collection, asynchronous processing, and data structures. You have experience in using mathematical and financial libraries (i.e. SciPy, NumPy, QuantLib) in software engineering applications. You are also familiar with building deployment processes for applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and deployment to a cloud provider (EC2, Kubernetes). You have a curiosity for learning new technologies and expanding your expertise across business lines and technology stacks.

As a team member, you will also work on production support issues and be involved in improvements on CI/CD automation and DevOps.

The team sits at the center of all things commercial within Galaxy’s data center business and is responsible for site origination, leasing, market research, and corporate development.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills combined with exposure to at least one of the following verticals: real estate development, data center markets, infrastructure finance, or power development. You will work directly with senior leaders on high-impact transactions and will be expected to operate with significant ownership and judgment from day one.

Who You Are:

Galaxy is seeking a seasoned Insurance Manager with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry to own the end-to-end insurance operations for a rapidly scaling data center portfolio. You will oversee all insurance broker relationships for the Data Centers Business. You must thrive in a fast-moving environment, and will be expected to bring institutional rigor to a high-growth environment.

This role will lead the team’s approach to assessing, selecting, implementing, and maintaining insurance coverage across all Data Center workflows. This role is also responsible for developing and enhancing the Data Center Business’s integration of insurance and risk related procedures into vendor oversight frameworks, ensuring robust performance monitoring, compliance, and risk mitigation practices.  

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong track record of delivering high-quality outputs in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Prior experience in the insurance sector — ideally with direct exposure to policy negotiation, compliance, and vendor due diligence — is essential.

What You’ll Do:

Insurance Management Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of all Data Center insurance policies—including initial underwriting, renewal, claims management, and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with construction, operations, finance, procurement, and legal to proactively identify and address any coverage gaps
• Partner with the legal team to draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related provisions in vendor agreements, construction contracts, lease agreements, and other contractual documents
• Serve as the internal point of contact for all Data Center insurance-related queries, including coverage interpretation and documentation.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and external service providers to facilitate underwriting, onboarding, diligence, and policy implementation.
• Manage insurance coverage for data center equipment across its full lifecycle — procurement, transit, warehousing, and installation — serving as the primary liaison with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehousing partners to ensure adequate cargo, inland marine, and installation floater coverage at every stage.
• Drive cost optimization and ensure favorable terms through negotiation and strategic review.
• Oversee claims submission and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address emerging risk and control matters.

Vendor and Compliance Responsibilities

• Respond to due diligence requests from external counterparties, including Certificates of Insurance and policy detail disclosures.
• Monitor and enforce vendor adherence to contractual insurance requirements by collecting and reviewing certificates of insurance (COIs) and policy documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics partners to track and verify insurance coverage for high-value equipment shipments, ensuring alignment between purchase orders, shipping terms (Incoterms), and insurance obligations across all parties in the supply chain
• Maintain a centralized tracking system for all vendor and partner COIs, ensuring timely renewals and flagging lapses or non-compliant coverage before they create exposure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field required.
• Insurance Domain Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a broker, underwriter, or risk professional with a deep understanding of insurance coverage, policy structure, and contractual requirements. In-house risk management experience is preferred.
• Carrier Engagement: Familiarity with major insurance carriers and market dynamics sufficient to critically evaluate broker recommendations, hold the broker accountable to performance standards, and ensure coverage strategies align with business needs.
• Broker Oversight: Demonstrated experience managing external insurance broker relationships, including day-to-day oversight, performance evaluation, and strategic direction.
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience managing and negotiating a wide range of commercial insurance products, including but not limited to Commercial Property & Casualty, Builder’s Risk, Cargo, Inland Marine, Professional Liability, or Wrap Up programs.
• Legal Experience: Experience reviewing and drafting insurance provisions within commercial contracts.
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize third-party relationships, including at the executive level.
• Strategic Thinking & Execution: Strong business judgment and the ability to operate independently while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presenting to senior stakeholders.

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Insurance Management Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

About this role in the team:

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to drive the compliance program for  our regulated payments infrastructure. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing components of the Fireblocks Payments Services’ Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), Counter-Terrorist Financing (“CTF”), and Economic Sanctions Compliance Program. The ideal candidate will bring regulated financial services expertise, experience in US money service business activities, strong leadership capabilities, and expert knowledge of either payments or digital asset services to scale this new business unit.  This role will leverage board-based expertise in transaction and customer monitoring to design a risk-based compliance program for its institutional clients. A deep knowledge of the regulations, guidelines and industry-leading practices for BSA/AML/CTF/OFAC compliance will be invaluable to helping Fireblocks design and deploy an effective compliance program that will protect the Company and meet regulatory expectations. 

This position reports directly to the Fireblocks’ Chief Compliance Officer. The position will oversee a small team while building out the program, but will grow as new regulated products come online. This role will be based in the US, with preference for candidates based near our NYC HQ, although qualified candidates from other locations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program components for a regulated money services business, Fireblocks LLC (e.g., Transaction Monitoring, Investigations, Governance, Customer Due Diligence).

The COO & Deputy Trust Officer will oversee the bank’s daily operational performance, ensure safe and sound delivery of stablecoin issuance, custody, reserve and settlement workflows, and help fulfill fiduciary obligations under OCC expectations (12 CFR Part 9).

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Operations Leadership

• Lead all day-to-day operational functions for the trust bank including issuance operations, custody operations, reserve operations, reconciliation, and customer settlement flows.

About the opportunity
