WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a Principal Architect for Automation & Orchestration to lead next-generation automation capabilities across network provisioning, configuration management, API strategy, and orchestration pipelines. This role focuses on delivering world-class APIs and self-service capabilities for network services across the enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define target-state automation and orchestration architecture.
- Lead API-first design for world-class network service APIs.
- Architect CI/CD and GitOps-based orchestration pipelines.
- Build automation frameworks for network provisioning and config management.
- Drive model-driven configuration and intent-based networking.
- Create self-service workflows, catalogs, and integration patterns.
- Govern API lifecycle, schema design, documentation, and standards.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with Network, Cloud, Security, and Platform teams.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- 10+ years in Network Engineering/Architecture.
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong API design experience (REST/GraphQL, OpenAPI specs).
- Experience with orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking.
- Experience with config/state mgmt and source-of-truth systems.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
- Experience with event-driven automation.
- Exposure to Kubernetes networking and ingress/egress automation.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or portals.
- Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, DevNet, AWS/Azure/GCP.

Staff Full Stack Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our next-generation, cloud-based platforms. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who thrives in both hands-on engineering and strategic influence. You’ll own key architectural decisions, guide engineering best practices, mentor teams, and drive major multi-team initiatives that shape the future of our technology organization.
What You’ll Do:
- 60% coding, 20% design, 20% leadership and influence
- Lead architectural strategy across teams and set long-term technical direction
- Unblock engineering teams and design scalable, high-performance solutions
- Drive major cross-team initiatives aligned with product and business priorities
- Make high-impact architectural and technical decisions
- Promote a culture of learning, ownership, and technical excellence
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and understanding financial drivers
What You Need:
- 8+ years developing with JavaScript/TypeScript and one OO language (Java, Go, C/C++, C#, Python, etc.)
- 6+ years architecting and delivering Micro Frontends or similarly complex cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with WebGL, D3.js, or SVG visualizations
- Experience with modern UI libraries (e.g., Angular Material)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS or other IaC/cloud environments
- Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, frontend best practices, UI/UX, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum and optimizing global, enterprise-scale software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, HTML, GraphQL, RPC
What's Nice to Have:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong system design experience (scaling, reliability, design patterns)
- Professional speaking or client-facing experience
- Background in supply chain, cyber supply chain, risk, or analytics
- Experience building modern web platforms from the ground up
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in Micro Frontends and large-scale frontend architecture
- Strong skills in cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, performance optimization, and advanced debugging
- Ability to define and champion a “Golden Path” for frontend development
- Strong balance of code quality and delivery speed
- Highly collaborative with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Skilled in guiding architectural decisions and influencing technical direction

Senior Software Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Work Environment: Hybrid
Role Summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Exiger, you will be responsible for designing and developing software projects from a technical implementation perspective that satisfy the project’s requirements, and result in implementing features and improvements in our flagship software platform. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving our APIs and backend services. Your role will involve owning features from conception to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and automating manual processes.

What You'll Do:
- Create, maintain, and improve existing APIs and backend services
- Own features from conception to deployment and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates throughout the development
- Cycle through proactive communication, documentation, and reporting
- Manage CI/CD pipeline
- Automate manual processes
What You Need:
- Experience with Microservices architecture and domain driven design.
- Experience implementing effective feature testing
- Ability to come up to speed on our core technologies quickly
- Ability to balance the quality of code and speed of delivery
- Experience with cross-functional feature team development
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and listen and learn from stakeholders
- Solution-oriented communicator with strong problem-solving skills

Professional Experience Required
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 6+ Years experience programming with Java or another Object Oriented Language (C, C++, C#, Python, ect.)
- 4+ Years experience designing, developing and delivering Micro Services
- 2+ Years experience leading and mentoring others
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms Strong understanding of software development best practices Strong understanding of system design (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience working in an agile environment.
