WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a Principal Architect for Automation & Orchestration to lead next-generation automation capabilities across network provisioning, configuration management, API strategy, and orchestration pipelines. This role focuses on delivering world-class APIs and self-service capabilities for network services across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define target-state automation and orchestration architecture.
• Lead API-first design for world-class network service APIs.
• Architect CI/CD and GitOps-based orchestration pipelines.
• Build automation frameworks for network provisioning and config management.
• Drive model-driven configuration and intent-based networking.
• Create self-service workflows, catalogs, and integration patterns.
• Govern API lifecycle, schema design, documentation, and standards.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Network, Cloud, Security, and Platform teams.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• 10+ years in Network Engineering/Architecture.
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Strong API design experience (REST/GraphQL, OpenAPI specs).
• Experience with orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking.
• Experience with config/state mgmt and source-of-truth systems.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Experience with event-driven automation.
• Exposure to Kubernetes networking and ingress/egress automation.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or portals.
• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, DevNet, AWS/Azure/GCP.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The CST-VC Technician (Collaboration Solutions Team - Video Conferencing) – plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining video conferencing systems for our clients. The CST-VC Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to in-room AV/VC (Audio Visual/Video Conferencing) technology, including equipment failures, physical malfunctions, and software configuration problems.

• Primary on-site technician with the knowledge and skillset to fix 99% of issues in rooms

• Primary user-facing POC for all VC related issues

• Provide strong client level support to users, with a predisposition to de-escalate technical fails

• Perform break fix (user reported incident) tasks within target SLA response window

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on all VC gear to maintain 99% uptime and address all primary issues

• Maintain accurate tagging and data entry of all tasks, projects, and requests performed

• Form strong XFN partnerships with local Helpdesk, Facilities, and Events

• Provide VC focused support for users of all levels

• RCA reported network related call escalation issues

• Active monitoring of local and global VC Endpoints and related hardware

• Initiate Cisco TAC cases and vendor RMA’s for equipment

• Advise and QC integrators of client installation standards

• Partner with OTD New Builds DPM’s to provision and deploy all VC and VIO related equipment in new office locations

• Track inventory of on-site supplies, consumables, and assets

• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant industry standard hardware as well as client proprietary tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ongoing technical support for video conferencing equipment and in-room AV technology.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end users.

• Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.

• Analyze trends in AV/VC issues to proactively improve service quality and operational processes.

• Document solutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.

• Participate in the commissioning of AV systems for both retrofits and new builds.

• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements.

Additional Duties:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless AV experiences.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong technical background in AV/VC systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Highly proficient with a wide range of AV technologies.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone, and other AV/VC related hardware and signal flow

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting large/heavy objects and physical integration/maintenance work

This role drives the strategy for workload, management, and control zones across regions and availability zones while enabling placement of core and foundation services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define target-state data center architecture with regional/AZ constructs.
• Establish workload, management, and control zone strategy.
• Lead design of next‑generation fabrics (leaf‑spine, EVPN/VXLAN).
• Align internal and external network designs for consistent policy.
• Develop VCF networking standards: VPC constructs, Distributed Transit Gateway, Distributed Firewall, Load Balancing.
• Integrate virtualization, SDS, and Kubernetes/Tanzu platforms.
• Drive software-defined infrastructure adoption and automation.
• Oversee architecture governance, design reviews, and roadmap execution.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• 10+ years data center/platform architecture.
• Expertise with VCF (vSphere, NSX, vSAN) and NSX networking.
• Strong background in fabric architecture (EVPN/VXLAN, BGP).
• Experience with Kubernetes/Tanzu and container networking.
• IaC, GitOps, automation, and observability expertise.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Certifications: VCIX/VCAP, NSX, CCNP/CCIE DC, CKA/CKS.
• Multi-region architecture and workload placement experience.
• Knowledge of SDS, storage, backup/DR, and cyber-resilience.

• Define and evolve target-state perimeter/DMZ architectures.
• Develop segmentation and secure ingress/egress patterns for hybrid/multi‑cloud.
• Lead the architectural roadmap aligning Cloud and Middleware capabilities.
• Establish reference architectures and automation-first patterns.
• Drive Zero Trust-aligned designs, security guardrails, and compliance.
• Partner with Cloud, Network, Security, and Middleware teams to deliver self-service and frictionless developer enablement.
• Guide architectural governance, design reviews, and PoC implementations.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• 10+ years in network/security architecture.
• Expertise in cloud networking and perimeter technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of WAF, NGFW, API gateways, service mesh, and identity.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code and policy-as-code.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, cloud architect certs.
• Experience with developer self-service platforms.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, API security, and observability.
