As a SysOps engineer within .Monks, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing operation of computer systems and cloud platforms. Working as part of the SysOps IT team, your observations and input will help drive the evolution of tech administration within our company as we look to establish stronger policies, more security, better organization, and enhanced efficiency. Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring & Optimization: Use system-agnostic monitoring tools to monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent downtime.
- Automation: Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate operational tasks and deployment processes.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and systems, ensuring compliance with federal or industry standards.
- Maintenance & Support: Handle routine system maintenance, software upgrades, kernel patching, and incident management.
- Disaster Recovery: Manage backups, recovery tests, and business continuity plans to maintain high availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with InfoSec, Networking and general IT support teams.
Qualifications/Background Sought:
- Typically 4-6+ years in systems administration or a similar operational role.
- Experience running audits/reports and presenting findings.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language
- Experience in admin consoles of modern platforms; ideal technical knowledge includes administration experience with some of the following:
- Cloud-Based Business Platforms: Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft365/Azure.
- OS: Windows server, Linux
- Networking Hardware: Fortinet, Ubiquiti
- Identity & Endpoint Management with OneLogin, Jamf, Intune, and A1.
- Bonus points for experience with automation or APIs

About the Role
At Veeam, Service Provider Systems Engineers work closely with sales and help to evangelize, inform, educate and influence service providers of our product offerings to drive growth for their businesses. A deep understanding of the service provider market is required, including the personas and motivations of key implementors and decision makers in the space. You will regularly take part in deep-dive education and design exercises.
In this role, you will leverage your ability to manage changing priorities in a high growth service provider native business unit environment along with a passion for designing and building solutions. You will be responsible for the overall design and mapping of prospect’s business requirements, including working with these clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify Veeam platform solution options, define solution requirements, define and scope/estimate integration requirements, and develop overall architecture points of view. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to this role. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Work with select Veeam Cloud and Service Provider (VCSP) partners across India & SAARC
- Work closely with Veeam Cloud-focused Sales Representatives to generate revenue and achieve quarterly/yearly revenue goals
- Develop high-level SaaS solution designs/architecture for Veeam Cloud and Service Provider partners that span multiple data centres, and include storage, servers, networking, virtualisation, and Veeam availability solutions.
- Empower and assist Cloud and Service Provider partners while they evaluate Veeam’s product offerings during the pre-sales and Proof Of Concept (POC) process
- Enable partners to position, present and demo the business value of the Veeam technical solution as a part of their overall offerings
- Understand the competitive landscape and develop competitive strategies to differentiate Veeam s offerings in collaboration with our Cloud and Service Provider partners
- Help to ensure that the broader Veeam Sales Organisation understands and can position the value of the solutions provided by our Cloud and Service Provider partners
- Provide technical sales assistance to the broader Veeam Systems Engineering team as they help customers and prospects leverage offerings from Veeam VCSP partners

Rhombus’ Data Engineers are instrumental in designing and implementing data engineering activities on topical, mission-driven projects that inform our national security agenda. They analyze, build, and maintain our organization’s data infrastructure and processing systems. As a Data Engineer, you’ll perform various code development and query needs for integration with new and existing applications, dashboards and machine learning pipelines. Data Engineer with experience working with GCP wanted to join us on a permanent basis. You can either join us in our growing Mumbai team or join us remotely from across India.
Step into the Koppling workstream as a Data Engineer and be a key player in building a sophisticated media data warehouse. Your role will involve developing and deploying robust ETL/ELT data pipelines to automate the integration of 3rd party data sources at scale. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Performance Engineer to join our growing team in Noida. This is a pivotal, permanent role that combines deep, hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, client engagement, and mentorship. Reporting to the Principal Performance Engineer, you will be a key figure responsible for safeguarding and enhancing the performance, scalability, and reliability of our clients' critical digital platforms.

You have extensive, hands-on experience in performance engineering, with a demonstrable history of improving performance for complex, large-scale, highly transactional applications. What you’ll be doing:
Leadership, Strategy & Client Engagement:
- Act as a performance engineering consultant for key clients, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance, and confidently leading technical discussions to non-technical audiences.
- Champion the value of performance engineering across the business, demonstrating its impact on user experience, conversion, and client ROI.
- Mentor and guide junior to mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous learning.

Technical Expertise:

Job Summary
Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations. Hands-on expertise in Service cloud and Salesforce Order Management (OMS) including order orchestration, fulfilment, and payments, along with strong API integration skills. Key Responsibilities

The opportunity
We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team, working primarily on ecommerce solutions. You'll be hands-on with both manual and automated testing, embedded within agile scrum teams, and collaborating closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You're someone who's curious, pragmatic, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments. You know when to script and when to explore. You're not afraid of APIs, logs, or digging into the backend to understand what's really happening.

What you’ll be doing
- Design, document, and execute test cases across web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Perform system testing, system integration testing, and exploratory testing
- Build and maintain test automation using Playwright (or similar) with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to their reliability
- Work in a shift-left approach—participating in refinements, planning, and requirements analysis to catch issues early
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, collaborating with developers on root cause analysis
- Query and analyse data from various sources (databases, logs, monitoring tools) to investigate issues and validate behaviour
- Contribute to process improvements, and ways of working within your scrum team
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to both internal teams and clients
- Participate in client-facing meetings such as demos, triage calls, and release discussions

What we want from you
- Solid experience in QA or test engineering
- Experience testing ecommerce or transactional platforms—you understand customer journeys, checkout flows, payments, and integrations
- A strong balance of manual testing expertise and hands-on automation skills

What will your day look like?
As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll lead our quality assurance efforts for our marketing process applications, from content briefing through CRM and paid media automation. Working closely with the Lead Software Application Architect and development teams, you'll establish testing frameworks, automation strategies, and quality gates to ensure our Vue 3 SPAs and .NET 9 backends deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.
More specifically, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance processes across our application ecosystem
- Design, create, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and other modern testing frameworks
- Implement end-to-end testing for content workflows from the WYSIWYG editor through various marketing automation tools
- Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and prevent regression issues
- Create and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, performance, and user experience requirements
- Develop and implement API testing strategies for .NET 9 backend services
- Set up cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experiences
- Implement visual regression testing for our Vue 3 Single Page Applications
- Collaborate with development teams to foster a "quality first" mindset and implement testing at all stages
- Design and execute performance and load testing to ensure applications scale properly
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and results reporting
- Analyze test results to identify patterns in defects and suggest improvements
- Stay current with industry best practices and testing technologies, recommending improvements to our QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing strategies and implementation

You'll join our Experience Studio team in Copenhagen and Madrid, working closely with a team of.Net Backend Developers, Front-end Developer, DevOps Engineers and a Software Architect. You'll be integral to our collaborative environment that creates innovative marketing technology solutions, ensuring our applications meet the highest quality standards.
What do you bring to the table?
You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality. You understand the importance of balancing manual and automated testing approaches and can effectively communicate testing outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
More specifically, you have:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software QA engineering, with at least 3 years of experience with modern web application testing
- Strong expertise in test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or similar modern testing frameworks
- Experience testing Single Page Applications, preferably with Vue.js (v3)
- Proficiency in writing test scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript

You have extensive, hands-on experience in performance engineering, with a demonstrable history of improving performance for complex, large-scale, highly transactional applications. What you’ll be doing:
Leadership, Strategy & Client Engagement:
- Act as a performance engineering consultant for key clients, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance, and confidently leading technical discussions to non-technical audiences.

Technical Expertise:

Job Summary
Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations. Hands-on expertise in Service cloud and Salesforce Order Management (OMS) including order orchestration, fulfilment, and payments, along with strong API integration skills. Experienced in CI/CD, release management, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for candidates experienced in developing and configuring solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud.
- You will work on client projects, using Lightning and Apex to build custom features, automate processes, and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Required Skills
- Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
- Strong experience configuring process flows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data models.
- Extensive experience with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
- Experience working effectively within an Agile team environment.
- Good exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
- Ideally, you will also have experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
