About the team and position

As a Logistics Lead, you will perform various inventory and operations related tasks at our Logistics Hubs & Inspection Centers. 

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in all Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities.
• Lead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment. 
• Support team members (Logistics Associates and/or Vehicle Transporters) with daily functions including huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and other tasks. 
• Perform Validation of Process to ensure performance to work standards and expectations. 
• Monitor team performance via KPI reporting, assigning and assisting with tasks.
• Process specialized inventory using RFID scanners and Tablets.
• Responsible for all Third Party (3P) transactions: inbound/outbound trips, inspection of receivables, documentation sign-off, and support ticket creation.
• Facilitate delayed shipments by working with warehouse and transportation personnel.
• Manage Electric Vehicle (EV) inventory and charging processes.
• Assist with communication and operational management between Logistics and business Partners (Market Operations, Post Production, Network Support, Safe and Secure, etc.).
• Support outbound shipping lane audits, ensuring scheduled transport.
• Maintain Logistics operational supply inventory (VT, LA, Breakroom supplies).
• Receive, Put Away, and Stage vehicles as needed.
• Assist onsite vendors with directions/access.
• Manage, coordinate, and oversee Logistics employee engagement events.

Metropolis is seeking an Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. You will manage, maintain, and optimize our Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS) ecosystem while serving as the strategic bridge between our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization and our centralized Data Engineering teams. In our high-velocity, 5,000-location enterprise, financial accuracy is inextricably linked to operational data. You will not only handle traditional EPM administration but also partner directly with data and operational teams to define technical requirements for integrating non-financial KPIs—such as location churn, new facility onboardings, occupancy rates, and transaction counts—directly from our data warehouse into our financial forecasting models. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of EPM architecture, SQL data structures, and the communication skills required to translate complex operational metrics into actionable financial drivers.

What you'll do

• Oversee the end-to-end administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Oracle Cloud EPM suite (EPBCS)
• Design, build, and troubleshoot Essbase ASO/BSO cubes to support large-scale operational scenario planning
• Act as the primary technical translator between Finance and centralized Data/IT teams; partner with Data Engineering to define technical requirements, ensuring that data models in our data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) are properly structured for seamless EPM ingestion

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of Oracle EPM (EPBCS/Planning) System Administration and development experience in a high-growth, multi-location enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of data integration tools (EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, EPM Automate) and deep understanding of dependencies between functional components of Oracle EPM
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with a proven track record of automating financial processes
• Must understand modern cloud data structures well enough to perform "handholding" and meaningful collaboration with Data Engineers

The Opportunity

This is Minno's first embedded analytics hire - and one of the most consequential roles we're making as we scale toward becoming the category-defining platform for Christian kids and families.

You will build the analytical backbone of the entire company from the ground up. You'll partner directly with the CEO, CFO, CMO, CCO, CTO, and CPO to transform data from across our growing platform into clear, trusted intelligence that drives every major decision - from content investment to marketing spend to platform strategy.

What makes this role different from a typical analytics hire is the way decisions are made here. When you bring a finding to light, it gets acted on. Our CMO wants to be taught, not just served. Our CFO presents analytical models directly to the board. Your work will shape what Minno does, not sit in a reporting system nobody reads.

This role starts as a high-impact individual contributor. As Minno scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a small analytics team - this is a foundational role in the company we're building, not a seat at the end of a long table.

Why Content Analytics and Children's Data Privacy Matter Here

Minno operates at the intersection of three hard problems: content, kids, and subscriptions.

We produce and distribute original children's programming across our own streaming platform, YouTube (1.1M+ subscribers), and third-party distribution partners. Understanding which content drives engagement, retention, and long-term subscriber value - not just which content is most expensive to produce - is the central analytical challenge of this business.

Content analytics is the hardest of our three analytical verticals to hire for. Marketing attribution and product analytics are learnable. Content analytics requires intuition built from experience - knowing how to evaluate the value of a piece of content, how to model the relationship between content investment and subscriber behavior, and how to advise a creative team with data they actually trust.

Because our audience is children, every analytical system you build must be designed within the constraints of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and its global equivalents. This isn't a checkbox compliance exercise. It shapes what data you can collect, how you can model behavior, how you work with third-party platforms, and how you architect everything from your data warehouse to your reporting layer. If you've navigated children's data privacy in a product analytics context before, you know what this means. If you haven't, this role will require you to learn it fast - and we'd rather hire someone who's already been through it.

Job Summary: 

As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador! Wearing, layering, and styling looks for our customers. You demonstrate a genuine passion for creating an elevated customer experience in our retail stores. Your goal is to bring brand awareness, product knowledge and the art of layering to life through intentional customer service. 

Your Day to Day Includes: 

Customer Service: 

• You approach guests proactively in a warm and welcoming manner to help make a difference in their day. We love interacting with our customers and demonstrate confidence in approaching them.
• You are a brand ambassador, eager to share your passion for gorjana with others.
• You curate memorable experiences for each guest, surprising and delighting them with our service standards.
• You deliver exceptional customer experience to ensure we create brand loyalty and build a lasting relationship with all of our customers.
• You are aware of customers at all times and are responsible for holding keys to caselines in accordance with best practices and LP strategies.
• You are solution-oriented, using the resources available to you to handle customer concerns in the moment and seek partnership if needed to ensure the customer leaves fully satisfied with their experience in store with us.
• You may be asked to deescalate/report customer service concerns or incidents as they occur from time to time, along with submitting an incident report.

Styling:

• You wear your gorjana jewelry to work each day, creatively layering stacks to inspire guests and demonstrating gStyle standards at all times.
• You develop expertise in our collections and product offerings to guide guests through styling decisions, using tools and resources to ensure the customer is informed & educated on the products.
• You confidently present curated styling choices to guests highlighting intentionality, versatility and personalization to the customers needs.

Sales:

Operations: 

• You are comfortable leveraging technology (POS) to support daily store operations and pay close attention to timelines and updates as it relates to technology and systems in your role.
• You maintain floor standards by following visual directives and take pride in maintaining our beautiful store environment.
• You take initiative restocking and completing tasks in downtime to support store and sales readiness.
• You help fulfill Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Same Day Delivery orders (SHIPSI), ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
• You will assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments in a timely manner to ensure the right items hit our floor at the right time.
• You are mindful of service standards and processes, keeping our policies front of mind when servicing the customer.
• You take great care with team equipment, and utilize best-practices when it comes to handling and securing tech.
• You may be asked to open and close the store which would require responsibility for a store key and alarm code.
• You may be asked to assist with the labeling or re-ticketing of items as needed.

There may be times when you are asked to help facilitate additional duties in the store, or may serve as a point-of-contact for Business Partners in the absence of a Manager being present. Some of these duties are outlined below, however this is not an exhaustive list.

• You conduct weekly cycle counts with an attention to detail in order to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective product allocations from our studio.
• You execute monthly floorset directives that highlight new product launches and our Southern California, timeless yet modern roots. You may be asked to submit floorset pictures to corporate for approval.
• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule. 
• You contact and utilize the appropriate business partners for resources and guidance as needed.

Job Requirements: 

• Love for the gorjana brand
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs 
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Ability to open or close the store
