 The Laboratory Lead -PCQI manages the internal Laboratory for analytical data as well
as working with R&D/ SQA for ongoing compliance management of Supplier COA
Verifications and MRA Testing compliance protocols. Hold and Release processes
involving testing of ingredients until results are back and confirmed within specification.
This role will require initial start up of the lab and all instrumentation. Partnerships with
lab vendors to ensure instrumentation is set up properly and calibrated per the
standards. This role will also include the design of a system to ensure compliance to
testing protocols per the Mars requirements.

Qualifications:

We are hiring a Program Manager to support the Customer Operations teams. At Pilot, Customer Operations is responsible for delivering a high-value customer experience, producing high-quality month-end close accounting deliverables, and continuously improving processes through emerging technologies — including agentic AI.

This Program Manager is the key owner of all platform and financial data access processes at Pilot, for both human and AI-driven workflows. This person is process-oriented and thrives in problem-solving environments. You will work cross-functionally with our operations departments and with external platform partners to unblock access problems, document customer onboarding processes, and provide clear guidance to our operations team and AI systems on how to onboard customers and connect institutions to Pilot.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage admin console accounts and platform credentials, ensuring seamless access for both human operators and AI agents
• Work with external platforms to resolve access and integration issues across manual and automated workflows
• Produce and maintain accurate onboarding instructions for our customers
• Create and update internal documentation covering access provisioning, sync processes, and risk mitigation
• Maintain access- and platform-related ticketing queues, identifying patterns that could be resolved through automation
• Develop workflows and guardrails for accessing new institutions in compliance with Pilot guidelines
• Support and expand automation for platform onboarding, partnering with engineering and AI teams to reduce manual steps over time

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance platform management, customer success, customer onboarding, or program management

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $62,000- $84,000 in Nashville, TN. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.

What You'll Own

• ABM strategy and programs. You'll define the account-based approach for this segment—target account selection, buying committee mapping, personalized campaigns, and the sequencing that moves multi-stakeholder deals through a longer cycle. You'll test, learn, and build the playbook as you go.
• Pipeline contribution. You're accountable for what this segment produces: SQLs, opportunity value, conversion rates, pipeline velocity. You know what the numbers are telling you and what to adjust when they're not moving.
• Sales alignment. You'll be in pipeline reviews, contributing to account plans, and making sure marketing programs are coordinated with where sales is focused. One unified motion, not two separate ones.
• Partner-sourced pipeline. Working closely with the Partner Marketing and Events Lead, you'll help turn partner relationships into a source of qualified leads for strategic accounts, coordinating on referral programs and ensuring partner-generated opportunities are tracked, nurtured, and converted with the same rigor as any other channel.
• Campaign execution. Working with shared specialists across lifecycle, paid media, content, and marketing ops, you'll design and run full-funnel programs that reach strategic account buyers via paid channels, events, outbound sequences, and direct engagement.

You will manage, maintain, and optimize our Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS) ecosystem while serving as the strategic bridge between our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization and our centralized Data Engineering teams. In our high-velocity, 5,000-location enterprise, financial accuracy is inextricably linked to operational data. What you'll do

What we're looking for

Position: Manager, Accounting and Reporting

Overview: 

The Manager, Accounting & Reporting will be a foundational leader in the transformation of the Company’s accounting and reporting function, playing a critical role in building scalable processes, strengthening controls, and laying the groundwork for IPO readiness. This role will be instrumental in advancing best-in-class accounting practices, enhancing the rigor and efficiency of the close and reporting cycle, and supporting the continued growth as a capital-intensive renewables platform.

This position will serve as a key leader within the accounting organization, with significant visibility and interaction across Finance, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. The Manager will be a hands-on contributor and people leader, deeply involved in the monthly close, quarterly reporting, audit execution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Main Responsibilities:

· Lead process improvement initiatives across the close and reporting cycle, driving standardization, automation, and best practices to support scalability and IPO readiness.

· Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, including systems enhancements, accounting policy development, and readiness for future capital markets activities.

· Partner closely with FP&A and the broader Finance team on monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting, including review of variance analyses, management discussion & analysis, management reporting, and evolving reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in one or more database platforms (i.e. SQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, NoSQL, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in multiple software development languages (i.e.  Java, Javascript, C#, C++, Python, etc)
• Knowledge and experience with one or more software frameworks (i.e. .Net, NodeJS, React, Angular. etc.)
• Knowledge and experience with IoT and Edge Computing strategies and concepts   
• Experience collaborating with clients to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience leading and/or contributing at a significant level to project teams in best practices, design principles, and advanced technologies
• Knowledge and experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies 
• Experience leading Waterfall to Agile transformation projects of all sizes
• Coaching Agile process and best practices for teams and organizations
