• Expertise Java confirmée (7+ ans) : Bonne maîtrise du développement Backend, avec une capacité démontrée à structurer des logiques métier complexes et du code industriel durable.
• Maîtrise d'Elasticsearch : Tu sais tuner le moteur sous le capot pour des performances optimales en lecture et écriture.
• Expérience de la Refonte : Tu as déjà vécu la transformation d'un projet existant et tu maîtrises les patterns de migration (Strangler Fig, etc.).
• Mindset Engineering : Tu as une capacité démontrée à modéliser des problématiques métier denses pour les traduire en solutions techniques simples et pérennes.
