Apply APQP while owning elements e.g. CP as well act as moderator
Issue, maintain and releas ERP based inspection plans incl. allocated attributes
Review and analytics on manufacturing data to identify recurrent issues and drive efficient root cause corrective action and improvement initiatives
Control and oversight of quality authorization and certification data
Qperational shop floor surveillance for process compliance and improvement
Consult and support production teams on any Quality topic, and contribute to internal and external audits
Support the development, monitoring and review of KPI’s via e.g. SQCDP in your area across different management levels
Ensure compliance to internal QMS, EN9100 and others applicable standards
Carry a Technical or Quality related education / study with min. 5 years of quality management experience in a similar role within electronics, machinery or plant engineering, automotive, or aerospace
Deliver applied experience on SAP Insepction planning, Q-Methods and tools like APQP, SQCDP, 8D/9S, Lean, can be proven by certificate, and a good understanding of special processes is of advantage.
Own Capability to read, understand, and apply technical and procedural documents ( Engineering drawings / Inspection procedures / industry Norms ) and experience in maintaining IT Software applications MS Office, QA SW if applicable. SAP experience is essential.
Can work independently as well in a team and subordinate him/herself with the ability to assert oneself and respect other positions
Maintain a process oriented attitude and mindset with flexibility and creativity to achieve given goals in quality and on time
Are equipped with Good communication skills in English, German of advantage
Own Flexibility to work on different sides and readiness for business trips

The Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization owns the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers. Solutions Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, experienced and curious team.
The Solutions Architect is a senior technical leadership role. You are a customer facing hands-on technologist with credibility built on domain expertise across Cloudflare portfolio. You should have solid experience in influencing enterprise architecture design across various senior buyer personas both at customers and partner organizations. Your role will be to convince these decision makers of the long term value of thinking of Cloudflare as a strategic technology partner.
You will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.
You will work as a part of a highly visible structured pursuit team attached to designated strategic accounts, working to understand their unique business challenges and priorities with a goal of defining short and long term solution architecture with Cloudflare as a centerpiece. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €98,700.00-€112,000.00. Serving as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of key strategic partners, suppliers, and contractors
Leading regular, structured partner performance reviews to track progress against contractual obligations, SLAs, milestones, and quality standards
Collaborating closely with Commercial and Legal teams to support the negotiation, drafting, and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), contract amendments, and change orders
Acting as the first point of escalation for all partner-related issues, driving resolution by facilitating communication and structured problem-solving between internal teams and external partners
Monitoring and reporting on partner performance, providing the Programme Lead with clear insights into supplier risks, dependencies, and opportunities
Proactively identifying and mitigating commercial and delivery risks within the supply chain before they can impact the programme’s critical path
Ensuring partner deliverables are seamlessly integrated into the master programme schedule and that dependencies are clearly understood and managed
Fostering a collaborative, not just contractual, relationship with partners to encourage innovation, transparency, and a shared sense of mission success
Have 4-5 years of experience in a role with significant commercial and/or vendor management responsibility, preferably within a major consulting firm
Have operated at a level equivalent to an Engagement Manager or Senior Consultant, where you were responsible for managing complex workstreams and client/vendor relationships
Possess strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of contract management, including experience with SOWs, SLAs, and performance-based contracts
Are an exceptional negotiator and influencer, adept at building consensus and driving outcomes with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
Are a natural relationship builder, able to establish trust and credibility with partners while holding them accountable to rigorous standards
Have a proven track record of managing supplier performance, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective recovery plans
Are highly skilled in communicating complex commercial and performance data to an executive audience in a clear and impactful way

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

This role is often a strong fit for engineers who have previously served as Principal or Staff Engineers, Heads of Engineering, CTOs, or Solutions Architects and who enjoy working directly with customers while staying deeply involved with complex technical systems.
