Digital Asset Manager
In the role of a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors and administering the uploads to the Digital Asset Management system for one of MediaMonks’ biggest clients. Our creative production teams across the globe produce content for every possible channel you can think of on a daily basis. All this content has to be properly structured, named, tagged and stored in our client’s DAM platform as well as uploaded to various platforms for trafficking following the respective guidelines and naming conventions.
In addition to that, you are responsible for training new team members, offering first-line support on user questions, PM queries, and producing documentation and reporting for each delivery.
Our DAM also has an asset library, used by our client and their agencies. You can assist our monks with questions they receive from these parties too. Part archivist/vault, part technology wizard, part instructor, and part enforcer, you will use your skills and knowledge to help the team work efficiently. This is high-volume, high-velocity work. Accuracy is critical and new material will be coming in from many teams.
Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on tasks at hand but also looks ahead at what is coming in the (near) future) collaboration with our creative and operational team is key here.

The Role
We are looking for an elite engineer who builds like a hacker and communicates like a consultant. You will not just be building models in a notebook; you will be deployed to the front lines to build, architect, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI products directly for our most strategic customers.
This is a high-stakes role. You will face "tricky" customers who have vague requirements and high expectations. Your job is to translate their chaos into technical order, write production-grade code, and deploy autonomous agents that solve their actual business problems.
What You Will Do
Design and ship full-stack AI applications. You own the pipeline from data ingestion to the LLM inference layer to the frontend interface.
Architect autonomous agentic workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or custom implementations) that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks.
Write robust, clean, and highly testable code (Python/Typescript). "It works on my machine" is not acceptable; it must work in the customer's restricted cloud environment.
Handle DevOps and MLOps constraints: Dockerizing agents, managing Kubernetes clusters, and optimizing inference latency.
Serve as the technical face of the company for our most demanding accounts.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will push back on unrealistic demands, clarify ambiguous requirements, and steer "tricky" customers toward technically feasible solutions without breaking rapport.

As an AI Deployment Lead, you are the person who takes an AI agent from a signed contract to a live, performing system and then keeps it getting better. You sit at the intersection of customer understanding, technical depth, and operational rigor. You own the outcome.
You will work directly with our North American customers - debt collection agencies, lenders, and loan servicers, to understand how their businesses actually run: their call flows, agent scripts/talk-tracks, compliance constraints, telephony/ dialer infrastructure, payment gateways, CRM systems, and APIs. You will translate that understanding into precise requirements and make sure what gets built is right before it ever touches a live call in production.
This is not a project management role with a technical veneer. You will design how the agent should think, speak, and behave across every scenario, validate that it does, and push for refinements until the system performs at the level the customer and you expect.

Good to Have
Familiarity with media planning tools (Kantar, BARC, TGI). Experience in competitive intelligence and market research.Knowledge of pivot tables, Power Bi, statistical analysis methods and media mix modelling.
Minimum Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Role Overview:
The Resource Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective allocation of creative, production, and freelance talent across projects within the studio. Working closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, and project leads, this role is responsible for balancing workloads, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring projects are staffed with the right skills at the right time. Aggressively engage with multiple contacts and network with strategic prospects via telephone, email, web, and in-person meetings to educate and drive them through a value-driven sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team, sales management, and executive management to define sales strategies and account plans.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in a SaaS and/or Cloud software environment.
Experience selling supply chain management solutions is desirable.
Experience selling in one of the following areas is highly beneficial: pharma/life sciences, healthcare, contract manufacturing, or supply chain.
Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience in, or in-depth knowledge of, enterprise software and services.
