We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer for a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Director of Software Engineering in the platform convergence department. As a Senior Systems Administrator for Finance Systems, you will be the key architect and steward of our NetSuite ERP environment. NetSuite ERP Management: Oversee the daily operations of our NetSuite instance (both sandbox and production), ensuring robust performance across modules such as GL, A/P, A/R, order and billing management, revenue recognition, fixed asset management, and banking/electronic payments. Maintain system stability, data integrity, and compliance by keeping software, scripts, and integrations up to date.
Reporting C Analytics: Serve as a NetSuite C Suite Analytics super-user by developing advanced reports, dashboards, and insights to support financial decision-making.
Vendor C Change Management: Establish and manage relationships with NetSuite vendors and professional service providers. Implement a proactive change management process, including detailed impact analysis and approval workflows for system modifications.
System Integration C Upgrades: Lead the deployment of new functionality and integrate NetSuite with other enterprise systems (e.g., Concur, ADP, SFDC). Oversee comprehensive testing and smooth execution of NetSuite upgrades.

AST SpaceMobile is looking to hire a Software Engineer for a software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulation group. The primary product, referred to as the dynamic spacecraft simulator (DSS), provides a testbed and integration environment for a wide variety of subsystems on our satellites, including navigation, payload, power, FDIR, and TT&C. The candidate will work as part of a team responsible for developing and ensuring the fidelity of a variety of C++-based software models, integrating software from other teams into the environment, driving integration testing between various subsystems, and further developing the overall simulation environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of both digging into the details of interface control documents (ICD) and making informed architectural decisions about large, distributed software systems.

In this role, you would be assisting in our battle against financial crime - to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit financial activities. These triggers may be initiated by suspicious behaviour, a new entity designation, or a member amending identifying information. The Role
We are looking for an elite engineer who builds like a hacker and communicates like a consultant. You will not just be building models in a notebook; you will be deployed to the front lines to build, architect, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI products directly for our most strategic customers.
This is a high-stakes role. You will face "tricky" customers who have vague requirements and high expectations. Your job is to translate their chaos into technical order, write production-grade code, and deploy autonomous agents that solve their actual business problems.
What You Will Do
Design and ship full-stack AI applications. You own the pipeline from data ingestion to the LLM inference layer to the frontend interface.
Architect autonomous agentic workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or custom implementations) that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks.
Write robust, clean, and highly testable code (Python/Typescript). "It works on my machine" is not acceptable; it must work in the customer's restricted cloud environment.
Handle DevOps and MLOps constraints: Dockerizing agents, managing Kubernetes clusters, and optimizing inference latency.
Serve as the technical face of the company for our most demanding accounts.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will push back on unrealistic demands, clarify ambiguous requirements, and steer "tricky" customers toward technically feasible solutions without breaking rapport.
Translate technical constraints into business value for non-technical executives.
Generate high-quality data for our customers and ability to review the data generated by other experts. This is one of the most critical aspects of the role.

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong background in Vendor Management and Procurement to support our KYC team at Tide. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of our vendor operations—ensuring our partners deliver high-quality results daily while maintaining seamless procurement workflows.
You will be a highly organized professional who enjoys the "nitty-gritty" of contract management and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate with Product, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure our KYC vendors are integrated effectively and performing at their peak.
On this role, you will be doing:
-Act as a key point of contact for KYC vendors, handling daily queries and maintaining documentation.
-Assist in organizing Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure all action items are followed up on.
-Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
-Produce regular reports identifying trends, performance dips, or cost spikes, and present these to the Senior Operations Manager.
-Proactively monitor vendor system health and capacity alerts to identify potential bottlenecks before they lead to breaches in SLAs.
-Act as the primary escalation point for service disruptions. Lead the communication bridge between the vendor and internal stakeholders during outages to ensure rapid recovery.
-Conduct "Post-Mortems" after vendor incidents to understand the ‘why’ and ensure the vendor implements permanent fixes, not just temporary patches.
-Define and maintain clear escalation matrices so internal teams know exactly who to call when a critical incident occurs.
-Support the end-to-end procurement process, including drafting contract renewals, coordinating signatures, and managing the onboarding of new vendors.
-Own the invoicing process, ensuring all vendor bills are accurate, reconciled against usage, and paid on time to avoid service disruptions
-Liaise between internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Risk & Compliance) to speed up internal sign-offs
-Ensure vendor tools are meeting the needs of our operational teams.
-Execute and suggest improvements to existing vendor management frameworks to ensure they remain scalable as Tide grows.
