Front End Lead developer

Job Title: Lead Front End Developer
Location: Pune/ Mumbai/ Chennai/ Coimbatore/ Hyderabad/Kochi
Hybrid role (12 days in office)
Proven experience providing technical leadership within a delivery team, including mentoring developers and guiding front‑end design decisions
Setting and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality gates for Angular codebases
Performing and leading code reviews, ensuring readability, performance, accessibility, and security of front‑end code
Good understanding of Git version control and branching strategies, using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps
Solid experiencing building Angular applications for production, including bundling, optimisation, minification, tree‑shaking, and build configuration etc.
Strong front‑end development experience using Angular and TypeScript (mandatory), building maintainable, testable, and performant UI applications
Experience implementing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for Angular applications (e.g. Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Playwright)
Solid understanding of modern front‑end architecture patterns, state management, and component design
Experience working closely with back‑end, product, UX, and platform teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
Nice to have
Experience developing and deploying Angular applications in Microsoft Azure environments (e.g. CI/CD, App Services)

Develop, enhance, and maintain the backend services of the process mining platform using Core Java (OOP, Collections Framework) and Spring Boot

Implement efficient data processing pipelines, working with event logs and structured/unstructured data sources

Design and optimize algorithms for process discovery, conformance checking, and predictive analytics

Work with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Data JPA for efficient database interactions

Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in ZK UI (preferred), React, Angular, or Vue.js

Optimize system performance and scalability for handling large-scale process data

Collaborate with product management, fellow developers, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or math

Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework)

Note: The mandatory skill sets required for this role include strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, Collections, OOPs, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). Possessing certifications and projects in these areas will be considered an added advantage.

Java Full Stack Developer(7-9 yrs experience)
The position is for a Sr Java developer within Project VAM focusing on Virtual account mgmt. solution for the bank.
