We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives. You'll own a portfolio of programs spanning Core product, AI/ML, Platform, Infrastructure, and Enterprise — operating as a peer to our senior engineering leaders and influencing without direct authority. This is a senior individual contributor role.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end execution of company-critical programs that span Core product, AI/ML, Platform, Infrastructure, and Enterprise teams.
- Lead design and delivery of highly complex initiatives in ambiguous or new technology areas; make tradeoffs across scope, quality, timing, and architectural debt.
- Establish OKRs, KPIs, and the operating rhythm (planning, reviews, retros, exec updates) that keep a fully distributed engineering org aligned and shipping.
- Surface cross-team risks early, provide escalation management, and steer teams away from prior failure patterns.
- Create scalable mechanisms and methodologies that hold up as the engineering org grows.
- Author strategy narratives, program plans, and exec memos; present to leaders two and three levels above with the clarity expected at the principal level.
About You
- 10+ years managing technical programs across cross-functional engineering teams.
- 3+ years operating at a principal or staff level driving multi-org programs.
- Experience leading complex programs in at least three of: infrastructure or platform, AI/ML, consumer or frontline products, and enterprise/B2B.
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs and reporting program outcomes to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or working with foundation models.
- Experience scaling platform or infrastructure teams through hypergrowth.
- Experience supporting an upmarket motion to Fortune 5000 customers.
- Track record authoring strategy narratives and exec memos that drive decisions.
- Demonstrated track record of using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) to scale your own throughput as a TPM.

About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Data Developer to join our Data & Intelligence division. Reporting to the Director of Data Engineering, you will design and implement scalable, complex data pipelines and infrastructure to power our data products.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to enhance the reliability and performance of our data systems, while influencing the enterprise-wide data architecture. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in data engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cost-effective, and reliable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with product and customer success teams.
- Architect and implement data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses, real-time processing systems) and supporting cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and automation.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Partner with DevOps and engineering teams for seamless deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Document workflows and processes for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Stay current on industry trends in data engineering, ML, and cloud computing.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with data software development.
- Experience with AlayaCare’s stack (Python, PHP, Vue.JS, AWS).
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong skills in DBT, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Iceberg, Spark, and AWS (ECS, S3, Aurora, RDS).
- Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, and Flink.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in dimensional data modeling and semantic layer design.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Mindset encouraging transparency, accountability, and trust.
- Experience in healthcare, home health, or medical devices is an asset.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts & tools is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

What you'll be doing

Responsabilités :
- Concevoir des systèmes internes exploitant l’IA et le machine learning afin de créer des outils utiles à l’entreprise.

- Assurer la disponibilité et la fiabilité des systèmes grâce à la supervision, aux alertes et à la maintenance proactive.
- Écrire du code propre, maintenable et bien documenté, conforme aux standards et aux bonnes pratiques de l’entreprise.
- Effectuer des revues de code afin de garantir un haut niveau de qualité.

Exigences :
- Diplôme de licence (baccalauréat) ou de maîtrise en informatique ou en génie logiciel.
- 4 à 7+ années d’expérience dans le développement de systèmes logiciels en production, avec démonstration de leadership technique.
- Solide expérience en développement full stack avec des frameworks web modernes et des services backend.
- Maîtrise de Python (obligatoire) et expérience avec au moins un langage système (Go, Rust, C++, ou Java).

Nous recherchons un spécialiste CHP pour rejoindre notre équipe IA et stratégies systématiques multi-actifs. Cette équipe conçoit et exploite une infrastructure GPU qui alimente des charges de travail en IA et en apprentissage automatique. Vous travaillerez sur l’ensemble de la pile d’infrastructure, du matériel bare metal jusqu’au déploiement de modèles, en combinant ingénierie des systèmes, optimisation des performances et automatisation de l’infrastructure afin de résoudre des problèmes complexes à l’intersection du matériel, des réseaux et des systèmes distribués.
Responsabilités :
- Déployer, maintenir et optimiser l’infrastructure GPU pour des charges de travail d’inférence LLM à grande échelle, incluant le provisionnement, la configuration et le déploiement de flottes de serveurs GPU.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de serving distribuées pour des déploiements de modèles multi-nœuds et multi-GPU.
- Gérer des clusters Kubernetes avec support GPU pour des charges de travail LLM et ML.
- Configurer l’infrastructure réseau, incluant les load balancers, pare-feu et la communication inter-nœuds pour les clusters GPU.
- Mettre en œuvre et optimiser des solutions de stockage pour les poids des modèles et les caches d’inférence.
- Diagnostiquer les goulets d’étranglement en matière de performance à tous les niveaux : matériel, pilotes, réseau et couche applicative. Rechercher et évaluer les nouvelles technologies GPU, les frameworks de serving de modèles et les optimisations d’infrastructure.
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs ML pour profiler les performances des modèles et mettre en œuvre des techniques d’accélération de l’inférence. Améliorer la fiabilité via la supervision, les alertes, la planification de capacité et la gestion des incidents.
Exigences :
- Licence ou maîtrise en informatique, ingénierie des systèmes ou domaine connexe.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en DevOps, SRE ou ingénierie d’infrastructure.
- Solide expérience avec l’infrastructure GPU, les frameworks de serving de modèles (vLLM, SGLang) et la gestion des pilotes GPU.
- Expérience pratique dans l’optimisation de charges de travail en "deep learning" (inférence ou entraînement) sur des clusters GPU.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes Linux, incluant la configuration réseau, l’optimisation du stockage et l’orchestration Kubernetes.

The Role
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering advanced analytics and AI solutions within financial services. The role
We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent for Engineering, Product, and Design to lead the recruiting function that builds the team behind our platform. This is a manager-of-managers role — you'll lead a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators, set the EPD hiring strategy with our engineering and product leaders, and own the function's outcomes. You will not carry a personal req load. Your job is to make every recruiter on your team great, every search predictable, and every hiring manager partnership tight.
You'll report directly to the VP Talent and partner closely with our CTO and our VPs of Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver against an EPD hiring plan that includes some of our most competitive senior technical roles.
What you'll do
- Lead the EPD talent team. Manage a team of Talent Partners (manager-track and IC) and partner closely with Talent Coordinators. Hire, coach, and level up the team. Run a development cadence that turns strong ICs into senior recruiters.
- Own the EPD hiring plan. Translate EPD's hiring goals into a sourcing strategy, capacity plan, and weekly pipeline. Allocate reqs across the team based on workload and skill. Reforecast when the plan changes — and it will.
- Run the operating cadence with EPD leadership. Stand up weekly pipeline reviews with engineering, product, and design leaders. Deliver clean dashboards on funnel health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate. Surface bottlenecks early and own the fix.
- Drive interview quality and bar discipline. Own the structure and consistency of multi-stage technical loops — coding (CodeSignal), system design, take-home challenges, and exec panels. Calibrate interviewers, enforce scorecard discipline, run the debrief standard. When the bar slips, you call it.
- Build pipelines for the hardest roles. Partner with your team to develop talent maps across AI/ML, platform, infrastructure, and senior engineering leadership. You don't carry reqs, but you know every active candidate at the staff and principal level — and you step in to close when leverage is needed.
- Own your numbers. This team runs on data. You'll own team-level and function-level metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, sourcing response rates, screen-to-onsite conversion, and recruiter productivity. You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity.
What you bring
- 8+ years in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years leading a team of recruiters at a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company.
- Demonstrated track record of building EPD pipelines that close senior and staff-level engineers in competitive markets (SF, Toronto, Montreal are our primary markets).
- Operator's instincts. You can pull your own pipeline reports, design a capacity model, and forecast hires by quarter without a separate ops partner.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Camera Models, you will develop and deploy machine learning models that power camera-based perception for autonomous trucks. The Camera Models team builds and maintains core vision systems that enable the autonomy stack to understand the environment, detect and localize objects, and estimate scene structure from camera data.
Working closely with teams across perception, data, and infrastructure, you will own the development and improvement of robust, scalable camera-based models that support safe and reliable autonomous driving in real-world freight environments.
This role focuses on owning model development for scoped problem areas, improving system performance through iteration, and delivering production-ready machine learning solutions within the autonomy stack.

About the Role
The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. The role combines deep hands-on Java engineering with architectural ownership — from high-level system design and technology selection to leading delivery of critical, cross-cutting platform capabilities.
At this level, engineering excellence extends beyond implementation: the engineer determines the right approach to complex problems, communicates technical decisions across functions, participates in hiring, and is accountable for the long-term health of the systems they own. This level demands sound judgment on technology and business trade-offs and the ability to act as a technical lead. About Our Process

Architecture et stratégie
- Concevoir et piloter des architectures de données complexes à l’échelle de l’entreprise sur MS Fabric, Azure, GCP, AWS ou dans des environnements Databricks (serverless ou hébergés).
- Définir et faire respecter les standards architecturaux, les modèles et les cadres de gouvernance couvrant l’ingestion, la modélisation, la traçabilité (lineage), la sécurité et l’orchestration.
- Structurer des approches architecturales intégrant l’IA, incluant les fondations de données pour le ML, le feature engineering et des pipelines d’opérationnalisation à faible latence.
- Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) principal(e) auprès des responsables techniques côté client afin de définir la stratégie à long terme, les feuilles de route et les initiatives de modernisation.
- Diriger l’orientation architecturale lors des phases d’avant-vente, incluant la conception de solutions, le cadrage, l’estimation et les présentations auprès des instances dirigeantes.

Leadership en ingénierie des données
- Concevoir des pipelines de données hautement disponibles, distribués et tolérants aux pannes, supportant des charges de travail batch et streaming.
- Superviser la migration et l’intégration de sources de données complexes et hétérogènes vers des plateformes Fabric, Azure, GCP ou Databricks.
- Définir des modèles de type medallion/lakehouse (zones Bronze/Silver/Gold) ou leurs équivalents cloud.
- Établir des standards d’entreprise pour les couches ingestion → transformation → exposition (serving) dans des environnements multi-cloud.
- Optimiser les performances des traitements de données à grande échelle sur Spark, Databricks et les moteurs natifs de Fabric.

Qualifications requises
Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes:

SUMMARY
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise customers, reporting to the regional Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager. You will partner directly with regional account executives to help change our customers view and how they approach cloud security. As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer specializing in BEV (Bird’s-Eye View) and Multi-Modal Perception, you will lead the development of next-generation models that unify information across cameras, LiDAR and radar to deliver a rich spatial understanding of the driving environment.

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Applied Machine Learning Developer to guide the technical direction and architecture of our Predictive Maintenance and Asset Intelligence initiatives.
You’ll combine deep ML expertise with strong software development and leadership skills—mentoring developers, scaling systems, and driving the roadmap for AI-enabled maintenance intelligence across thousands of industrial sites.

- Lead technical direction for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and LLM-powered intelligence across MaintainX products.
- Architect end-to-end ML systems—from data ingestion and feature development to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor a growing team of ML and data developers, instilling best practices for experimentation, evaluation, and model lifecycle management.

In this role, you will

We are seeking a machine learning (ML) research developer to join our team working on a novel AI safety agenda. In this role, you will work closely with ML research scientists to solve difficult training and inference problems using very large models.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers to accelerate research, model training and inference, and facilitate the efficient implementation of novel models and simulated environments.
- Design and implement workflows for research experiments across toy scenarios and large scale projects.
- Develop tools and libraries to optimize the use of computing resources.
- Establish, document, and maintain best practices for ML model development workflows.
Skills and qualifications
- A degree in a relevant computer science field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, software engineering) is required, along with an advanced degree (MSc or higher) in machine learning or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of industry experience in designing and implementing complex machine learning workflows on high performance computing devices using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, document best practices, and stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and software development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data infrastructures and platforms (e.g., vector databases).
- A track record of contributing to high-quality research projects in deep learning.

We are seeking a Machine Learning (ML) Research Scientist to join our team working on a novel AI safety agenda. In this role, you will design and implement innovative ML models aimed at solving advanced AI safety problems.
Key responsibilities
- Propose, design, and implement novel ML models tailored to solve complex AI safety problems.
- Collaborate with mathematicians and other specialized research scientists to integrate theoretical advancements into practical ML algorithms and models.
- Adapt and fine-tune existing frontier models to enhance their applicability to specific settings.
- Design and implement experimental protocols and evaluation frameworks to validate hypotheses and ensure robust and reproducible results, including at the scale and complexity of frontier models.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data in order to steer future research questions and objectives.
- Benchmark and optimize model performance and efficiency along with ML engineers to ensure the optimal usage of computing resources over the course of long experiments.
- Communicate findings and synchronize work with other researchers and engineers.
Required skills and qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics). A PhD is preferred but not required if the candidate demonstrates exceptional abilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in deep learning research projects, in particular with frontier models.
- Proven experience in the training, adaptation, and/or fine-tuning of frontier models across a variety of complex scenarios that involve, for example, transfer learning, domain adaptation, or meta learning.
- Expertise in the integration and use of ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for the development, training, and evaluation of ML models, ideally in distributed computing environments.
- Strong experience in Python software development, in the use of version control, collaboration tools, and experiment management and tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to exchange ideas with researchers across different disciplines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience analyzing the behavior of frontier models in safety-critical contexts.
- Experience in the design and development of model alignment strategies or benchmarks.
- Experience with natural language processing or probabilistic graphical models.
- A track record of contributing to high-quality research projects in deep learning.

Key responsibilities
- Develop amortized inference methods suitable for high-dimensional discrete and continuous distributions.
- Develop parameter- and structure-learning methods for large probabilistic graphical models that benefit from amortized probabilistic inference.
- Design evaluation strategies for methods that rely on probabilistic inference.
- Collaborate with mathematicians on theory related to learning and inference in probabilistic models.
- Translate theoretical proposals into high quality implementations in a programming language such as Python.
- Analyze and interpret experimental results to steer future research directions.

Skills and qualifications

- Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically about complex systems.

Dans ce rôle, vous concevrez et implémenterez des modèles de ML innovants visant à résoudre des problèmes avancés en sécurité de l'IA.
Responsabilités principales
- Proposer, concevoir et implémenter des modèles de ML novateurs adaptés à la résolution de problèmes complexes en sécurité de l'IA.
- Collaborer avec des mathématicien.ne.s et d'autres chercheur.se.s spécialisé.e.s pour intégrer les avancées théoriques dans des algorithmes et modèles ML appliqués.
- Adapter et affiner les modèles de pointe existants pour améliorer leur applicabilité à des contextes spécifiques.
- Concevoir et implémenter des protocoles expérimentaux et des cadres d'évaluation pour valider les hypothèses et garantir des résultats robustes et reproductibles, y compris à l'échelle et à la complexité des modèles de pointe.
- Analyser et interpréter les données expérimentales afin d'orienter les futures questions et objectifs de recherche.
- Évaluer et optimiser les performances et l'efficacité des modèles avec les ingénieur.e.s ML pour assurer l'utilisation optimale des ressources de calcul au cours de longues expérimentations.
- Communiquer les résultats et synchroniser le travail avec d'autres chercheur.se.s et ingénieur.e.s.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Diplôme supérieur dans un domaine pertinent (ex. : Informatique, Mathématiques). Un doctorat est préférable mais non requis si le.la candidat.e démontre des capacités exceptionnelles.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des projets de recherche en apprentissage profond (deep learning), en particulier avec des modèles de pointe.
- Expérience avérée dans l'entraînement, l'adaptation et/ou l'ajustement fin ("fine tuning") de modèles de pointe dans une variété de scénarios complexes impliquant, par exemple, l'apprentissage par transfert, l'adaptation de domaine ou le méta-apprentissage.
- Expertise dans l'intégration et l'utilisation de bibliothèques ML telles que PyTorch, TensorFlow ou JAX pour le développement, l'entraînement et l'évaluation de modèles ML, idéalement dans des environnements de calcul distribué.
