• Verify information related to Scalapay customers to prevent illicit activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial fraud.
• Manage day-to-day activities related to the process with accuracy and timeliness, communicating with colleagues and/or the Risk/Compliance departments to avoid violations of internal regulations.
• Share useful insights and suggest potential improvements to the team.

• Analyze customer profiles flagged by our screening provider as "Potential Match" for Sanctions, adverse media, or PEP (Politically Exposed Persons).
• Review KYC information collected and approve or reject customers in case of confirmed alerts.
• Improve the customer due diligence process to ensure a seamless experience for the end customer.

Your role as Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Reporting Analyst supports wealth-reporting activities by manually loading transactions and valuations, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation. The role collaborates with the Tech Team during data-integration phases with Addepar and contributes to building basic formulas and attributes.

Core responsibilities include:

• Manual loading of transactions and valuations into Addepar, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with financial documentation
• Support reconciliation activities, including verification and balancing of uploaded data
• Collaborate with the Tech Team during the integration process between banks and Addepar (often lengthy, especially with banks not yet integrated)
• Enter historical transactions prior to a new client’s connection and monitor/adjust online-bank transactions even in an integrated setup
• Support the creation of basic formulas and attributes in Addepar (no programming required)

Key Requirements 

• Outstanding academic background with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar roles
• Experience reading and interpreting account statements, bank reports, wealth reports, and financial documents related to capital calls, distributions, and NAVs of alternative funds (MOIC, TVPI, etc.)
• Experience with cash and debt position reconciliation
• Preferably, experience in consulting firms (KPMG, PwC, etc.) in Asset Management, wealth management, family office or fund audits
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies

The Buying Analyst will hold a strategic position within the team responsible for a large client.

Your Role

As an Investment Analyst, you will support the full investment lifecycle and work closely with the investment team to source, evaluate, and execute opportunities across Buyout, Growth, and Venture Capital.

Your responsibilities will include:
