We are looking for a Business Analyst intern to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Milan office.
Core responsibilities include:
Client and Portfolio Reporting
Portfolio Operations and Reconciliation
Coordination and Support
Outstanding academic background with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
Previous experience in a fintech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus
Experience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus
Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies
Knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations acquired through academic studies
Tools specific to wealth management reporting are considered a plus
Familiarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, or Python) is considered a plus
Strong Excel skills
Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English and Italian
Available for a 6-month internship starting in June 2026
A paid internship in the heart of Milan lasting six enriching months, will help shape you into a well-rounded professional. You will join an international team from 10+ nationalities whom you will interact with daily and at quarterly team-building events.

We are building something exceptional at Heritage, and we need someone extraordinary to help us get there. This isn't your typical strategy role. It is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our Head of Strategy & Growth and Founders on the most important initiatives shaping our next chapter.
As our Senior Strategy Associate, you will sit at the centre of how we grow, evolve, and scale. You will help us enter new markets, refine our product offering, build the internal engine behind our wealth management platform, and unlock opportunities we have not yet imagined. This is a role where no two days look the same, where your work truly moves the business.
Right now, we are expanding into new geographies, refining our commercial strategy, building new business lines, and strengthening how the organisation operates end-to-end. You will own core workstreams that directly influence these priorities.
In practice, this means working on:
Market mapping, competitive intelligence, and opportunity sizing across new and existing regions
Developing commercial strategies, business models, and go-to-market structures
Supporting the development of strategic partnerships and external collaborations
Building internal processes, workflows, and operational infrastructure to scale our platform
Driving cross-functional initiatives across Investments, Operations, and Technology
Supporting evaluation and due-diligence efforts for new offerings and initiatives
This is not a research role. You will shape recommendations, align senior stakeholders, and then work with teams to make the strategy real.
We’re looking for someone sharp, fast-learning, and hungry for responsibility. Someone who wants to build, execute, and own outcomes.
Maybe you’re coming from a top-tier consultancy where you’ve delivered strong impact but want to be closer to the action. Or perhaps you’re coming from a high-growth startup, a VC-backed scale-up, fintech, strategic operations, or private equity, where you’ve developed strong analytical, financial, and commercial skills and are now looking for a role with broader operational and strategic ownership.
The ideal candidate has:
4 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, business operations, growth, or strategic roles in high-velocity environments
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity
Strong business judgement and the maturity to partner with senior leadership
A bias toward action and ownership, comfortable taking projects from concept to execution
Curiosity, ambition, and the drive to build something meaningful rather than follow a predefined path
You’ll be in the room where decisions are made, shaping how Heritage expands, innovates, and serves families and entrepreneurs globally.
You will:
Gain rare exposure across wealth management, technology, commercial strategy, and international expansion
Work directly with our Head of Strategy & Growth, Founders, and leadership team on initiatives that influence the entire organisation
Build a strategic and operational toolkit that is deeply valuable, highly portable, and difficult to acquire anywhere else this early in your career
