Overall, your team will:

• Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners such as Airlines, cartage, customs, trade lane management, and warehousing.
• Execute the end-to-end movement of freight shipments within a regional network (both imports and exports), including trucking movements.
• Assist the shipments managed by partners as we drive partner autonomy (if applicable in a given region).

Pre-requisites:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship or a BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics / supply chain, or Air carrier operations (Air freight knowledge is a strongly preferred)

I. Office Experience Management (Milan & Turin Support)

• Daily Office Operations (Milan): Work in partnership with the existing Office Manager to oversee the reception area, ensure all office spaces (meeting rooms, common areas) are organized and welcoming, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Producer with strong experience in large-scale live event production to support the delivery of a series of immersive shows across Italy.

This role covers both feasibility & planning and onsite execution, with strong operational ownership and coordination across vendors, venues, and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess feasibility (permitting, venue, costs) and support budget creation
• Plan and coordinate pre-production (layouts, vendors, logistics)
• Manage vendors (technical, infrastructure, F&B, security, etc.)
• Coordinate with venues, local authorities, and internal teams
• Oversee load-in, show execution, and load-out onsite
• Manage timelines, task tracking, and run of show
• Identify operational risks and troubleshoot in real time

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5+ years of experience producing live, experiential, or large-scale events
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder productions
• Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes

In a regulated Payment Institution (supervised by Bank of Italy), onboarding is where compliance meets commercial. Manageing KYB, documentation, and regulatory requirements is also about deepening skills that transfer directly to roles in compliance, risk, operations, or account management across fintech and financial services.

What You'll Own

End-to-end merchant activation

• Manage standard and complex onboarding cases from first contact to go-live
• Conduct KYB checks and documentation review for regulatory compliance
• Run daily onboarding calls with prospective merchants—solving blockers in real-time

Merchant success in the critical window:

• Support merchants through their first transactions post-go-live
