Role Overview
The Mapping Data Administration & Quality Control Manager will lead enterprise spatial data administration and quality assurance efforts across all airport campuses. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and standardization of mapping data that supports airport operations, planning, engineering, and leasing activities. The position requires strong expertise in geospatial data governance, asset mapping, and production workflows within a complex, multi-facility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead campus-wide asset mapping initiatives, including building interiors and infrastructure assets, ensuring spatial accuracy and compliance with enterprise GIS standards
Coordinate data tracking and survey activities, including field verification and integration of GPS and GIS inputs
Manage intake, review, and validation of incoming data, including record drawings, surveys, and supporting documentation
Oversee mapping data workflows to ensure schedule adherence, quality control, and consistency across deliverables
Guide internal GIS staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project-based mapping needs
Process and prioritize daily map and exhibit requests, including:
Electronic data file transmittals
Airport asset identification and attribution
Spatial analysis and calculations
Record drawing research and retrieval
Produce and maintain mapping exhibits, including:
Standard operational exhibits
Lease and concession exhibits
Custom and special-purpose mapping products
Maintain authoritative basemaps and floorplans across terminals, airfields, and support facilities, ensuring alignment across systems and users
Contribute to the development and refinement of data governance practices, metadata standards, and mapping conventions
Document workflows and deliverables, and provide regular status updates, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in GIS data administration, mapping production workflows, and spatial data quality assurance
Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, and enterprise geodatabase environments
Experience supporting infrastructure, facilities, or asset-based GIS programs; airport or transportation domain experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams
Experience working in a consulting or contract-based environment with defined deliverables and stakeholder reporting requirements

Regional Manager
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. As a Regional Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. As an offsite leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
