This position requires a passion for people and a dedication to providing superior customer service within a luxury residential setting. The role is often fast-paced, requiring excellent time management and problem-solving skills. On a daily basis, you will interact with residents and guests from varied backgrounds, requiring an amicable personality.
Working as a Waypoint Concierge means ensuring the needs and requests of residents are met, providing them with a memorable 5-star, community-living experience. You’ll also have opportunities to assist with leasing-related activities and supporting leasing efforts.
