What will you bring to the team.
Toshiba is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager who will be responsible for leading a department of direct reports that will include 12-14 software developers.
Responsibilities will include guiding and supporting the team throughout the development and successful deployment of new product releases, optimizing development processes and team efficiencies, challenging the team technically and participating in scrum and code reviews, managing capacity and personnel matters plus effectively growing technical skills and evaluating performance with data.
This position requires previous software development experience (writing code in Java) and usage of AI tools to optimize processes. We are looking for someone with extensive people management experience to carry out the responsibilities for project activities across a broad and cross-functional team.

The Mission
Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals at multiple seniority levels—Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager—to join our expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process, based on your qualifications, experience, and assessment feedback.
