The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.
As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager who sits in Mexico City.

POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a self-starter and results-driven lifecycle marketer to lead our efforts to drive adoption and retention of EarnIn’s core products. Together, you will design and execute data-driven marketing programs that leverage owned channels (email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging) to drive activation, retention, and winback metrics.

This position will be ideally a hybrid role from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site. We’re seeking a self-starter and results-driven lifecycle marketer to lead our efforts to drive adoption and retention of EarnIn’s core products. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with product, product marketing, analytics, and our creative partners. Together, you will design and execute data-driven marketing programs that leverage owned channels (email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging) to drive activation, retention, and winback metrics. To succeed in this role, you will need to be performance-driven, have strong attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a curious mind.
This position will ideally be a hybrid role based in our Mexico City office, as part of our expanding site locations. This role combines strong design expertise, ensuring the delivery of exceptional digital design work. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of graphic design principles, have a proven track record of creating impactful visual designs, and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency in still images, coloring techniques, and other digital design capabilities is essential.
