The Role

As a Sr. Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting Clinical and Commercial business development through rigorous, evidence-based analysis. This role blends technical problem-solving with strategic thinking: shaping sound analytical approaches to ambiguous questions, executing analyses with rigor, and synthesizing findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for internal stakeholders and external-facing conversations.

This is a strong individual contributor role for someone who enjoys tackling complex business questions, identifying meaningful patterns in data, and translating analysis into actionable insight. You will also help make recurring analytical needs more scalable through reports, dashboards, models, and other self-serve solutions.

While prior healthcare domain experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone with strong analytical judgment, statistical fluency, and the ability to quickly build domain knowledge on the job.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Product stakeholders to identify core questions, translate them into clear analytical approaches and actionable answers
• Communicate credible, data-driven insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support customer, partner, and business development conversations with data-driven insights, thought partnership and accessible storytelling
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools to uncover trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
• Apply statistical and analytical methods to generate actionable insights across clinical, commercial, product, and market-related questions
• Identify recurring analytical needs and help turn them into scalable reports, dashboards, models, and self-serve tools where possible
• Build and maintain reliable analytical assets that integrate multiple data sources and improve accessibility, consistency, and trust in the data
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of rigor, curiosity, and strong analytical communication within the team

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, research, or related quantitative roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI and visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language
• Strong analytical and statistical foundation, including experience with methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, experimentation, or related approaches
• Proven ability to take ambiguous questions, structure a sound analytical approach, and deliver clear, convincing insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into accessible narratives for a range of stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across functions
• Interest in learning the healthcare domain and applying analytics to strategic healthcare questions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem, including payer, reimbursement, utilization, or clinical performance concepts
• Experience supporting customer-facing, commercial, or partnership-oriented analytics
• Experience with dbt Cloud or similar tools
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehouse best practices

As a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied AI, you’ll be at the forefront of building product features that help clinicians work effectively and efficiently, providing quality care to patients. You’ll be designing experiments, building robust models, tuning prompts, implementing LLM evals, and driving projects from idea to prototype to production with product, engineering and devOps teams. You’ll also play an important role in the roadmapping exercises of our ML platform.

Responsibilities

• AI Prototyping and Development
• Develop AI workflows, customize data pipelines,  tune models, and engineer prompts to bring idea to prototype 
• Work with subject matter experts to set up evaluation for AI workflows, ensuring rigor, quality and safety of content output 
• Work with eng partners to integrate AI workflows into production
• Build and configure AI performance monitoring with proper reporting and alerts
• Optimize and maintain AI workflows for performance, reliability, and long-term scalability

• Research 
• Start with the Job-to-be-done, dive deep into the domain and understand the problem from user perspective 
• Decompose problems into conquerable pieces. Design solutions to address each with cross-disciplinary thinking and big picture in mind. 
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to answer key questions and test assumptions. Design experiments and build prototypes for proof-of-concept. 
• Build artifacts to illustrate the findings with rigor and how they inform the roadmap and decisions

Desired Skills & Experience 

• BS or above in Computer Science, Statistics or a related technical field 
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with proven track record of bringing ideas to life, from prototype to productized features 
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on with advanced data analysis tools 
• Strong skills in data engineering and self-sufficient in data pipelines for the AI workflow
• Experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms) for model deployment
• Comfortable designing and evaluating LLM-driven workflows
• Familiarity with retrieval pipelines and vector databases 
• Problem-oriented mindset with strong cross-disciplinary thinking and a bias toward simplicity and clarity in solving problems 
• Comfort working with remote teams, using GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Zoom 
• Proficiency in English with strong communication and collaboration skill

Bonus Points 

• Experience with RAG architecture and context/state management for LLMs 
• Familiarity with LLM eval tools and human-in-the-loop evaluation process 
• Experience with Outerbounds or similar ML orchestration platforms

The Role

We are seeking a Seasoned Senior Accountant (CPA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate is a meticulous analytical expert with deep GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with NetSuite. You will drive our month-end close, lead audit preparation, and provide actionable financial analysis to the leadership team, acting as a true steward of our financial health.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for driving efficiency and improvements within all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring precise and timely financial reporting that adheres to US GAAP. 

Responsibilities

• Execute many aspects of the monthly close, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses across the general ledger.
• Complete revenue related month end close tasks including preparation of journal entries and monthly reconciliations. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline close and accelerate close timelines.
• Assist the USA based accounting team with revenue operation including group sales billing, collection and related reporting. 
• Provide clear and concise flux commentary for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis.
• Help accurately accrue expenses.
• Enhance documentation, reconciliation schedules, and analyses to maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Support ERP enhancements and system implementations as needed.
• Help develop, measure and report out on key performance indicators (KPIs) for top-line revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Technical Accounting, FP&A, legal.) to provide strategic insights and work towards shared goals.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and technical accounting research as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient at speaking english in a professional environment.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and working for a publicly traded organization.
• Experience working with financial ERP or general ledger systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. In addition, experience with FloQast, Zip, and Brex are preferred.
• Experience with a Big-4 or equivalent national accounting firm is highly desirable.
• SaaS or technology industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented setting.
• Certified Public Accountant designation is highly desired, but not required.
• Proficiency in Google and  Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
