As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at Recorded Future, you will drive pipeline growth across enterprise accounts in Australia & New Zealand, working alongside our APJ sales team.
You’ll partner with Account Directors to engage senior decision-makers, open doors into new organisations, and create new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role with a career path into Account Director positions.
At Recorded Future, you’ll build a strong foundation in Threat Intelligence, understanding how cyber threats, geopolitical events, and emerging risks impact organisations, and use those insights to have more meaningful conversations with security and technology leaders. You’ll learn how to connect external risk to business impact and decision-making, with exposure to how organisations monitor and respond to cyber threats.
What You’ll Do:
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage senior stakeholders within target accounts using a thoughtful, multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Inbound Follow-Up: Engage and qualify marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, and campaigns
- Meeting Generation: Consistently book high-quality meetings into key accounts, aligned with Account Director priorities
- Pipeline Creation: Ensure meetings convert into qualified opportunities and contribute to revenue pipeline
- Account Collaboration: Work closely with Account Directors to prioritise accounts, map stakeholders, and develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies
- Discovery: Run effective first conversations to understand challenges, qualify interest, and secure next steps
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
- Strong communication skills, clear, concise, and professional
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into an Account Director role
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Passion for cybersecurity and a clear ambition to build a career in technology sales
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with ability to attend the office at least 2 days per week

Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our APJ Field Sales team. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne or Sydney, reporting to the Regional Director.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Zscaler, you will be at the forefront of the "Zero Trust" transformation happening within the Australian Public Sector. Your mission is to empower government agencies to modernize their security posture and help them move away from legacy hardware-based architectures. You will focus on high-growth mid-market government accounts across state jurisdictions, acting as a trusted advisor to IT leaders and CISOs whilst working in conjunction with Senior Government AEs to deliver against a broader strategy.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Proactively prospect and qualify net-new government opportunities within the mid-market segment across State, Local, and Federal agencies
- Manage complex, full-cycle sales processes from initial discovery and technical validation through to procurement and closing
- Consult with government stakeholders to align Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange with their specific agency mission and digital maturity goals
- Partner closely with Zscaler’s ecosystem of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) to scale territory coverage and accelerate deal velocity
- Navigate Australian government procurement frameworks and lead the execution of sales across these frameworks

- Demonstrated experience selling into Australian Government agencies with a deep understanding of the Digital Marketplace and state-based procurement schemes
- Strong foundational knowledge of the ACSC Essential Eight framework and the IRAP "PROTECTED" assessment level
- Exceptional executive presence and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

We are looking for a Senior Partner Business Manager to join our Global Partner Ecosystem department. The Account Executive (SMB) (International) position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Small/Medium business segment to meet and exceed their monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by creating opportunities through various prospecting methods, following up on inbound leads, as well as reigniting open, outstanding customer opportunities.
Requirements:
- Acquire Small/Medium-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Small/Medium business opportunities by various prospecting methods, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting demos of our suite of products.
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.
- Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.
- Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels.
- Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience selling to Small/Medium sized businesses
- Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
- Experience with Salesforce, a plus
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs

The Role
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in scaling the technical capabilities of BeyondTrust’s partner ecosystem. This role focuses on enabling partners to independently drive technical pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. You will collaborate closely with partners to enhance their technical knowledge, align with Go-To-Market strategies, and support sales opportunities that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor and technical coach, you will develop and deliver enablement programs, assist in deal registration opportunities, and provide consultative support. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to fostering successful partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Enablement and Training:
- Coach partners on delivering the BeyondTrust technical value proposition effectively.
- Enable partners to independently conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and POC engagements.
- Provide onsite or virtual foundational technical training tailored to partner needs.
- Oversee and maintain partner lab environments, ensuring they reflect the latest product versions and use cases.
- Technical and Sales Support:
- Support partners in customer-facing activities for deal registration opportunities, including discovery, demo, and POC stages.
- Conduct technical assessments, such as BCSE, to ensure partner readiness.
- Ecosystem Strategy Alignment:
- Align with the in-region focus partners and VADs to support their growth and scalability with the BT products
- Develop new technical relationships within the partner network to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Support NFR (Not for Resale) requests and ensure partner readiness for BeyondTrust solutions.
- Industry Representation:

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 3+ years as a pre-sales engineer or support engineer.
- 5+ years working with a global software vendor.
- Proven ability to differentiate BeyondTrust solutions within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) space.
- Expertise in conducting POCs across Windows and Unix environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and privilege management.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice To Have
- Experience with BeyondTrust products (e.g., Privilege Management for Desktops, Password Safe, Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, GWAPT, CCFE, CPT, CEH, or ITIL.

The Role
Identify, generate, qualify, and close new business for customers and prospects in a defined territory. Responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, building the go-to-market plan (including direct and indirect business).
What You’ll Do
- Develop new and existing accounts within defined territory.
- Establish and deliver a sales strategy which outlines a roadmap to quota attainment
- Sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and strategic relationship development
- Upsell ‘New Product’ to existing customers.
- Work with assigned Account Executive – Enterprise Assist’s to intelligently cover and proactively hunt for Add-on opportunity within territory.
- Maintain whitespace for all focus customers.
- Partner closely with Vice President, SE’s, PM’s and wider POD to deliver strategic goals
- Algin with Channel team and Channel Partners to deliver value to our customers and BeyondTrust wherever possible
- Align with SDR team to proactively cover your total addressable market (focus and non-focus territory accounts)
- Attend corporate trade shows and events
- Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers and partners
- Lead RFP responses for your accounts
What You’ll Bring
- Must be located in the territory covered
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota

As a Specialist OT Engineer, you’ll be joining the IT & Security team responsible for maintaining High System Integrity Protection Scheme (SIPS) Performance at Waratah Super Battery; the most powerful BESS globally. In addition, the team recently achieved commercial operation date (COD) alongside the first full month of operational reporting for Akaysha’s Ulinda Park BESS.
Building on this momentum, the role will focus on establishing and sustaining stable, reliable day-to-day OT system operations across multiple live sites. You will play a key role in supporting BAU activities, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring OT environments operate safely and predictably over time.
Each site presents unique technical and operational considerations, offering the opportunity to deepen your experience in supporting the reliability, performance, and security of operational technology systems. This includes hands on involvement with SCADA servers and HMIs, as well as PCS, BMS, and EMS subsystems, throughout the operations and maintenance phase of largescale energy assets.
Your expertise will be critical in enabling stable, visible and secure OT environments across Akaysha’s portfolio of assets with your work making a tangible impact as you:
- Manage and maintain OT infrastructure—including SCADA, HMIs, BESS, gateways, and historians—while overseeing configuration, documentation, system health, automation, and lifecycle planning.
- Support secure, governed OT–cloud integration (Azure/AWS) with accurate, high‑quality data flows for real‑time analytics and AI‑driven maintenance
- Apply OT cybersecurity and compliance practices across AESCSF/IEC‑62443, hardening, secure access, monitoring, vulnerability management, asset control, backups, and SOCI requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot OT system performance and communications across SCADA, RTUs, historians, and BESS subsystems while resolving incidents, supporting on‑call operations, and improving OT architectures and practices.
- Coordinate OT vendor support, technical reviews, compliance, lifecycle planning, Tier 2/3 assistance, and commissioning activities while reviewing documentation and deliverables.
Travel to AU sites once every 2-3 months or when needed, is a requirement of this position. The role can be based at Akaysha’s Melbourne (HQ), Sydney or Brisbane office with the option to work in a hybrid capacity – spending time in the office, and at home.
