We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager for our Sales Office to own the enablement experience for Hootsuite's global seller community of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and partner-facing roles. This is a hands-on, high-impact position responsible for translating Hootsuite's enterprise Go-To-Market strategy into the programs, content, and skills that give our sellers a competitive edge.

This role works at the intersection of strategy and execution building the programs, playbooks, coaching frameworks, and learning systems that directly influence how quickly and effectively our sellers perform. The measure of this role is field impact: quota attainment, pipeline, and win rates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, frameworks, and competitive assets in close partnership with Marketing, ensuring sellers always have current, field-tested materials at the moment they need it.
• Translate Hootsuite's GTM positioning and value-based selling methodology into training programs that are practical, repeatable, and directly applicable to driving active pipeline.
• Build and manage a coaching cadence for the seller community, leveraging AI to surface conversation intelligence insights, identify skill gaps, and create targeted coaching interventions in partnership with frontline sales managers.
• Design and deliver enablement programs for operational launches, GTM plays, and strategic initiatives in coordination with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to ensure field readiness ahead of each launch.
• Partner with RevOps to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and CRM workflows, translating operational changes into clear, field-facing learning experiences that minimize friction and accelerate uptake.
• Maintain a continuous learning rhythm for tenured sellers through micro-learning, peer-led sessions, and skills clinics that reinforce messaging, sharpen technique, and build confidence in competitive deals.
• Establish and track enablement metrics tied to seller performance such as program completion, methodology adoption, and pipeline contribution and iterate programs based on field data and manager feedback.
• Serve as an active member of the Revenue Enablement Council, contributing field insights and ensuring seller-facing initiatives are properly sequenced, scoped, and communicated across the GTM organization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying sales role within a B2B SaaS company. Background in consulting or strategic advisory is a major plus.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement programs with measurable impact on ramp time, quota attainment, or win rates
• Experience with AI-powered GTM tools, including conversational intelligence platforms, AI-assisted content generation, and personalized learning systems, with a practical understanding of how to integrate these tools into seller workflows to drive adoption and performance.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Command the Message, Challenger, Value Selling) and the ability to apply them in practical field contexts
• Experience leveraging Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence platforms to analyze seller performance and build coaching programs
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and modern sales content management tools (e.g., Highspot, Accord)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to build programs that land in the field
• Strong facilitation and communication skills. Equally effective designing an asynchronous learning module and running a live workshop with a room full of senior AEs

A Day in the Life: 

A technical sales role encompasses a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another, spanning throughout the whole course of design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support. 

Typical tasks include:

• Outside sales meetings and calls to build relationships with existing and new customers
• Application engineering to apply our products using sound engineering principles 
• Project management of installations in progress - Managing schedules/plans to guarantee we can get equipment on site when the site needs it, in turn creating satisfied and returning customers.

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis

• $27 - $28 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, traveling between multiple worksites each day within the assigned market. 
• Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained with general repairs, preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to appliance troubleshooting, cable/wifi troubleshooting, basic HVAC repair and light plumbing.
• Coordinate completion of owner-approved maintenance through creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets.
• Negotiate, and maintain working relationships with third-party vendors.
• Meet and maintain company standards and metrics such as guest or owner satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and annual cost.
• Be part of an on-call coverage rotation within the maintenance team to address urgent issues.
• Establish and maintain open and regular communication and collaborative relationships with team members and management team.
• Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team and provide cross-coverage in other roles as needed to address urgent issues. 
• Maintain hot tubs as needed - we offer on-site training.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using in-house assignment systems and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers.
• Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!

Skills + Qualifications

• Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic appliance repair, electrical systems, plumbing repair, HVAC repair, painting, and carpentry skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
• Highly responsive and reliable. 
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.
• We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region.
• Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
