CarGurus' Ads Intelligence group is looking for a highly experienced and accomplished Principal Software Engineer to set the technical direction for our platform that will deliver complex market insights through intuitive dealer-facing experiences.

In this high-impact role, you will be the primary technical owner, responsible for setting the multi-year architectural strategy for all market intelligence solutions. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar; or equivalent experience in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and complexity analysis.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of experience leading technical strategy or serving as a Principal/Staff Engineer working with Java (or similar languages), and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, deploying, scaling, testing, and evolving distributed systems and high-volume transaction applications using service-oriented architecture in 24/7 production environments. Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred, including familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts (e.g., Terraform).
• 2+ years of experience using cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Terraform or similar cloud services. 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases, applying the right data models to diverse needs.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the API & MCP Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of building and scaling ZoomInfo's API infrastructure that handles millions of API calls weekly and powers integrations across our platform. What you will do :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and NestJS framework
• Build APIs that power company and contact data enrichment, search, and intelligence capabilities

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on API development
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices at scale
• Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven/Gradle)
• Strong expertise in NestJS framework
• Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API security best practices

Role Overview

Make your mark on Jewish student life by joining Hillel Council of New England as the Springboard Fellow. You will build one on one relationships with students, plan and execute engaging events and programs around campus, and help inspire students to make a commitment to Jewish life . As part of our multi-campus network of Hillels, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on a diverse community of Jewish students across campuses in Greater Boston, helping them maintain their own identity on campus and building a robust network of support across campuses. 

In this role, you will work across multiple campuses to engage particular microcommunities of students, plan and execute large-scale regional events open to all campuses, and collaborate with the student life team to ensure that student leadership has the training and support needed to build and grow their Jewish student engagement on each campus. You will approach this role as a self-starter who is ready to collaborate with our existing staff team and student leaders to engage particularly underengaged student populations, including students involved in Greek Life and athletics. You’ll be committed to generating new ideas (and encouraged to implement them!), meeting new students and quickly understanding their needs, and driving programming to enhance our cross-campus engagement model. You'll wake up each day (or at least most) and be genuinely excited and enthusiastic about creating an inviting place that inspires students to explore, experience, and create vibrant Jewish lives. About The Springboard Fellowship

The Springboard Fellowship is a paid, two-year fellowship that brings recent college grads with raw talent, passion, and skills needed to reimagine and redesign Jewish student life to college campuses across North America. 

Trained in Relationship-Based Engagement, Human-Centered Design and other entrepreneurial frameworks, you will be exposed to the most successful initiatives from across the Hillel movement. Fellows will work with students to imagine, create, and refine experiences for Jewish life that dramatically impact student engagement, efficiently and strategically apply and scale successful initiatives from across the movement, and give birth to cutting-edge ideas that have the potential to transform how Hillel and creates inclusive spaces for #AllKindsOfJewish.

What You’ll Do

GOALS: 

• Actively contribute to the Hillel Council of New England engagement strategy, especially in the fall semester, by working to engage at least 80% of first year students in partnership with the campus Managers of Jewish Life and Learning. 
• Work toward increasing engagement with Greek Life students, student athletes, and other microcommunities by arranging at least 4 events over the course of the year, floating across our campuses in the Greater Boston area. 
• Analyze and reimagine our regional programming calendar, building upon our existing signature events and generating at least two new events throughout the fellowship. 
• Ensure that our student leadership on smaller, student-led campuses are aware and utilize HCNE budgetary support, program planning assistance, and events and trips that are open to all our students. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

• Consult with the HCNE student engagement strategy and student life team to design an innovative and creative outreach strategy to engage new students. 
• Regularly visit campuses throughout Boston, spending certain days on certain campuses, to meet with key underengaged students and hear about how Jewish life on campus can best meet their needs. 
• Develop strategies and programming highly specified to first year students, greek life students, and student athletes for them to engage on their own campus and to create relationships across campus. 
• Manage the regional programming calendar of events, including contracts, collaborations, and recruitment, in collaboration with the HCNE team and other Boston area Hillels. 
• Mentor and connect student leadership across our student-led campuses to help them design programs that fit the needs of their campuses and develop strategies to help them connect with existing and new programming available for all our campuses to engage with. 

• Recruit for Alternative Spring Break and Birthright Israel trips.

The DevX Tools team is hiring a Software Development Engineer II. The DevX Tools team is part of Engineering Platform's Developer Experience organization. We are responsible for improving the developer experience through tooling, automation, and centralization of critical information needed by developers across the organization. The Developer Experience (DevX) Architecture team at CarGurus is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on accelerating developer productivity and delivering architectural improvements for CarGurus Engineering.  The results of your work will impact hundreds of engineers across dozens of product teams on a daily basis.

You and your team will take on complex, cross-cutting projects: defining new templates and processes, re-architecting core components, integrating new libraries and frameworks, improving backend performance, and building AI-powered developer tools that give CarGurus engineers a faster and better experience. To succeed in this role, you’ll partner closely with engineers and leaders across many teams, learn and adapt quickly, and translate ambiguous problems into clear, high-impact initiatives. You will own your projects end-to-end, lead a team of talented engineers, and collaborate with fellow engineering managers and product partners to solve interesting problems with broad scope.

• Lead and grow a high-performing DevX engineering team, providing coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
