🏡This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our Manchester office 5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for an additional Sales Manager (SM) to build and manage an additional Manchester-based acquisition sales team. Our sales department has grown from 1 to 30 and we are looking for leaders to help us successfully scale even further. The SM will report into either our Head of Sales for Manchester, and work alongside a team of Sales Managers. As a senior leader within the department, you will be at the heart of driving sales strategy, performance, development and retention of the team. The SM will also be vital in helping to build relationships across the wider teams in Brighton and London and leading the department to success.

We’re looking for a Contact Centre Product Manager to take ownership of Connex, our customer contact platform that underpins every customer interaction. The role and Team
Each Product team at Oodle is responsible for delivering reliable, compliant and scalable customer experiences that drive good outcomes for both customers and the business. We work closely with engineers, data scientists, designers and operational teams to build systems that support customers and the colleagues who serve them.
You’ll be part of the Product team within our Customer Management function, focusing on the customer journey from the point of acquisition through to the end of the agreement.
In this role, you’ll focus on improving the tools and experiences used by both customers and internal teams, while ensuring our platform and processes remain compliant, efficient and scalable.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, including customer services, collections and complaints, with regular engagement across the wider business and exposure to senior leadership.
