We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives from concept through to delivery and post-launch support.
In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple project streams, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable business value in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and business leaders to drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and strategic execution while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and communication across all levels of the organisation. As technical project manager within Product Development, you will lead tactical and strategical projects supporting Betsson’s overall long-term technology transformation. You have a strong ability to see the overall holistic technology transformation Betsson is undertaking. Your wide technology understanding gives you the ability to both translate the details to different stakeholders at the same time you are strong in leading technology experts.
The role will require you to support the organization, primarily the tech departments, by running projects which are in line with the business requirements. As the project leader, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on, making sure that the project is running on schedule.
You interact with both with stakeholders from other Technology units but also different business functions depending on the type of project.
As a technical project manager you will run projects according to best practices both from a project management perspective as well as from a technical perspective.

As a Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of one or more strategic programmes within Product Development, overseeing multiple interdependent projects from inception through to delivery. Operating autonomously, you will define programme strategy, governance, and structure, while aligning with the broader programme office and organisational objectives. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Project Management and senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed leader who can guide and coordinate Project Managers and other change initiatives within the programme, navigate ambiguity, and translate strategic goals into tangible delivery results.

You will be the primary point of contact for our key partners, overseeing technology projects from initiation to completion and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
