Visual Content & Storefront Design: Design and update high-converting visual content modules and Amazon/Shopee/Lazada Storefront pages that align with brand identity, product positioning, and seasonal campaigns.
Image Stack Development: Create complete product image stacks for Amazon/Shopee/Lazada listings, including main images, lifestyle photos, infographics, dimensional graphics, and icon overlays that clearly communicate key features and benefits.
Creative Asset Management: Maintain organized libraries of raw files, final deliverables, and version-controlled templates for all SKUs and brand categories.
Collaboration with Ads & Catalog Teams: Work cross-functionally with the advertising team on ad display creative needs, and with the catalog team to align visual content with updated listings or keywords.
Visual Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines for typography, color, logo use, and tone — while staying compliant with Amazon's/Shopee’s/Lazada’s creative policies and technical specs.
Testing & Creative Optimization: Support A/B tests and creative refresh cycles by producing multiple versions of assets for comparison, and collaborating on performance-driven design iterations.
Campaign Support: Assist with seasonal campaigns (e.g., Prime Day, Q4), ensuring image stacks and Storefront sections are updated and aligned with promotional messaging and product availability.
Asset QA & Submission: Check dimensions, file formats, resolution, and compliance before uploading to Amazon and Shopee/Lazada Seller Central or delivering to other team members.
UI/UX Design: Contribute also to the design and optimization of user interfaces for landing pages, and interactive elements, ensuring intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and an engaging customer experience.
2–4 years of experience designing content for consumer-facing brands across digital platforms; Amazon or general e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI design tools; Figma experience a plus.
Strong design portfolio showcasing work on consumer brands or products; experience with e-commerce and mobile-optimized assets is a plus.
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits to be able to maintain visual consistency across large catalogs and SKUs.
Collaborative and responsive to be able to take creative direction and iterate quickly based on campaign or performance feedback.
Bonus: Experience producing simple video assets, motion graphics, or Sponsored Brands video creatives.

What We Need:
We are looking for an Operations Support Associate to join our ranks of growing game lovers, to support our growing operational needs. You will be working with a team of very experienced producer, game developers, artists and designer to create and operationalize HTML5 games. We have a vibrant and fun work environment, there are plenty of gaming sessions and sharing sessions both internally (within the studios) and externally. Key Responsibilities
● Assist to answer customer support requests via our Jira ticketing system
● Follow a planned schedule to monitor and manage live games configuration
● Assist with product smoke testing and pre-production Testing tasks
● Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
● Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
● Assist the QA (Quality Assurance) Team to verify and report bug
● Liaise with the Development Team to ensure game releases run smoothly
● Conduct risk assessment for games in development
● Plan and design fraud tools for high-risk games
● Processes and workflows enhancement as assigned, including documentation
● Rotate 8-hour night shifts or other shifts, as and when required
● Occasional on-call escalation duties may be required
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
● A Diploma or Degree in Software/Computer Science/Computing/Computer Engineering/IT discipline or equivalent.
● You have worked at least 1-3 years in an operations or technology support role
● Willingness to learn and stay informed about evolving industry trends and game standards
● You are an avid gamer and passionate about learning more about the industry
● Driven and self-motivated, proactive and work well within a team
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

As a Design System Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and functional foundations of a next-generation financial platform. You will be responsible for building, evolving, and maintaining a scalable design language that bridges the gap between complex trading products and high-impact marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives on creating consistency, scalability, and high-quality craft across both desktop and mobile environments.
System Evolution & Maintenance: Design and maintain comprehensive, scalable Figma libraries for both product teams (trading platforms, wallets, onboarding) and marketing teams (social templates, landing pages, campaign kits).
Standardization: Document and govern cross-functional visual standards—including typography, color theory, spacing, iconography, and motion—to ensure a balance between brand expression and accessibility.
Component Development: Build and document a library of reusable UI components (modals, charts, tables, inputs, etc.) with clearly defined interaction states and technical specifications.
Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with developers to ensure design-to-code parity, participating in handoff processes, QA, and the implementation of React-based component libraries.
Marketing Support: Develop modular systems for social media, email campaigns, webinars, and pitch decks to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
