ABOUT THE JOB: 

Anduril’s Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer to lead our initiatives in hardware product development. • Conduct tolerance build-up analysis and create GD&T drawings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in detailed CAD drafting of complex mechanical systems, including structures, mechanisms, fluid systems, and electromechanical systems.
• Prior experience using Siemens NX and Team Center or other variety of CAD tools. 
• Knowledge of GD&T, ASME Y14.5 
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where products are manufactured at scale.

Position Description

The Director, Regulatory Labeling, Advertising & Promotion (LAP) is responsible for leading global product labeling and U.S. advertising and promotion regulatory activities across the company’s portfolio. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure labeling and promotional materials are scientifically accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with corporate and commercial objectives.

The position serves as a key regulatory partner to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Safety, and plays a central role in labeling strategy, lifecycle management, and promotional material review in a highly regulated environment, for cell and gene therapy products.

This is a full-time hybrid position (3 days a week) in our Somerville – Assembly Row, Massachusetts office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Labeling

• Lead the development, negotiation and lifecycle maintenance of global and US product labeling, including pre- and post- approval updates.
• Drive development and maintenance of Company Core Data Sheets (CCDS) and Company Core Safety Information (CCSI), ensuring alignment with global regulatory expectations.
• Establish and operationalize labeling strategies that result in clear, concise, compliant and scientifically robust product labels.
• Provide regulatory leadership for labeling-related interactions with Health Authorities, including briefing documents and responses to inquiries.
• Ensure final labeling content meets internal standards and regulatory authority requirements prior to submission or implementation.

Advertising and Promotion

• Oversee regulatory review of US promotional and select non-promotional materials. across channels, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and enforcement trends
• Serve as the regulatory lead and reviewer for Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs and Legal to proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risk in promotional strategy and execution.
• Monitor and interpret FDA enforcement actions and policy developments related to advertising and promotion, translating insights into internal guidance and best practices.
• Develop submission strategy for efficient and appropriate health authority review of promotional materials; and ensure the compliant and timely submission of promotional materials to Health Authorities.
• Create and manage promotional submissions documents in the electronic database and partner with Regulatory Operations on submissions.

Governance, Process and Compliance

• Support or co‑lead the Labeling Review Committee (LRC) and provide regulatory oversight of labeling governance processes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, workflows, tools, and training related to labeling and Ad/Prom review.
• Ensure inspection readiness and documentation compliance for labeling and promotional activities.
• Drive consistency and operational excellence across labeling and Ad/Prom processes globally.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as a strategic regulatory advisor to Clinical, Safety, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Quality, and Regulatory Strategy teams.
• Lead and mentor internal staff and manage external vendors or consultants as needed.
• Contribute to broader regulatory strategy discussions.

Essential/Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of regulatory experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
• Experience supporting FDA interactions related to labeling and promotional compliance
• Experience with MLR review and developing Company Core Data Sheets
• Prior experience in cell and gene therapy or rare disease is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and to operate in a matrixed organization, including leadership without direct authority.

What You’ll Do

• Own a portion of the manufacturing value chain for a certain product or set of products

The Manager, Gene Therapy Operations, is a critical role within the Patient Operations organization and is responsible for end-to-end (enrollment to infusion) oversight and execution of critical gene therapy supply chain operations for Genetix’s three commercially approved therapies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years hands-on experience designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications
• Experience working directly with harness manufacturers to deliver high quality, high reliability products
• Own end-to-end of the electrical wiring and interconnect system, including power distribution, grounding, shielding, and signal integrity.
• Ensure the design meets system-level electrical requirements for voltage, current, bandwidth, redundancy, EMI/EMC.
• Perform electrical trade studies for wire gauge, shielding, connector selection, and topology.
• Analyze and mitigate electrical risks such as voltage drop, crosstalk, EMI susceptibility, and thermal effects.

• Familiar with existing applicable harness standards as well as MIL-STD requirements
• Able to apply knowledge of SWaP for power, network and communications systems and designs
• Experience reading wire block interconnect diagrams and wire diagrams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Build 3D routed harness data files applying NX Cabling and Siemens Capital Harness
• Experience with or proficient in 3D CAD wire harness routing, such as (NX, Siemens Capital, CATIA, CREO)
• Able to read and generate formboard drawings in 2D CAD for production
• EMI/EMC principles and common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS-422, RS-232, MIL-STD-1553).

As a Manufacturing Technician at LightForce, you will be an active member of a fast-growing start-up at the forefront of digital manufacturing. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily manufacturing operations of our orthodontic appliance production line. You will work closely with hardware engineers, dental planners, and management to ensure that the right products get to the right people on time, all while meeting the highest quality standards. This position will report to the Manufacturing Project Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

SUMMARY 

The Quality Assurance Manager, Qualified Treatment Centers will provide QA oversight for onboarding and routine operations at QTCs supporting Genetix’s commercial gene therapies. Additionally, the incumbent in this highly visible role will support building scalable QA processes as Genetix continues to grow, creating energized, efficient, and effective teams internally collaborating with Apheresis Operations, Global Supply Chain (Patient Supply) and Quality Compliance. Day to day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining Quality Agreements with QTCs, primary QA oversight of change controls managing QTC onboarding, QA approval and resolution of QTC-related quality documentation. In addition, support for quality system record management related to collecting and transporting apheresis products and the quality oversight of QTC use of Genetix traceability systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring compliance with quality expectations and industry guidelines in the areas of Good Tissue Practices (GTP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDocP) for apheresis products and Genetix QTCs
• Building relationships with QA partners at QTCs, ensuring quality issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner and working across the internal Genetix functional network in providing quality oversight of our QTC external partnerships
• Ensuring an appropriate, consistent, and harmonized quality approach is standard across all QTCs through Quality Agreement initiation, review, execution, and maintenance
• Tracking and trending quality system event generation at QTCs, providing periodic updates to management
• Reviewing and approving documents including apheresis collection records, policies and procedures, deviations, investigations, and partner CAPA action plans
• Reviewing and approving internal deviations, CAPA, and Change Control, performing Failure Mode and Effect Analyses, root cause analyses, and CAPA effectiveness check as required
• Developing, monitoring and improving Quality processes which are scalable and sustainable to meet the organization’s growing needs while supporting the development, implementation, and revision of corporate quality systems

QUALIFICATIONS 

• BS/BA and a minimum of 7+ years working experience in cell therapy (or applicable) environment. Experience in a hospital setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of GTP regulations and guidance documents
• Experience with quality agreements

SUMMARY

The Manager, Quality Systems, is responsible for overseeing key elements of the Quality Management System (QMS) that support manufacture, and release of gene therapy products. This role manages the end‑to‑end Complaint and Recall programs, ensures accurate and timely Quality Metrics reporting, drives closure of open quality system records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives and SOP lifecycle management.

SUMMARY

The QA Manager, Training (LMS) will be responsible for the oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s electronic Learning Management System (Compliance Wire) to ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and other global regulatory expectations for Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) operations. This role ensures that training programs are effectively designed, executed, and documented to support a state of control across GxP functions, including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Clinical Operations.

The Role

Piaggio Fast Forward (PFF) is looking for a Mechanical Engineering machinist to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the machine and assembly shop, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and stocked. You will work collaboratively with the Mechanical team for the in house prototyping of parts, create fixtures for the Design team, and support the Manufacturing team with part reworks or assembly fixtures. On a daily basis you will primarily be interacting with the Mechanical engineering team, therefore strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical part machining information are necessary. This is an hourly position for an individual contributor role reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager.

What You Need (Requirements)

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certificate in engineering technology, or a related field is preferred
• Machine shop skills : experience including but not limited to mills, lathes, laser cutter, drill press, bandsaw, dremel, jigsaw, sawsall
• 2 - 5 years hands on experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude; able to work independently 
• Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and new tools
• Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings to ensure part compliance

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Daily work on the mill, lathe, metal saw, and precision measuring

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct research, propose, and develop innovative, industry-leading circuit designs for Axon Robotics products.

• Highly proficient in engineering processes and expectations across all design phases, with the ability to lead hardware design and development from concept through to mass production release.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. What is this role? 

In this role, you will develop and scale-up new consumer products along with enhancing and improving existing products. An understanding of OnShape (or Solidworks), verification methods, and various manufacturing methods are crucial. Much of this work will draw on your understanding of fluidics, plastic part design, manufacturing, and validation methods. This is a hands-on role. You get to build, test, and watch the things you worked on roll off the assembly line. We’re looking for a Temporary Assembler to help us build the next generation of our 3D printers. This is a unique, hands-on role where you’ll get to assemble prototype printers, tools, and systems—directly supporting our hardware development team.

The specialist will design, develop, and validate novel vulnerability discovery and exploitation capabilities against complex software and systems. Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Scientist to drive the evolution of Ginkgo’s automated antibody production and developability platforms. This role is pivotal in bridging complex antibody engineering, specifically bi- and multi-specific formats, with Ginkgo’s RAC (Reconfigurable Automation Cart) systems. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in antibody transfection, purification, and characterization who thrives on translating manual workflows into robust, automated pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead method development and execution of antibody production and characterization on Ginkgo’s autonomous robotic labs using the RAC (reconfigurable automation cell) systems.
• Optimize high-throughput transfection and purification protocols for complex modalities, including bi-specifics and multi-specifics, at various scales (96 wp, 24 wp, 6 wp), ensuring high purity and correct assembly.
• Execute and automate standard developability suites (thermal stability, aggregation, polyreactivity, etc), binding assay (BLI, SPR) and functional assays (cell-based) to support rapid "Design-Build-Test" cycles.
• Serve as the project lead for customer projects focused on antibody production and developability characterization.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to scientific strategy and innovation.
• Author technical reports, SOPs, and present findings to internal leadership and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or a related field with 2+ years of industry/academic experience in antibody production and characterization (or M.S. with 6+ years of industry/academic experience).
• Direct experience with the production and purification of complex antibody formats (e.g., bi-specifics, VHH-Fcs). Experience with Protein A/G/L, IEX, and SEC, specifically in a high-throughput or automated context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in antibody binding (SPR, BLI) and developability (DSF, DLS, SEC, HIC, AC-SINS, Polyreactivity, etc.) assays
• Demonstrated proficiency in using automated liquid handlers such as the Lynx, Bravo, TECAN, Hamilton

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience onboarding assays onto robotic platforms (e.g., translating a manual SEC-MALS or ELISA to a liquid handler).
• Experience with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) for confirming chain pairing in multi-specific formats.
• Familiarity with Python or scheduling software for automation.

We're looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer to join our team. You will work onsite at our Devens, MA office, reporting into the Manager of Process Development Engineering. You will lead the implementation of assembly and lamination processes to promote new product introduction. You will work with the design, integration, and manufacturing teams to maintain current manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design processes that can withstand variations in input parameters such as raw material and equipment settings, while maintaining output quality

• Plan verification to demonstrate initial feasibility and manufacturing capability

• Resolve process-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Perform hands-on experimentation and diagnostic efforts to understand and resolve problems in new process implementation and ongoing manufacturing processes

• Create detailed process flow diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and other documentation to ensure consistency and quality

• Establish proper Statistical Process Control (SPC) schemes for new processes

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for sustaining product quality, process design, production efficiency, supplier management, driving product cost reduction and product consistency.

What you will own?

• Provide exceptional production support on people, process, materials, and equipment in order to achieve operation principle goals (i.e. safety, quality, service, and productivity)
• Successfully lead and contribute to NPI teams and product launches at CM sites, typically through the following activities: process capability studies, process/test design, cell layouts, time-studies, inspection protocols, supplier qualification, quality control plan, work instruction documentation

Salary Range 

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $95,759 - $112,658.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant’s skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other components may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
