About the Role:
This role is part of our Maker Program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for early-career talent looking to build foundational skills across marketing, creative, and consumer-facing functions.
As a Social Insights & Systems Maker, you'll be Tubi's inside voice for one of its most important audiences. You'll help the team understand not just what audiences are doing, but how to use that information to improve how we create, plan, and operate. You’ll bring a strong cultural perspective while pitching proactive ideas and helping build lightweight systems, tools, and workflows that make insights usable at scale.
This is a role for someone who is curious, analytical, and resourceful, someone who doesn’t just observe trends, but asks why they matter and how they should shape what we do next. You’ll work closely with the Social team to surface patterns, identify opportunities, and explore new ways (including AI tools) to make our work faster, smarter, and more effective.

In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on our Ground Software team, you are responsible for creating the software that is used to build, test, and fly our satellites and customer payloads. You will build upon the mission software platform used to fly K2's Gravitas satellite, developing new capabilities and automation as we scale to support multiple constellations. You will collaborate closely with internal Mission Operations and Flight Software teams to define and implement our overall mission architecture, and you will work with external customers to scope and deliver software that meets their payload needs.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. The base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

If you've worked alongside hardware teams, you know the damage that results from a missed change request or critical context that was never relayed to the right person. Reflow exists to close that gap. We're building the first AI-powered platform built for hardware product development, one that listens across the tools teams already use, maintains a structured picture of every program, and proactively coordinates across disciplines when things inevitably change.
This is an early role for a hands-on AI engineer to design and build the agents at the core of our platform, backed by a parent company with deep roots in engineering and manufacturing. You'll own the AI systems that set our product apart: agents that understand hardware workflows, anticipate problems, and take action on behalf of engineering teams.
We're looking for an AI engineer who works equally well in applied research and production software. You've shipped LLM-powered agent systems to real users, you have strong intuitions about prompt engineering, tool use, and orchestration patterns, and you keep up with a field that changes fast. You're comfortable evaluating new frameworks, models, and techniques on short cycles and making pragmatic build-vs.-adopt decisions as the landscape shifts.
We currently use LangChain's DeepAgent framework for our agent orchestration, but every layer of our AI stack is open to change. The right person for this role understands how agent systems work under the hood, not just one framework's abstractions, and can adapt as better tools and approaches emerge.
This senior engineer will work alongside our engineering team and head of product to build, optimize, and operate the AI agents that give users proactive coordination, risk surfacing, status summaries, and AI-generated deliverables. Responsibilities
• Design and build Foundry-based pipelines and workflows, enabling ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data for both engineering and operational users
• Define major parts of our data and backend architecture, including choice of frameworks and systems
• Build and maintain our data infrastructure, real-time data processing, data transportation, and backend services
• Collaborate closely with product, system, software, and hardware engineers to integrate data flows into mission workflows
• Mentor other engineers as the team grows, and work with engineering leadership to define longer term roadmaps
• Work 3+ days per week out of our office in San Francisco (Market Street) or Los Angeles (Hawthorne)
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in professional, object-oriented software development
• Experience with Python, SQL data warehouses, and no-SQL systems
• Experience building, testing, and supporting major systems in production
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines or workflows in Palantir Foundry or other enterprise data platforms
Preferred Requirements
• Experience with Palantir Foundry
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience with 2D and 3D Visualization ideally in defense use cases
• Experience with additional frameworks such as React.

This is a highly collaborative role which will allow you to wear multiple hats and work very closely with our product. As a member of our engineering team, you will also have the opportunity to expand your skillset across our product line.
A key aspect of this role will be leveraging Palantir Foundry as CHAOS's internal data operating platform - building, maintaining, and optimizing end-to-end workflows and pipelines that manage sensor, operational, and enterprise data across the company. You will work across teams to ensure our data infrastructure and workflows are reliable, scalable, and directly enable mission outcomes. This role will be central to delivering the CHAOS Operating System in Foundry - a unified data backbone that connects engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
