Company Description: Systemiq is the system change company, working to accelerate the transition to a net-zero, nature-positive and more inclusive economy. As a certified B Corp, we partner with business, finance, policymakers and civil society to transform five interconnected systems: energy, nature and food, materials and circularity, sustainable finance, and urban transformation.
We bring together strategy, policy, market design and capital mobilisation to deliver tangible results in the real economy. Founded in 2016, Systemiq has grown to a global team of more than 300 people across Brazil, France, Germany, Indonesia, Kenya, the Netherlands, the UK and the US, united by a singular focus on sustainability.
Systemiq is sharing an opportunity for a Head of Operational Improvement with a leading tropical forest restoration organisation operating in West Africa.
Head of Operational Excellence (CEO Office)
Reports to: Co-CEO
Location: West Africa (Ghana / Sierra Leone) preferred; London considered
Travel: Frequent site travel required (minimum ~15 weeks/year if London-based)
Contract: Full-time, permanent — individual contributor role
About the Organisation
A large-scale tropical forest restoration company operating in West Africa, restoring degraded ecosystems through long-term, community-led projects.
With 2,000+ employees across multiple countries and thousands of hectares already restored, the organisation is now scaling rapidly towards 100,000+ hectares under management over the next three years.
Projects align with leading international standards (e.g. VERRA VCS, CCB), delivering measurable climate, biodiversity, and socioeconomic outcomes.
The Role
This role sits in the Co-CEO Office and exists for one reason: to make operations work at scale.
You will go into parts of the organisation where things are unclear, inconsistent, or breaking — figure out what’s actually going on, and fix it. That means building systems, driving adoption, and holding the line until they stick.
You are not tied to a function. You will move across the business — forest protection, restoration, livelihoods, ESG — focusing on the highest-priority problems at any given time.
This is not a strategy role in the abstract. It is a hands-on execution role:
diagnose → design → implement → embed → repeat
The goal is to replace reactive, project-by-project execution with systems that are repeatable, measurable, and owned.
There is no team to hide behind. Progress depends on your ability to cut through noise, build trust quickly, and deliver in messy, real-world conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Success in 12–18 Months
Who You Are
Why This Role
You will be working directly on the hardest operational problems in a fast-scaling organisation — with visibility from the top and very little insulation.
If you want a clearly defined role with stable boundaries, this is not it.
If you want to build systems that actually get used, in a complex, real-world environment, it is.
Diversity & Inclusion
At Systemiq, we absolutely believe diverse perspectives are essential to driving system change. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best work.

RightShip is an equal opportunity employer, and we champion diversity. Our teams are composed of individuals from different geographies, cultures, religions, ethnicities, races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and generations. We believe that a diversity of experiences makes us stronger—as individuals, as communities and as an organization.
Don’t meet every single requirement of this role? Still apply! Research tells us that that women and underrepresented groups are less likely to apply unless they meet every single requirement. At RightShip we believe that the right hire is someone who makes an addition to our culture, rather than someone who fits in and conforms to our status quo. We want to add team members who not only value RightShip standards and workplace culture, but also bring an aspect of diversity that positively contributes to our work environment. If you are excited about this role, or about our company in general, we would love to hear from you!
Reporting to the Head of Pre-Sales, you will play a pivotal support role in the ongoing success and expansion of RightShip’s maritime safety and sustainability solutions. This position focuses on leading in the development and delivery of existing tailored solutions that meet customer-specific needs, particularly in the context of workflow optimization, safety decision-making, identification of key pain points in their current workflows, data and insights required to make sustainability decisions.
You will play a lead role in solution design and client engagement, ensuring RightShip’s maritime safety and sustainability solutions are strategically aligned with customer requirements. This role bridges commercial, product, and technical functions by owning discovery processes, shaping solution proposals, and mentoring peers.
This is a high-exposure role that involves interacting with major global shipping companies, charterers, regulators, and port authorities, contributing to solutions that address complex safety, compliance, and environmental requirements in the maritime sector.

Role Overview
Systemiq is seeking a Director with deep expertise in power system transformation, with a particular focus on grids, system planning, flexibility, market design, utility transformation, and the integration of renewables at scale.
This role will help clients address some of the most critical bottlenecks in the energy transition: grid constraints, connection queues, system adequacy, flexibility markets, transmission and distribution investment, regulatory reform, and the changing role of utilities and system operators.
This is not a generalist energy transition role. We are looking for a senior strategy leader who understands how power systems actually work technically, commercially, and institutionally, and who can help clients unlock the grid, market, and system integration challenges now slowing the transition.
This is a senior leadership role combining:
You will work closely with Eveline Speelman and global partners to build Systemiq’s work on power system transformation, with a particular focus on grids, flexibility, market design, utilities, and system-level decarbonisation.

Why This Role Matters
Power systems are now one of the central constraints in the energy transition. Renewables, electrification, storage, flexibility, industrial decarbonisation, and clean technology deployment all depend on power systems evolving faster than they are today.
This role sits at the centre of that challenge. It will help clients and partners address the grid, market, regulatory, and institutional barriers that determine whether economy-wide decarbonisation can happen at the pace required.
Diversity & Inclusion
At Systemiq, we absolutely believe diverse perspectives are essential to driving system change. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best work.

Sedna is at the forefront of revolutionising global trade, serving as the North Star for businesses navigating the complexities of international commerce. Our AI-powered platform is designed to make global trade more efficient, transparent, and sustainable. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for exceptional talent to join our journey and contribute to our mission of transforming global trade.
As an implementation focused Delivery Manager Sedna’s suite of maritime solutions, we are seeking a SaaS experienced individual contributor to join our Customer Operations team in London.
The Implementation Manager owns the delivery of Sedna implementations across some of our most complex and exciting customer relationships. This is a role with real scope, ownership, and the opportunity to make a difference to how customers experience Sedna from day one.
Our customers are shipping and logistics businesses. They are operationally focused, commercially driven, and often undertaking significant change when they adopt Sedna. The person in this role has the opportunity to earn trust quickly, build credibility in a critical industry, and deliver implementations that truly transform how customers work.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys the human side of change management as much as the technical side, and wants to be accountable for outcomes rather than just activities. Maritime or shipping experience is strongly preferred, because the ability to speak credibly to our customers about their world is an advantage in this role.
Implementation Delivery
Own the full implementation lifecycle for a concurrent portfolio of customer projects: kick-off, technical configuration, integration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare. You will have the autonomy to make the decisions that keep projects moving and the support of a strong team behind you.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact across the project for both internal and customer-side stakeholders, from business users through to C-suite. You will facilitate technical and functional discussions, build alignment across different groups, and communicate project status clearly and with confidence.
Complex Account Ownership
For accounts that need continuity and careful handling post-go-live, you will remain the accountable delivery contact. You will spot risk early and address it proactively, building the kind of relationships that make customers feel well looked after.
On-Site Engagement
Travel to customer sites internationally to contribute to training delivery with our Education team, and manage critical project milestones in person. On-site engagement is a meaningful part of this role and one of the most rewarding, with the opportunity to work directly with customer teams across global shipping hubs.
Technical Troubleshooting
Get hands-on with configuration, data mapping, and integration work where needed, supported by Solution Consulting and Engineering. The expectation is that you can lead the resolution process and keep customers informed throughout.
Change Management
Build and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans that bring customers through the change journey with confidence. Training plans, adoption milestones, and early usage signals all sit within your remit, supported by our Education and Success teams.
Process Improvement
Bring what you learn in the field back into how the team operates. Insights from live implementations are some of the most valuable inputs we have, and this role is well placed to drive meaningful improvements.
You are running at least one enterprise implementation independently, have taken ownership of your customer portfolio, and have embedded well enough in the team to understand the product and where the process has room to improve.
You are managing a full concurrent portfolio with confidence. Customers you have worked with would describe the experience as organised, credible, and valuable. You have contributed at least one meaningful improvement to how the team delivers, and you have a clear sense of where you want to take your career from here.
Finally, culture is important to us, so we also look for candidates who share our values:

Who we are
Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.
Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.
About the Role
Samsara has several emerging Channel programs that have the potential to drive significant growth for the company. These include Insurance Partners, Resale Partners, Referral Partners, Technology Integration Partners and Fleet Management Companies.
As a Partnership Sales Engineer, you will be working closely with our Partner Account managers and be responsible for leading technology conversations with existing and potential Partners and customers.
Being able to navigate what is needed to create success for the Partner is essential. This person will be an expert with Samsara products, features, and APIs. Using their expertise this person will be expected to do deep discovery into the Partner environment to: (A) find solution fit, (B) determine integration level of effort, and (C) assess further technology driven revenue opportunities. It will be common to need to learn a Partner’s ecosystem by learning their products and processes and relating that back into opportunities with Samsara’s solution set.
This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role that requires working cross-functionally to build partner engagements from scratch. The role (and team) has strong potential for growth along with our partner programs.
The role can be office-based in the UK, France, Germany or the Netherlands, or remote in any of those regions.
You should apply if
You want to make a difference: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
Your mantra is #alwaysbeprospecting: The world of operations is vast. Your customers are often out in the field and the best way to catch them is live on the phone. Samsara’s top reps do constant research to find companies and contacts to expand their pipeline.
You have innate curiosity in how businesses work: One day you’ll meet with someone in waste management and the next you may be learning about the inner workings of a food distribution center. Our top sales team members seek to learn the ins and outs of the businesses they support in order to make a larger impact.
You build genuine relationships with your customers: The industries we serve have relied on pen-and-paper solutions for years and haven’t been met with the type of technology we offer. Our customers value earned trust and human relationships built over time.
You want to be with the best: Samsara’s high-performance culture means you’ll be surrounded by the best and challenged to go farther than you have before.
In this role, you will focus on
Driving engagement with Partners, particularly with technical counterparts

Helsing is a defence AI company. Our mission is to protect our democracies. We aim to achieve technological leadership, so that open societies can continue to make sovereign decisions and control their ethical standards.
As democracies, we believe we have a special responsibility to be thoughtful about the development and deployment of powerful technologies like AI. We take this responsibility seriously.
We are an ambitious and committed team of engineers, AI specialists and customer-facing programme managers. We are looking for mission-driven people to join our European teams – and apply their skills to solve the most complex and impactful problems. We embrace an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates on the use of technology in defence, its benefits, and its ethical implications.
At Helsing, we are looking for a Health & Safety and Environment Manager to ensure our rapidly scaling UK operations are as safe, sustainable, and compliant as they are innovative. Working with teams who work on Land, at Sea and in the Air you will be the cornerstone of our workplace safety, championing a culture where employee well-being and environmental responsibility go hand-in-hand with rapid technological advancement. This is a ‘hands-on’ role where you will be expected to guide and advise but also help and implement what is required.
Reporting directly to the UK Head of Security, you will design and implement robust HSE frameworks that empower our engineers and operational staff to work securely and efficiently. By proactively minimising risks, ensuring compliance, and fostering a safe operational environment, your work will directly support Helsing’s core mission of protecting our democracies through advanced technology. Your leadership will ensure that our teams can focus entirely on innovation without compromising on their health, safety, or our environmental footprint. A NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent advanced qualification) in Occupational Health and Safety is essential. This role is contingent on the ability to gain UK security clearance (eligibility (5 years UK Residency) and willingness to undergo the UK government vetting process).
Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive UK HSE policies in strict alignment with national regulations and Helsing's standards, ensuring coherence with Group HSE efforts
Conduct regular risk assessments, site safety inspections, and HSE audits across all UK facilities to proactively identify and address potential hazards before they materialise
Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses — producing detailed reports, root-cause analyses, and clear preventative measures that meaningfully reduce recurrence
Design and deliver HSE training programmes and site inductions that ensure all employees, visitors, and contractors understand and fulfil their safety and environmental responsibilities
Collaborate with site HSE leads, operations teams, and the wider security function to drive environmental compliance, with a focus on waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives
Serve as the primary representative to external regulatory bodies — including the Health and Safety Executive and the Environment Agency — during inspections and consultations
Track and report key HSE performance metrics to the UK Head of Security, using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement across the UK business
Chair HSE working groups and senior safety leadership meetings, engaging effectively with customers and stakeholders to maintain shared accountability for safety outcomes
Hold a NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent advanced qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
Have built and delivered HSE policy frameworks in complex, multi-site operational environments
Have led workplace incident investigations, producing root-cause analyses and preventative measures that demonstrably improved safety outcomes
Have represented an organisation with external regulatory bodies, including experience managing inspections or formal consultations
Are able to chair senior safety forums and working groups, communicating clearly and with authority across technical and non-technical audiences
Are eligible for UK security clearance and willing to undergo the government vetting process
Note: We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematically under-represented. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the listed qualifications; ability and impact cannot be summarised in a few bullet points.
Experience of HSE in maritime environments
Background in defence, aerospace, advanced technology, or high-growth technology sectors
Familiarity with implementing or managing ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards
Existing UK security clearance (SC or DV level)
Experience leading cross-functional sustainability, well-being, and safety initiatives
Experience designing and testing emergency response and business continuity plans for complex or secure operational sites
Helsing’s work is important. You’ll be directly contributing to the protection of democratic countries while balancing both ethical and geopolitical concerns
The work is unique. We operate in a domain that has highly unusual technical requirements and constraints, and where robustness, safety, and ethical considerations are vital. You will face unique Engineering and AI challenges that make a meaningful impact in the world
Our work frequently takes us right up to the state of the art in technical innovation, be it reinforcement learning, distributed systems, generative AI, or deployment infrastructure. The defence industry is entering the most exciting phase of the technological development curve. Advances in our field of world are not incremental: Helsing is part of, and often leading, historic leaps forward
In our domain, success is a matter of order-of-magnitude improvements and novel capabilities. This means we take bets, aim high, and focus on big opportunities. Despite being a relatively young company, Helsing has already been selected for multiple significant government contracts
We actively encourage healthy, proactive, and diverse debate internally about what we do and how we choose to do it. Teams and individual engineers are trusted (and encouraged) to practise responsible autonomy and critical thinking, and to focus on outcomes, not conformity. At Helsing you will have a say in how we (and you!) work, the opportunity to engage on what does and doesn’t work, and to take ownership of aspects of our culture that you care deeply about
Competitive salary and VSOP options
Relocation support: up to €2,500 and 4 weeks temporary accommodation
Learning: €500/£450 yearly allowance

ROLE MISSION
Join a mission-driven team reshaping how organisations learn, lead and change. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own demand generation for a leading B2B partner that blends behavioral science with workplace learning.
This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic, data-led marketing with creative storytelling to drive really commercial and cultural impact across enterprise accounts — you’ll be trained and mentored to run high-impact performance marketing campaigns end-to-end (paid search and social).
The role is data-heavy, so it’s perfect for someone who loves working with analytics and turning complex GA4/CRM and engagement data into clear, easy-to-understand insights and practical next steps.
THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...
You are a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys both the operational and analytical sides of digital: setting up and optimising paid media, updating landing pages, maintaining campaign tracking and reporting, and supporting with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot & Salesforce). You are organised, curious about data (GA4 a must), and comfortable working across stakeholders (media, analytics and creative) to deliver results.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be the daily owner of campaign delivery and optimisation. You’ll support the Senior Account Manager and Performance Marketing Manager on strategy, but will be responsible for hands-on set-up, pacing, creative spec delivery and on-going optimisation across channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic). You’ll own full-funnel reporting (GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce) and ensure marketing automation workflows and lead routing run smoothly. The team is cross-functional, fast-paced and collaborative — you’ll work closely with media planners, analytics and the creative studio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance marketing and data
Tracking, QA & analytics
Full-funnel reporting & insight
Website & landing page support (prioritised / ad hoc)
Marketing automation & lead operations
Email & campaign support
