As the Senior Manager, Content Personalization you will be part of the PlayStation Store team responsible for showcasing the incredible range of gameplay experiences on the PlayStation Store to over 100 million loyal gamers. What we’re looking for:

About the role

Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Marketing to lead localized CRM engagement for our European markets, one of our fastest-growing regions. Based in London, this role will own the CRM campaign calendar for the region, balancing high-velocity title moments and catalog beats while bringing our biggest anime moments to life across owned channels.

You will plan and execute high-impact, fan-first campaigns that support title launches and catalog discovery—including new season/series drops, dub drops, mid-season arcs, and finales for top-tier titles. The Role

The Account Management organization is looking for a tenured account manager, consultant, or sales professional with experience managing high-value technical accounts to help retain and grow Square's presence in the Enterprise & Mid-Market space across the UK.

The Role

Objective

OVERVIEW

The Asset Protection Specialist role will be based out Flagship locations and will provide support at surrounding sanctuaries within their market. You will help support, lead, and maximize all aspects of the Asset Protection function for ALO sanctuaries in direct partnership with the Regional Asset Protection Manager. In this new role, you will use proven methodologies, new technological advances, and data analysis, in combination with a relentless pursuit of excellence to strategically execute a customized Asset Protection program to fully support the ALO vision and brand expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Job Summary: TCG (Trading Card Game) Sales Manager will work with the Senior Manager, TCG Sales to meet and exceed revenue objectives through set retail development targets. What you’ll do

The Role

The Enterprise Seller Onboarding team partners directly with Square’s largest and most complex sellers to ensure they fully realize the value of Square’s products and services. Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Define and own Flo's earned channel strategy across Reddit, closed communities (Qura, Facebook groups, Discord, forums), and third-party review platforms
• Engage daily across Reddit — organic mentions, competitive threads, sensitive conversations — with the nuance and speed these platforms demand
• Build response playbooks in partnership with Legal, Medical, and PR
• Run community-native programmes: AMAs, feedback threads, user advocacy initiatives
• Build a structured user testimonials programme as an acquisition asset
• Turn community signal into insight for Product and Comms teams

We Expect From You

• 4–6 years in community management, growth marketing, or earned media
